• jose antonio (9/5): - Ha sido mi HOGAR durante estos dias durante un viaje de trabajo, y eso es difícil de conseguir: Totalmente equipado y con todos los servicios a mano (supermercado, metropolitano y paradas de bus, restaurantes) . Conseguir que hasta el pizzero Luigi te conozca... eso no tiene precio.... La atención de la anfitriona Lucia ha sido excepcional. Al otro lado del whastapp siempre estaba ella para lo que hiciera falta. Se agradece el checkout personalizado que evitó parecer un parias por Roma paseando las maletas ante un vuelo tardío. No sé cuando volveré por trabajo a Roma, pero desde luego este hogar, repito, será el primero a elegir...

• Giada (6/5): Sporco, rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo - La posizione credo che sia il suo unico punto di forza La casa era molto sporca, e non curata. Un mobile della cucina rotto poggiato semplicemente a terra, una zanzariera rotta poggiata sul balcone. In cucina non si poteva appoggiare un attimo il cibo perché si riempiva subito di formiche in quanto c’erano molte fughe. La doccia e il piatto doccia pieno di calcare. Le luci non si riuscivano a spegnere mai del tutto. Negli angoli dell’appartamento c’era cumulo di polvere e anche alcune stoviglie erano sporche, come il bollitore decisamente inutilizzabile. E ciliegina sulla torta la proprietaria mi ha accusato ingiustamente di aver portato un ospite in più quando, minacciandomi di possibile denuncia su Booking, quando in realtà ero palesemente sola nell’appartamento. Credo che il prezzo sia decisamente esagerato per quello che viene offerto.
• Maheder Haileselassie (8/5): It’s worth the fee. - The place is very spacious, next to an intersection but not noisy at all. It has well equipped kitchen, tables and sofas. Very safe and comfortable to spend a whole day at. The door lock had issue so I can’t open it at all from the outside. Hope the owner will easily fix it. The toilet seat was filthy and be careful of using the kettle to make tea. The kettle’s inside is damaged so the water I boiled and drank had an oily thing floating at the top. May be I’m mistaken but it’s definitely not healthy. For what it’s worth, the kettle at my new hotel is the same so maybe avoid using those at all cost.

• Andrea (10/5): Soggiorno top. Sarà la prima scelta per il futuro - Appartamento accogliente, nel cuore dell’Eur. Letteralmente a due passi dal laghetto e dalle attività commerciali, l’appartamento è perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi qualche giorno nel quartiere più elegante e verde di Roma e vuole muoversi a piedi. In sintesi: comodo, elegante ed efficiente. Super consigliato Nulla da segnalare.

• Eric (10/5): Une semaine à Rome loin de la foule du centre, tout en étant proche du centre. - L'emplacement des EUR est parfait : tranquillité tout en étant très proche du centre, commerces variés... Tout était très bien.

• Solare (9/5): Bellissima struttura in posizione strategica - Appartamento pulito, ben tenuto, a pochi passi dalla Metro. Consiglio fortemente per la posizione, per l'accoglienza e per la bellezza dell'appartamento stesso.
• Travelling Oxonian (8/5): Very good accommodation in EUR, with only a few issues... - Well-fitted and spacious flat, ideal for a couple (or a single traveller desiring/needing a bit extra space), but might be uncomfortable with 3+ persons. Functional kitchen (with dishwasher), as well as your own washing machine (and plenty of other useful stuff in general, including very good AC). Location in EUR ideal if travelling for nearby work (e.g. at a nearby conference centres), and only 5min walk to metro station that can take you to Colosseo in 20min, but still a bit 'off', and more central accommodation may be preferrable to the average tourist. But otherwise ticks all the boxes, so if not for a few issues mentioned below, might even have been a 10/10... To start with, there were visible dirt in multiple places in the flat (not to the point where everything was dirty, and has seen worse, but also plenty of room for improvements). Some things in flat also broken (including a kitchen cupboard being very broken), which did not have a major impact (and have seen worse), but still indicates that not everything is in top shape. In addition, although the flat was great in many ways (as mentioned above), the cost was a bit too high when considering the condition and that it is in fact still located in EUR (not a bad area, but also not e.g. Centro Storico). If not for these issues, might have been a 10/10...
• Martina (5/5): Nice apartment but not a good service - Good location, clean, stylish The host wasn’t there when I arrived and asked me to pick up the keys in a neighbour bar.The bar staff wasn’t sure about the keys and gave me the wrong ones. I had to go back and got the right ones.The door was incredibly hard to open.Every time I came back I had to fight with the door opening..quite stressful

• Dr (10/5): Fabulous, luxurious, spacious, conveniently located, better than a hotel and it felt like home. - Everything! The flat is modern, luxurious furnishing, the blanket smelled great. The bed was huge and comfortable on top of it. All the basics were provided in the bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with cooking utilities and extras as pasta, spices and oil. A dishwasher was connected. the furnishing color with the tiles is just beautiful. The TV was huge and has all the apps you need to catch up with your watch schedule, Prime, Netflix, live TV, YouTube and the list goes on. There were enough towels. The host was lovely, she text a day before to confirm my arrival and offered help in getting to the apartment from my arrival at the airport on the day. When I arrived she was there waiting for me, she lives in the apartment opposite the offered one, very convenient for if you need her and replies instantly. Security door downstairs leads to a classy lobby and clean new elevator with lovely lighting for pictures ;) and enough space for two large travel bags and possibly more. There is a bluetooth SONOS brilliant speaker, you don't need your own. Very clean modern entrance with modern dimming light throughout the whole house, even int he bathroom. It is bright throughout the apartment int he daylight if you need it to be, plenty of windows and balconies. Around the apartment downstairs, a couple of bakeries, coffee shop, restaurants, small supermarket, Gelateria, a boutique and a Womans salon! walking distance form the la Nuvola conference centre, another conference centre and a prehistoric and folklore museum. It is a modern new quiet and clean district. Subway station EUR Palasport is a 6 minutes walk away and a bus station EUR Beethoven right outside the building. It was a splendid experience, I would definitely recommend for families and individuals to stay here, it's a guaranteed good living experience in Rome. Nothing at all.

Very nice and clean apartment at great location - subway is only a few minutes by foot away, then 20-30 minutes to downtown. Comfortable bed in decently sized bedroom with lots of closet space, spacious bathroom and nice living room/kitchen area. Several restaurants close-by as well as a small grocery store. Nothing

The hot water for shower is still not working and I'm surprised to see that previous guests have already pointed this.

Shower could have been cleaner and the socket is oldfashion and not functional with warm water. Windows not cleaned for a while... WiFi password heavy to use, please write it on a paper for your guests

• X34cv56hdf (10/5): The apartment in the EUR area was very nice, clean and comfortable and close to the metro - The host clearly communicated with me before and during my travel and personally waited for me to hand over the keys and show me around the property, despite the fact that I arrived later than foreseen.
• Pierre (8/5): Warm welcome, clean, spacious and what i needed for my stay. :-) - I really enjoyed the warm welcome, the space and cleanliness in the apartment. Also very much liked the little touches like choices of coffee or tea. For me, location was ideal.
