• Antonino (7/5): Posizione ottima - Alloggio molto carino situato in posizione davvero super centrale vicino alla metropolitana di Toledo È perfetto sia per visitare la città che per assaggiare tutte le sue specialità La camera si trova al 6° piano di una lunga scalinata a chiocciola che rende non poco difficoltosa la salita se si hanno dei bagagli pesanti ed ingombranti. L'ambiente è un po' umido e si sente sovente odore di fogna salire su dal water.

Since i had already experienced many online scam attempts, i thought it was one of them and didn’t even click on the link. Turns out it was actually the property contacting us. Communicating via booking would feel safer. •There is no key to the apartment door, you open it through a button on a website and in case your battery dies, you can’t get in. •The toilet and inside the drawers were dirty so we had to clean before using.

Per i miei gusti troppo online : nessun contatto con l'hoste, pago tassa di soggiorno prima dell'arrivo in struttura...mentre sto arrivando a Napoli, check-in online...ho fatto fatica! Comunque l'hoste ha dato un buon supporto. Studio bellino, ma macchie sul piumino e senza copripimuno! Frigo e doccia e spazzolone del wc sporchi! Aprire il portone d'ingresso con link🙈!!! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist an sich gut für diese zentrale Lage, man ist schnell bei Piazza Bellini und anderen schönen Orten. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze sind leider nicht bequem, müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden. Sauberkeit war nicht optimal.

• J (7/5): OK - Always a trade off - Good central location but that comes with a bit of noise that you have to put up with in Naples. Very good size room Host was very helpful and friendly Very small bathroom with tiny shower cubicle We expected to arrive at the property around 8 o'clock but our flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We did keep the host informed and rushed through arrivals and straight in to a taxi to try and make it there before 21:00 but did not arrive at the property until 21:15 - We were charged an extra €15 for this (I know the website does state there is a charge for arriving after 9pm but it was a bit annoying as it wasn't planned and we'd also spent extra for a taxi instead of the bus in order to make up time).

Fabrizia an absolute angel in helping me collect keys and access apartment. Small and basic, shower challenging for “plus size” guests, needs more glasses/crockery but overall served its purpose well.

• Martyna (7/5): - The beds are quite cozy and comfortable. The AC does wonders after a long day of walking down the streets of Naples. The kitchen is nice to have, there is no fan over the stove though. We liked the spacious room, and the check-in & -out went quite smoothly. Quite poor internet connection – basically impossible to do any online work without resorting to your own mobile data. Hard water in the sink – when the kettle is done boiling the water, it’s completely grey – it's a Naples thing though. Unexpected 4th floor and no elevator – but that seemed quite manageable.

La camera al sesto piano è grande, bagno piccolo, essenziale. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato phon e asciugamani. Davvero molto carino ! Inoltre abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli durante tutta giornata del check out. Flavia super carina ! Super consigliato L’unico piccolo dettaglio “negativo” è la mancanza dell’ascensore per le camere ai piani più alti semplicemente per i bagagli. Non impossibile !!! Tra il quinto e il sesto piano le scale si stringono leggermente ma niente di troppo faticoso.
• Erika (7/5): Overall, very good value for money. There is room for improvement here and there, but I would recommend it. - The apartment was in a great location, central but not too noisy. The apartment was well equipped overall and had a nice design, very welcoming! It wasn't clean everywhere and there was a mold stain in the bathroom. After I reported it, it was removed after 2 days. Communication with the host was okay, but at times I felt rushed. When I contacted the host again about the mold, he took his time instead.
• Desiree (8/5): Soggiorno accogliente e piacevole nonostante qualche piccolissima critica ci tornerei ancora ! - Pulizia , accoglienza, e la zona 6 piani di scale sono un po’ pesantini ma se li prendi con lo spirito giusto sono fattibili , non c’è la tele in camera che per una persona come me poteva essere utile, consiglio di mettere almeno uno specchio grande in quanto c’è solo quello piccolo del bagno !

