• Racquel (7/5): Excellent but confirm your pool - Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and very clean with excellent amenities and a fantastic view from our balcony. The apartment we got did not have direct access to the roof too pool, which is the reason we booked. Instead we were told we could have a taxi to the pool at the other building which wasnt what we had been sold.

There is a pool in the building we were told we cannot use. When leaving we were not allowed to wait in the foyer for our car because we were guests in a private rental and were asked to wait outside. Was supposed to be cleaned and serviced every 3 days. Stayed 6 nights never serviced at all. Great kitchen with plates and cups but no cutlery, not even a chopstick.

The pool and gym on the website wasn’t available unless you paid extra or get a lift to the pool. There was a final inspection of the property upon leaving. They had a problem with a bed sheet having an old wear and tear. They wanted extra money. . I wasn’t impressed .. . Yes it’s comfortable and more up market. but in my opinion, not worth it. . They even failed to repay what i was owed, when I paid the deposit and booking fee they did not bring enough cash. So they owed me money. They tried to make out there was a problem with bed sheet.

Got cancelled on the day of the stay due to not having enough rooms. We all rebooked with different hosts at the same location. • David (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS HOSTING COMPANY! - The location is conveniently located and a short distance from what the city has to offer. The hosts were terrible. The listing advertised that pool access in the facility would be provided however when an attempt was made to enter the pool the card declined. Upon contacting the host, I was told that the pool I could use needed 15 mins booking in advance and was a 7 min car ride somewhere else. This was very misleading from the listing on booking in which we paid $1k more than others in the building to stay at. The host then told me if I didn't like it I could look for another place to stay. As I got back to the room to search for another property last minute, I had one of the hosts come up to the room and make himself at home waiting for me to find another property. He also stated that I would need to pay a late check out fee as it was past midday. I told him thật the advertised listing was misleading and that if I didn't discover that pool access wasn't included late, I would've tried to find another accommodation earlier. I told him to leave and he kept coming back and making himself at home on the couch just spending time on his phone only leaving after wanting money or a passport as surety. When I managed to finally find another place within the hour, I called him back to hand the passport over and he held it as ransom for a late check out fee. This was an absolute nightmare for something not in our control. DO NOT USE THIS HOST for properties in Vietnam! There are much more honest hosts with much nicer and better priced properties in Saigon.

Im Nachhinein klar da somit keine Beweise sind. Uns wurde ein anderes Apartment gegeben kleiner und schmutzig. Selbst ein gebrauchten Kondom war noch im Bett. Reparatur arbeiten am Bad während des Aufenthalt. Die Versprochene Ausstattung Cafés Restaurants unten im Haus sowie auch Pool waren im dem neuen Apartment nicht verfügbar. Es gab ein Pool dem durfte man jedoch garnicgt nutzen. Alles in allem war es ein downgrade. Das BOOKING Team versuchte uns zu helfen jedoch bei Dieser scam Leuten schwierig zu vermitteln. • Honza64 (7/5): Není to hotel jak uvádí fotky - interiér, není to hotel, je to byt a to je důležité zmínit. na to velký pozor. Taky z nějakého důvodu jsme se museli druhou noc přestěhovat do druhé budovy, která už nebyla tak luxusní. radši bych si vybral hotel jinde. Výhodou je lokalita.
• Anahera (10/5): - The location was great, clean, and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfy, AC in all rooms and work great, washing machine works well. Close to bars and yummy eating places and a big coffee shop. It has a convenient store just a few steps outside the hotel and a bank with an ATM machine inside. The view was stunning at night and the day. There is a beautiful pool overlooking the river and a cross the road is a lovely park next to the river for walking or just setting and relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel was a bit hard to find but we called the host he was great and was very helpful and friendly. He came to meet us and assisted us in the apartment. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. I highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They deliver the keys on time, offer very competitive rates, and are extremely responsive through a WhatsApp group. If you’re planning to stay in this area, I highly recommend booking with them.

