• Sara (10/5): It was definitely a home away from home, we loved the location. - It was well kept and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle . The staff were great and very accommodating. If you like to shop this is the perfect location. The mattress are not great.

• Dmitrii (10/5): A great apartment in the heart of Rome - Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome just near Piazza del Popolo. Excellent location for seeing everything - from Villa Borghese to Pantheon and Colloseum. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Personnel is very helpful and nice. Upon arrival we had water, soda, juices in the fridge and as it was my wife’s birthday during our stay - in the evening of the birthday we also found a bottle of Brut and a greeting card - that was so nice! Yes, it is loud in the evening because of location - be prepared for it, but usually it gets quite after 23:00, not counting street-washing and garbage machines. It seemed a bit weird that the only bedroom with private bathroom (master bedroom) was not the biggest one in the appartments. Would be also helpful to have some salt/pepper for those who cook (as we did). Also mind, that the floors between apartments are super thin and if you have loud neighbours above - you will hear them perfectly.

• Van den Heede (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf in het centrum van Rome - Je hebt hier alles wat je nodig hebt: dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden 15 minuten tot Max 35 min. Alles is aanwezig voor een geweldige citytrip. Heel ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Wij logeerden met 8 personen en dat was heel comfortabel. Ik miste wat peper, zout en olijfolie.

• Ali (9/5): I would like to thank the owner of the apartment and the staff for their excellent treatment, respect, and courtesy. If - The owner of the apartment and the staff were extremely respectful, courteous, and cooperative — they even contacted me before my arrival in Rome. The apartment is located in the heart of the old city, clean , the rooms are spacious accommodating 5 to 6 people, secured, elevator,surrounded by Roman ruins, shops, restaurants, and cafés. The price was reasonable considering its location. Due to its location, there is a bit of noise, but it is considered normal
• Hélène (10/5): Parfait - Un logement spacieux dans lequel chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain. Très propre et bien équipé. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos (sauf quelques plantes désormais séchées ou pots vides) Très confortable et cosy Accessibilité à pied de l'ensemble des visites (au plus loin le Vatican à 35 minutes et le Colisée à 35 minutes également), le reste accessible en 15/20 minutes. Métro et bus de l'autre coté de la piazza popolo. Quartier sécure et en même temps animé. Accessibilité d'une "boulangerie" en face/glaces/ pizza/sandwich (on recommande de goûter La vita é un muzzica) au pied de l'immeuble également. Patrizia a été très disponible via whatssapp pour nos questions en amont et pendant la séjour. Possibilité de réserver un taxi appréciable. Quelques points moins satisfaisants : effectivement comme signalé les 2 chambres coté rue sont (très) bruyantes le soir et la nuit on entend les camions poubelles et de livraisons. Plusieurs interlocuteurs pour cette location gérée par un collectif (une agence ?). Une ici sur booking, une (Patrizia) pour la gestion/question/une autre personne qui nous a reçu et remis les clé/ Lien direct cependant via Whatssapp avec Patrizia, très réactive et disponible.

No problem. Leave instructions for washer/dryer combo would be helpful.

• Bogdan (10/5): Awesome place - Nice apartment!Big, beautiful, with everything you need. Central location, you can walk to almost any location. Noises from the street, but it's ok after 00.00 am . Another bad thing is that you can hear through the ceiling your neighbors. But this two problems aren't the owner fault, the apartment is very beautiful , so i recommend.

• Robert (10/5): One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed! - This was one of the best located, appointed and overall spectacular properties we’ve ever rented. The location is in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Rome, the rooms are massive, the kitchen was beautifully done and big enough for our group of 8 to gather for coffee in the morning. It’s located on the first floor and has a lift. The property is in a very safe neighborhood and has an abundance of shops, restaurants and sights literally in a 15 minute walk. Bonus: it’s a 2 minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria Del Poppolo across the square that features the crucifixion of St Peter by Caravaggio and a ceiling by Raphael.

• Marcello (10/5): Exceptional - The host Patrizia has been very helpful and nice to us and satisfied all our requests. The Apartment is in an excellent position in city centre, it is very comfortable and and elegant and it is also easily reachable. We loved every little detail and the balcony is really gorgeous. The transfer service with the Airport is also a wonderful plus. We will come back for sure, really felt like a second home.
