Aurelian (9/5): Sehr nette und preiswerte Unterkunft. Gute Ausstattung und nettes Personal. - Sehr sauber, nettes Personal & gute Ausstattung. Sehr zentrale Lage aber ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war ein wenig dunkel, was aber höchstwahrscheinlich dem Baugerüst mit zu verschulden ist.
Kristin (9/5): Super Unterkunft! - Super nettes Apartment/Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung und sehr guter Sauberkeit. Perfekt für einen kleinen Familienausflug geeignet durch extra Zimmer mit bett für das kind. Lage direkt in der Innenstadt sodass fußläufig oder per Nahverkehr alles gut zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Sophia (3/5): - Die Lage war gut; Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich; Es war einigermaßen sauber. Sehr hellhörig, sehr dunkel, Handtücher wurden hingelegt und abgerechnet, obwohl ich ziemlich sicher keine dazugebucht hatte, nicht in allen Zimmern eine Waschmaschine, dafür aber auf der Terrasse eine Wäscheleine. Teilweise schlechtes WLAN, Fernseher funktionierte Eingeschränkt, Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Sehr unempathische, teils respektlose und nicht entgegenkommende Kommunikation.
Claudia (8/5): Good place to stay, nice and quiet. - Two bedrooms The narrow staircase up and down to the apartment was a challenge with our medium sized suitcases, it reminded of a servant’s staircase.
Ronald Kämmerer (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen angenehmen Kurzurlaub in Rostock - Grundsätzlich top: Super Lage, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, was relevant ist für so einen (Rostock) Urlaub – dennoch eine sehr ruhige Straße. Ausstattung der FeWo war Top und in überdurchschnittlichem Zustand und ausreichendem Platz. Das ganze Gebäude enthält ausschließlich Ferienwohnungen und das auch nur recht wenige: in Sachen Privatsphäre also super. In unserem Fall nur ein Manko: nach einer freundlichen Nachricht mit allgemeinen Infos via Booking, kam leider einige Tage vor dem Aufenthalt auf eine Rückfrage kein Feedback mehr. Auch bleiben die Infos zum Self-Checkin leider – entgegen der Ankündigung – aus. Zum Glück war in der Nachricht via Booking eine Handynummer angegeben, die wir anschreiben konnten, um dann unsere Checkin-Informationen zu erhalten. Ich denke, es handelt sich hier um einen kleinen Familienbetrieb, wo häufig so etwas von Hand und nur einer Person gemacht/organisiert wird. Da kann auch mal was durchrutschen... Ich denke, das ist nicht die Regel und wir konnten es auch sehr schnell klären/lösen und unseren Urlaub uneingeschränkt genießen.

Kieron (9/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment, very conveniently situated. Would definitely book it again. - Right on the edge of the city centre and only 10-15 minutes walk from the main station. Despite that, it was still pretty quiet. Plenty of room. Tasteful decore. Clean and comfortable. WiFi worked very well 95% of the time. Good kitchen. Washing machine, fridge and dishwasher all simple to operate. Two TVs. No oven (but I knew that before). Wouldn't go in the summer as the curtains and blinds were all very light (I like it dark for sleeping). Steep narrow stairwell to reach the apartment (not a problem for me but not ideal for all). No bin for paper or organic rubbish on site, although neighbouring buildings did seem to have them (I'm guessing it was due to a lack of space).

Taru (9/5): Superb - Everything went smoothly. Keys were behind a code, so you could check in freely. Nice apartment for one or two person. Only minus was the lack of curtains on some of the windows. I had to prop up a towel so you couldn't see the bed from the street.

It would have been helpful if we received the instructions on how to collect the key and access the apartment beforehand. Because we didn't see any information on Booking nor receive any message, we assumed there would be a reception, which was not the case and then it was a bit complicated to get through by phone to get the information.
