• Sabrina (9/5): - Appartamento nuovo di design pulito caldo con supermercati ristoranti e fermate bus metro tram molto vicini. Il parcheggio comodo e gratuito.In estate la piscina deve essere un plus incredibile. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio presumbilmente la card si era smagnetizzata.

• Maria (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, ruhig, komfortabel. Die Beschreibung zum einchecken hat teilweise nicht gestimmt, wodurch ich nicht in die Wohnung konnte. Als ich die Kontaktnummer angerufen habe, war auf der anderen Seite eine Dame, die sehr schlecht englisch sprach, offensichtlich irgendwo auf einem anderen Kontinent saß und überhaupt nicht hilfreich war. Hätte ich nicht zufällig Hilfe bekommen von einem Mann in einem Gebäude nebenan, wäre ich nie drauf gekommen, dass die Beschreibung zum einchecken falsch war. Die Parkkarte fürs Parkhaus in der Nähe hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe eine normale Karte ziehen müssen und 66 Euro fürs Parken zahlen müssen.

• Julia (9/5): Polecam, warto! - Lokalizacja zdecydowanie atutem tego miejsca. W pobliżu mieliśmy stację metra, każdy autobus oraz dużo sklepów. W mieszkaniu wszystko dobrze wyposażone Byliśmy jesienną porą i w łazience było trochę za zimno. Drzwi do mieszkania wymagają jakiejś nóżki bo były bardzo ciężkie i niewygodne. Dostęp do parkingu oddalonego o ok 500m od apartamentu ale nam aż tak to nie przeszkadzało

In der Küche war alles vorhanden, De Longhi Kapselmaschine für Kaffee ist nicht so meins.Bad groß und sauber.Die Lage des Apartment ist perfekt,U-Bahn etwa 300m entfernt . Reisezeit 2.9.25 bis 5.9.25 .Das erreichen der Tripple Tower,in der das Apartment ist war eine Herausforderung, da rund um die Tower alles voll Baustellen war.

• Stefan (9/5): - Die sehr zentrale Lage im 3. Bezirk und vor allem die Wohnung in den Triple Towers, mit dem Pool auf dem Dach sind wirklich außergewöhnlich !!! 5 Sterne + Die Ausrichtung Richtung Straße, bei geöffneten Fenstern etwas laut von der Straße, Fenster schließen jedoch super ab !

• Sonja (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Nähe zur U3 - innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man fast jeden interessanten Ort in Wien erreichen. Schwimmbad auf dem Dach. Für die Ausziehcouch gab es noch einen bequemen Topper. Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierten die Abflüsse im Badezimmer nur eingeschränkt. Nachdem wir Bescheid gegeben haben, wurde das Problem umgehend behoben. Der Skyscraper liegt direkt an der Autobahn. Für empfindliche Menschen kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster unter Umständen etwas laut sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

• Simona (8/5): Very good - The apartment is really nice, with a very good location. The parking is super close and very convenient. When we arrived it was really cold and it took until the morning to reach a warm comfortable temperature, and this was only possible by setting the heat to a max level.

• Blagica (10/5): Very pleasant stay at a comfortable apartment - The apartment is conveniently located very close to a metro station, for a 15 min ride straight to the city center and most main attractions. There is also a supermarket in the same building. The parking is at a site nearby which is few minutes walking, so not a problem. The apartment itself is modern and quite spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is huge and the bed is comfortable- everything a couple would need for either shorter or longer stays. Last but not least, the managing agency is very prompt to response and offer help should you need any. We were visiting during winter months so at times the apartment got colder when set at the suggested heat level, but we were advised to increase the heating which can take a bit of time since it’s is a floor heating. But once it reached temperature it was fine - there’s nothing else that we didn’t like.
• Gozde (9/5): Superb - Great location, it is not in the city center but with many transportation opportunities. Next to Billa ( supermarket) and we stayed with home comfort. Many heavy doors 🙄 it was very difficult with baby stroller and luggages.

However, I can honestly say that we were more than pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect for us. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and all the benefits provided by the accommodation. A parking spot was available, not directly in the building but not too far away either, which didn’t bother us much. We truly enjoyed our first experience in Vienna and we will definitely return and choose your accommodation again. Thank you for all the comfort you provided! There was nothing we didn't like.
• Rusu (4/5): I do not recomand. - The property itself it is nice,very with everything you need. First of all you have to keep in mind that summer time you have no air conditional and you have to keep window open.But when you open the window there is a bench right under the window and teenager staying there all night long and making very loud noise...basically i was falling asleep after 3-4 in the morning after they where gone. They advertised as free parking included,but in fact that car park every time when i was to take the car out i ve had to pay as the barrier never open(it is not much, 11€/day, but very annoying. Just a reminder for whoever will stay there,take a picture of the car park card and key as they called me after 3-4 days pretending that they can not find that card and in terms and condition they mention that there is a fee if you lose it.When i told them that i have picture with the key and card on table they change it...disgusting attitude.

• Qaseem (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. - The location is very perfect near to the underground metro where you can go to many places around the city. The car parking garage is not in the same building but it was not an issue for us. And the garage is about 6 minutes walking and near to the metro station.

Communication at the highest point , very customer centric oriented and fast respond rate. There is no such a thing
• Martha (9/5): Superb - Place was clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city. Good ambience, restaurants and super Market on location. Access to public transport is walkable distances. When my key dropped, I was immediately assisted and that was really nice
• Cansu (9/5): no one bothered us. we stayed 8 days, it was safe and comfortable. there was everything could need in the flat. we felt - Beautiful flat in a new building. it has ideal size for living and balcony. there are grossmarket, cafe, sitting area and car parking at the entrance. safe place and easy to reach subway. actually nothing to criticize.