• David (3/5): Spacious apartment, however lack of customer service and cleanliness brings this down - The location of it was nice in the newer district. Building looks to be newish modern and spacious. The only reason why I rated lowly was because post stay there was a accusation. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews here about the hosts. It was going really well, didn't wait long for one of the host workers to meet me and take me to the room. (Yes this place is a residential apartment and not a hotel, so the room you book is actually someone's apartment being Leased out on booking.com) after entering the room, was shown around and given key card, asked for passport to take photos and then payment, I opted for card and was a 3% charge on top. Keep that in mind if you don't have cash. We showed him that the toilet seat was broken just incase it might used against us on check out. We stayed 1 night and checked in after 6pm so was not a full 24hr stay. We left the place as it was in a neat and tidy condition. Few hours later, the main host sends a photo of a chair back rest and simply writes "you ruined our chair". I inspect the photo and kindly tell them that the photo with the chair was never in our apartment, proceeded to tell me they check everyday and believe it's my doing. Long story short, they never came back to me to apologise for such accusation and I figured they didn't have the right apartment in the first place. Make sure to take photos and advise the host worker of any broken or deterioration of the apartment before they leave otherwise it might be used against you. We luckily had video and shows clearly no such chair in our apartment. This was the MAIN reason why I gave a low rating. Otherwise it would of been a much better rating and experience. On to some other things, shampoo was not shampoo, it was handwash .even some bottles were not refilled. Bring your own. The apartment is a bit run down even though it does look new. Maybe due to leasing out and short stays. There's a convenience store in the area and some food shops but nothing else.

As well this property isn’t an official service apartment which makes it quite uncomfortable by property control by the police.

The staff who looked after that apartment were never on time to meet with us despite messaging times beforehand. If you say you are going to be there at a particular time, be there or at least message to say otherwise. Keeping us uninformed or not responding to messages is not very professional at all.

First, accessing the gym and other facilities was a nightmare. You can’t get in without the host physically coming to scan his face for entrance. This is beyond inconvenient and completely impractical for anyone looking to use the amenities during their stay. It felt like I was constantly at the mercy of the host’s availability, which ruined the whole experience. To make matters worse, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable—hard as a rock and impossible to sleep on. For a place that’s supposed to offer a relaxing stay, it completely failed on all fronts. I wouldn’t stay here again and strongly recommend others to avoid it.

• Michael (3/5): Misleading description and too much effort - Comfortable bed and great view The property is hard to find, we had to wait in the lobby as the building is residential and run illegally. We asked to use the pool and we’re offered that two of the family could use it. Eventually we were offered to go next door’s apartment block pool (which is as per photos). Man knocked on door unannounced demanding payment when I was in the shower. Family asked him to wait and he requested to take our passports. Avoid this apartment- it wasn’t cheap and you’re better off staying at a legitimate apartment/hotel. They wanted to cancel the booking and offer a discount so that we couldn’t review it. We felt a bit unsafe which was unusual for the rest of Vietnam.

• Erin (8/5): Very good - Really lovely apartment in a great location, the rest of Ho Chi Minh easily accessible by taxi. Wonderful view from the room, really comfortable stay. Access to the pool was a very nice bonus. Would stay again! Getting to the apartment after arriving was a little complicated. We waited in reception of the building after messaging on whatsapp and eventually somebody came to take us up to the room. We were about 45 minutes before check in and weren't allowed to stay in the apartment, so had to leave and come back. Once checked in, we were told somebody separate would be coming within half an hour to collect payment for the room. We waited over 2 hours for this person to arrive, which was fairly irritating as we wanted to head out and explore. Following a rocky start, however, the stay was very pleasant and ran smoothly.

• Sandra (8/5): Attention to detail and security enhancements would significantly improve the experience - Convenient and true to the pictures advertised. They also provided excellent service, including setting up a dedicated WhatsApp channel for any questions or requests I had before and during my stay. However, there were a few unexpected aspects worth mentioning. It appears that the service operates only a few units within a larger apartment building, so check-in was handled by a staff member in the unit itself, rather than at a dedicated reception area. Additionally, there was no housekeeping for short stays, apart from a change of towels. The unit itself matched the photos online, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear. Another disappointment was that the bedsheets were not ironed, which detracted from the overall presentation. Security was a bit of a concern for me as the unit was only equipped with a digital lock, without any additional manual locks for added security. Overall, while the stay had its conveniences, these issues made it less enjoyable. Due to these reasons, I won’t be returning

• Jinnis (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view of the city from bedroom and balcony. Pool and gym was the best in Ho Chi Minh so far. They really put many efforts in those apartments and we enjoyed it. Just a few shops around but not a problem when it was just 5 minutes away from the city centre