• Josipa (5/5): - The location of the apartment is great, you have everything you need close by. The staff was very friendly and offered to take care of our bags prior to check in. The apartment is on the 6th floor without an elevator, the stairs are round, narrow and steep so going to the apartment was a nightmare, especially when the neighbourhood was out of electricity. As it is very high, it gets really hot and the AC takes a lot of time to cool it down. They offer a possibility of also preparing the couch so we asked for that in advance and they didn't prepare it, and the ap. wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The TV is broken but we didn't need it. A mirror would have been nice.
• Lucia (10/5): Amazing location, clean, spacious room - Perfect location in Spanish quarter, the Toledo metro station is 3 minutes by walk - you can easily get everywhere from there /the garibaldi station with airport / port shuttle is 4 stops away /. Many amazing restaurants&bars nearby, great coffee places. The apartment itself was very clean & spacious, got everything we needed. Before I read that it is noisy there but if you have your windows closed you cannot hear anything. There was new AC installed inside. The staff very lovely, always responded within minutes and gave us some tips. I would definitely stay here again. the only minus is the lack of elevator - it is nothing serious if you don’t have big luggage so for us it wasn’t a problem at all
• Giuseppe (5/5): Passabile per posizione e gentilezza dello staff - Gli unici servizi in camera erano il condizionatore e gli asciugamani. La posizione perfetta e strategica. Staff gentilissimo, tranne la signora delle pulizie che in 5 giorni non si è mai fatta vedere All'interno della camera non era presente l'asciugacapelli che poi è stato portato dallo staff. Nella stanza all'arrivo c'erano dei capelli sparsi. Non c'è l'ascensore ed eravamo al sesto piano. La tv in stanza era spaccata e inutilizzabile. Non mi è piaciuto il costo aggiuntivo per fare il check-in dopo le 23 (30€). Pulizie durante il soggiorno inesistenti. All'arrivo, fuori dalla camera affianco alla porta c'era un doppione della chiave della stanza, che abbiamo trovato strano e abbiamo lasciato dentro la camera per tutto il soggiorno per motivi di sicurezza.

• Roberto (5/5): Ottimo posto dove stare senza troppe pretese con una convenienza notevole - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo davvero economico per i prezzi di Napoli, appartamento carino con cucina con piano a induzione, televisore e climatizzatore Il letto in realtà non è un vero letto matrimoniale bensì due materassi uniti con una specie di corda che può dare un po’ di fastidio. La pulizia non era impeccabile. Inoltre l’appartamento può essere a un piano molto alto e si devono fare molte scale per arrivarci il che non è il massimo con bagagli molto pesanti. Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene

Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone, a klimatyzacja działała sprawnie – co było dużym plusem podczas upalnych dni. Lokalizacja idealna – wszędzie blisko, co ułatwiało zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miły i pomocny personel – obsługa była naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. FLAVIA służyła pomocą za każdym razem gdy o coś ją zapytałem 😀 Jedyne, co warto mieć na uwadze, to dodatkowa opłata w wysokości 30 euro za zameldowanie po północy. Poza tym wszystko było genialne i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce! Brak

• Alba (8/5): Alojamiento ideal en el centro de Nápoles para una escapada de 3-4 días - Estudio con ubicación excelente. Nos encontrábamos al lado de Vía Toledo, en pleno centro, con lo cual podíamos ir andando a cualquier lado sin inconveniente. Teníamos muy cerca comercios, rtes y cafeterías. Al entrar al edificio olía a humedad. De igual modo, en el baño detectamos que también habían humedades (en la pared en una de las esquinas) Baño muy pequeño. Ducha muy pequeña que apenas permite movilidad.

Modern and clean small studio, great value for money. The bed was a bit unconfortable. Also missed a balcony as a smoker, needed to go up and down 3 floors on the steps - but we knew that in advance :)

• Prakhar (4/5): City Centre stay, ideal location, bit of walking stairs if you arrive late. - The location was fantastic! Everything to be seen in the city centre was walkable distance, and the nightlife scene is nearby. There was no noise pollution because the room is in a tall flat complex (traditional Italian homes in the city centre) which is located on 6 floors. Very Neat and clean rooms, host is very helpful and gave us a map! Not for the unfit! We were not aware there was no lift and since we arrived late (12 AM), perhaps all other rooms were full and our room was located on the 6th floor! If you are physically fit then the location of this flat is ideal. Despite the room was crystal clean, there is no daily room service, but not a huge make or break deal as the former pointer mentioned. Perhaps good to message the host before booking to request a room on a lower floor as this is not specified on the booking.

