• Romsek (5/5): - Lokacija je res odlična, Baščaršija in center Sarajeva na dosegu peš, parkirišče za avto direkt pred vhodom. Lastnik je zelo uredu in prijazen. Zajtrk je bil osnoven, motil me je hrup nad sobami saj je nad njimi restavracija.
• Roland (9/5): Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. - A szállás nagyon közel volt a belvároshoz. Kedves, mosolygós személyzet. Reggeli választéka teljesen jó volt. Nem volt, ami nem tetszett volna.

• Zoltan (10/5): Posto bello, tranquillo, vicinissimo al centro - Posizione perfetta, letti comodi, bagno spazioso, posto tranquillo, la ragazza al ricevimento gentile e disponibile, colazione ok I tappeti ( anche in camera ) era polveroso e pieno di immondizie …. Bastava passare solo con una aspirapolvere perche di base bon cerano macchie, solo sporcizie, polvere.
• Guest (5/5): Our stay was very disappointing — poor WiFi, bad smell, and lack of basic maintenance made it far from a comfortable exp - The bed was really comfortable and the location is really good. It takes you 2-3 minutes to get to Bascarsija. Breakfast was decent, classic variety of eggs and good spreads and meats. First of all, the WIFI was terrible, it was barely working for the two nights we stayed there. Had to use my data and spend extra money on roaming. TV wasn’t working, you turn it on and wait for it to “turn on” for another 10 minutes. We would go down to tell the staff about it, but no one was at the reception, only at breakfast/check in time. Our glasses we got in the rooms were dirty and had hairs on them. There was not hot water the first night we arrived, so we had to take a cold shower. In the middle of the night, it just started to smell like a septic tank, probably coming from the bathroom, but we couldn’t figure out what it was exactly. Bathroom door also could not close fully, so the smell kept coming into our room where we were trying to sleep. The smell was there for probably 30 minutes or more. The parking is also not a parking, it’s a sidewalk across from the Hotel, turned into “parking” spots.

Er liepen kevers in de kamer. Als je bij het ontbijt een tweede kopje koffie wil moet je dat extra betalen.

• TATIANA (9/5): Good stay, nice and clean hotel with great breakfast! - Great location just 9 min walk from old town centre and 7 min walk from the cable car, on the bank of the river! Big clean room and great breakfast! The host was very polite and helpful) Отличное местонахождение в 9 минутах ходьбы от Старого города и 7 минутах от канатной дороги, на The room they offered us first was not cleaned up so we had to wait for another one, but it took short so no problem. No refrigerator and tea-pot/cups in the room. Сначала заселили в неубранную комнату, но быстро организовали другую, тч не проблема. В номере нет холодильника и чайника и чайных принадлежностей.

• Guest (7/5): On level of my expectations. - Room it was clean with enough light inside, location on hotel is acceptable for first time visit of city, hotel is very near to the most attractive things what you planned to visit in city and you don't needed to use car for traveling, personal had high level of hospitality. For breakfast it will be good to be more full with different type of foods and to exist more solutions.

• Olga (9/5): Мне понравилось, остановилась бы здесь снова - Локация хорошая, очень близко к центру. Запарковались у отеля без проблем. Было чисто. В целом по соотношению цена/качество все хорошо. Слабоват WiFi. Нет холодильника в номере. Хотелось бы завтрак поразнообразнее (были только яйца, сосиски, помидоры, сыр и колбаса).

• Donny (9/5): Superb location with great staff - Newly refurbished room. Excellent condition. Location is absolutely perfect as it takes a few mins walk to center of Sarajevo. Tram line within a very short distance. Staff is very good. None.

• Lubos (10/5): - Všetko super, večera výborna, obsluha ochotná a nápomocná, odporučil nám lokálne špeciality ktoré boli výborné. Krásny výhľad z reštaurácie. Ubytovanie blízko centra, super. Škoda že sme boli len jednu noc cestou na dovolenku, prídeme nabudúce aj na dlhšie. -

• ELAINE (7/5): Buona base per scoprire Sarajevo - La camera era molto comoda e confortevole (una quadrupla con due ambienti separati da una paretina, con letto matrimoniale e divano letto). Il bagno sufficientementespazioso con sapone e accessori di base. La posizione per raggiungere il centro invece è ottima, in 5' si è di fronte alla biblioteca. Si può migliorare la pulizia degli ambienti comuni, soprattutto della moquette e dei vetri. La colazione piuttosto basica, consiglio di aumentare la parte dolce.
• veysel (4/5): - İngilizce bilmeyen çalışanlar çok kaba, özellikle restoran tarafında mı otel tarafında mı çalıştığı belli olmayan bir erkek personel çok huzursuz etti, hiç yardımsever birisi değil, yardımcı olmaya çalışanlarada köstek olan bir tipti sırf o adam için bu oteli kesinlikle önermiyorum. Gündüz otele gelip nerdeyse tüm keyfimi kaçırdı.

• Petr (8/5): - V hotelu v den našeho ubytování probíhala svatba. Vzhledem k tomu že pokoje hotelu jsou pod restaurací bylo vše dokonale slyšet, obzvláště šoupání židlí po dlažbě a o hudební produkci nemluvě. A to vše do 02.30 h. Ráno v čase snídaně byla podlaha restaurace poznamenaná oslavou, flekatá a ulepená.

• Desirè (8/5): La stanza sull'acqua - La nostra camera era vista fiume e praticamente era sull'acqua, sembrava di stare su una barca. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro. Colazione povera ma buona. Nel complesso una struttura che ricorderemo con molto piacere. Comoda anche per il par il parcheggio, non proprio semplice a sarajevo. L'unica cosa negativa è stata che purtroppo che il giorno del nostro arrivo nel ristorante dell'hotel c'era un matrimonio e hanno ballato con musica alta sopra la nostra testa fino a mezzanotte. Orario ragionevole si, ma ad averlo saputo prima, ad aver ricevuto opportuna comunicazione dallo staff, ci saremmo organizzati diversamente. Invece eravamo stanchi e siamo tornati in camera presto ma era davvero impossibile riposare fino a che tutto non è finito. Sicuramente un caso isolato, ma una buona comunicazione da parte dello staff eviterebbe malcontenti.

Kahvaltı kötüydü. Aç kaldım desem yeridir. Kötü bir omlet vardı. Salatalık domates bitmiş yenilemediler. Masalar pisti restoranda, söyledim öyle temizlediler. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok azdı. • Natalia (7/5): Lokalizacja na plus, ale dużo minusów - Idealna lokalizacja- kilka minut spacerem do starego miasta. Bezpłatny parking, ładne położenie obiektu, klimatyzacja bez zarzutu, dużo przestrzeni Raził wszechobecny brud. Wykładzina nie była odkurzona, w łazience podobnie, a nawet kabina prysznicowa była brudna. W weekend trzeba się liczyć z możliwością wesela w obiekcie, a w związku z tym dużego hałasu. Nam się niestety to przytrafiło 😕 Śniadanie nas rozczarowało. Przyszliśmy mniej więcej w połowie jego wydawania i trafiliśmy na resztki- nic nie zostało uzupełnione.

• Dean (8/5): For those who don't care about the cleanless - We liked the location on the river bund. The hotel is nicely furnished but not well maintained. Cleanless !!! The roo.ms are not clean. You can see hair and small trash all around the room. The furniture is broken even it looks new. We missed a cattle, maybe some tea bags or coffee.
