Also they have football and volleyball facilities, kids playground. I think it’s a perfect stay if you go with your little ones and it’s just 6 minutes drive from Hacienda Napoles

El trato de las personas, son muy amables y los 3 perritos son divinos. 😍 El hotel es hermoso, cómodo, la piscina es deliciosa, la estación de café y el restaurante me encantaron. Es muy agradable la estancia en este lugar. Puedo sugerir mejorar la limpieza de la piscina, además de revisar las canasticas donde sirven la salsas en el restaurante porque al sacar los sachets me encontré con 5 salsas ya usadas y no fue agradable, era basura. Son asuntos pequeños. Muchas gracias mi estancia fue genial.

El lavamanos tenía una fuga por lo que no pudimos utilizarlo en la estancia, la tapa del inodoro estaba suelta y casi tenemos un accidente. Se solicitó un día antes de la reserva que era por dos noches para nueva personas permitir el uso del cargador del vehículo y no se permitió, lo cual me pareció muy poco empatico puesto que si íbamos a estar hospedados.

Unfortunately, I had to leave a negative review as my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled with only a few hours' notice. There were seven of us travelling by car from Medellín, and we were all looking forward to our stay. Sadly, we were unable to do so. However, I must commend your staff for their professionalism during this time. Despite it being nearly 9:30 at night, they managed to find us an alternative hotel that accommodated us. The staff were truly amazing, and it is such a shame we couldn't stay at your hotel. Thank you for your understanding and for the efforts of your excellent team. The fact you cancelled our reservation at such short notice, with very little or no reason.

- Guest (9/5): Muy buena, lo recomiendo. - Muy buena ubicación. Cuentan con parqueadero privado y vigilancia. El restaurante DELICIOSO. Las instalaciones son modernas y muy limpias. La vista de la habitación era hacia un bosque muy lindo. Personal atento y amable. Por la noche deberían tener reglas de que no pueden haber huéspedes en los pasillos desde cierta hora. En nuestra experiencia, hubo niños jugando y gritando frente a las habitaciones hasta altas horas de la noche, no se podía dormir.

Es un hotel máximo 3 o 4 estrellas, tanto por las instalaciones, como por los servicios y el personal del hotel. Creo q es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrece.

- Joanna (5/5): Stunning hotel but lacking maintenance and facilities for travel with babies - The swimming pool 😀 is great and there is a beautiful children's playroom as part of the restaurant. There is also a playground with a trampoline but our 3 year old didn't use that because it was too hot. The hotel looks stunning on pictures because of the design and the Aircon in the rooms works well. I think it's a very good option if you are travelling with children 3 years and older. Despite knowing that we were travelling with a young baby and 3 year old, they put us on the second floor despite there being no lift. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and there are no baby changers in the bathrooms. Also, there were ants on the bed when we arrived. We only stayed one night, but the next morning our baby's travel cot had a lot of ants crawling around it. The hotel has several dogs in the restaurant that are always begging for food. I wouldn't recommend for travelling with children under 1. Also the doors are metal so you can hear everything from the corridors.

- Thomas (9/5): Amazing - The staff were amazingly friendly on the reception desk, the hotel is pet friendly which added more fun to my stay. Rooms have air conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy the great weather. Only negative thing which isn’t too much of a negative is that I think the breakfast was advertised as a buffet and it wasn’t a buffet.
- Gilbert (9/5): New and comfortable hotel - The hotel is new and very comfortable. Its perfectly located a few minutes away from doradal and a few minutes away from hacienda napoles. The pool at the hotel is nicely warm and you can use the pool till 9 at night. We had three rooms (group of 9 people) and all the rooms had hot showers (had to mention this as previous review complained about no hot water). The hotel is highly recommended if you are visiting the area….the breakfast was nice and there is a restaurant at the hotel that serves good food The rooms are a bit small..but for the purpose to relax and visit the area they are fine

Felt very safe with the lighting and it upkeep by the staff It’s not really customary for the area I noticed but it would be great to have a roof or enclosure to help facilitate bus stops. Perhaps this is more of a Doradal township initiative but it would really support tourists that prefer getting around using public transport

- Sandra (7/5): Not worth for the price ! - TV shows, at least has a lot of channels. The hotel may have an attractive exterior, but unfortunately, the rooms leave much to be desired. They are incredibly cramped, lacking sufficient storage space for personal belongings. Furthermore, the beds are too small and uncomfortable. The constant noise from passing trucks on the nearby highway disrupts sleep throughout the night. Considering the high price, it is clear that the hotel does not offer good value for money. Adding to the disappointment, our room was not cleaned during our absence, leaving us tired and frustrated upon our return. The hotel must address numerous areas for improvement. Additionally, the presence of a window above the door allows unwanted light to filter into the room at night, preventing proper darkness. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

- Karen (4/5): definitely over priced, new and modern but cheap and quickly built, food not tempting, bad internet - the hotel is new, pool is nice but too small for the size of the hotel, pool table (even though not professional, table tennis, volleyball field with sand, good parking, good A/C, modern design, good for family and pets; NO HOT WATER (and no compensation for that, in fact we were looked at strangely when we were surprised that there is no hot water at check in desk), absolutely horrible internet, 4G also not working due to location of the hotel, pool staff not present and hard to get hold of them, pool towels sometimes not there, hot water for tea in the reception takes 1 hour to fill up, staff rather unfriendly and unprofessional, not eager to work, over priced for what it offers, bad breakfast, menue not tempting, staff all around seems to be unexperienced in the hotelerie business, choose forest view as pool side is not private at all, new bathroom appliances wiggle already, beds uncomfortable (we wanted one room with one double bed and got two queen beds instead...apparently all rooms are equipped the same), no shampoo, only hand wash in the bathroom, fridge swimming in water inside, no hair dryer, plug in the bathroom not working, not sound proof rooms (can hear the neighbours talking, babies cry, etc), overall disappointing for the price they charge...