• Beatriz (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this if you are looking for a comfortable place in the heart of the city center of Naples. The apartment is great, super clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Also, the Air conditioning is great (definitely a must during the Italian summer). You will find incredible restaurants just a 5 min walk away, also super close from one of the best gelateria in town (gelateria Mennella). The location is great, you will find the a lot of touristic attractions within a walking distance, you will be close to the Toledo metro station, and from there you can reach the train station in just 7 min.

• Guilherme (7/5): Good location for vacations. - Perfect for vacations and day offs. Location is awesome, the room is clean and beautiful. Very easy to find, very comfortable, lots of space. Bonus: near to markets and there is a laundry machine The wifi is terrible. If you need to work, like me, prepare to suffer. I know check-in hours the rules.... I know we have to wait. But what happen to me was weird. I got there by 10am. I asked the host many times if I could do an early checkin and he said no (all right, rules are rules), so I waited there for hours. No one came in, no one came out. I know that because I was waiting hours by myself in the property lobby. when the checkin time came, one guy came (LATE), collected a key from a jar that WAS THERE ALL THE TIME and gave me... Why make me wait for so long if the room was ready all the time ? I know the rules, but
• Buzdugan (9/5): Super nice accommodation - The room was very nice and spacious, it was clean, and the street is super close to everything you need: the metro station, the port, so it was very easy to go around Naples 😊 I would totally recommend this accommodation if you want to explore Naples The street is pretty loud so we couldn't sleep too much in the morning.
• Michał (7/5): Clean and great location, but not for someone with back problems. - Great location, clean apartment. Host very caring for communication about check in to welcome us right on time. Looks fresh, renovated not long time ago I suppose. The bed mattresses are in very bad shape, worn out (too soft). On both mattresses on both sides of bed - so it was not a coincidence. They should be changed to something better ASAP. If you have back problems this is not a place for you. Also be aware that you can get a 5th floor, tight staircase with no elevator - ok with me when I'm a fit young person, but getting with suitcases to the top could be very exhausting for someone in worse shape.

Near to the Porto, near to the metro Toledo and from there to the piazza Garibaldi to catch train to the Pompeji and to Sorrento and further to Amalfi coast. You go true via Toledo and you are on the Porto. Everything you can go by walk to see a lot of atractions. The room was beautiful, new. A small kitchen, for 2 persons. There weren't knife for the bread. It was difficult to cut the bread. The wifi doesn't work 2 days, although I send a massage at whatsapp. They didn't answer at all.

• Kai (8/5): A place that I would recommend. - A nice, spacious room with a little kitchenette and a sitting area. Clean and pleasant with basic amenities. Excellent location, near to train stations, literally less than 10 mins walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host, Emilio was as good as gold. He helped us in every way he could for matters related to places to visit, places to dine and he even lent me an adaptor when mine wasn’t working for the duration of our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Napoli. The water heater wasn’t working on our first night but it was okay after that.

• Rural_runner (9/5): Cozy and convenient - The apartment is stylish and comfortable. It also has a small kitchen equiped with all the basics, including a coffee maker. It is close to the metro station, market and restaurants. Emilio is a great host and was very helpful and available. The internet connection wasn't the best. It frequently needed to be reset outside of the apartment, upstairs.
• Marinela (8/5): Small, but clean and at great location - The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It’s new and clean. The location is very good and the communication with the host was smooth and easy. The AC was working very well for heating It’s a bit small, especially the bathroom- you can barely fit in the shower. Some stuff were missing like soap in the bathroom or sponge & detergent in the kitchen.
• Incze (9/5): Superb - Good location, lots of restaurants, shops nearby. The host was helpful. Clean and nice for local standards. The room was on 5-th floor, very steap climb each time. The bed was uncomfortable, the two matraces were not fixed in any way so they kept moving.

• Mostafa (10/5): It was amazing and lovely holiday in napoli - -That location was very good close to city center and the port -the staff who work there “emilio” was really friendly and welcoming and always available and happy to assist. - it was fairly clean _ it could have more amenities basics _more towels in the room

• Iris (6/5): We were expecting better. - Awesome location. Doing the check-in was horrible. You need a appointment to do your check-in. Without telling us he went to do an other check-in and let us waiting. He could better communicate this. Also being in contact with them before arrival was complicated. We were looked up in our room. Couldn’t open the front door anymore. We had to ask random people from the street if they could safe us. I wrote the property about what happened. I trusted them that they fixed it. But unfortunately not. The next day we were looked up again! The showerhead was broken. And the roller blinds were also totally broken. So the room was always bright due to the street lights!
