Обстановката в хотела е спокойна и приятна, а вниманието към детайла наистина прави впечатление. Закуската беше вкусна и разнообразна, а обслужването – бързо и на високо ниво. Личи си, че се работи с отношение към гостите и желание те да се чувстват специални. It is good value for money even though we stayed only for one night due to going to a football game and the price was a bit high, which is understandable but it could include breakfast for such price. n/a

• Rik (9/5): Great stay in Razgrad and nice outdoor facilities - The hotel is not in the most attractive neighborhood, but from the moment you step inside, everything is well organized. Very friendly staff, fine (basic) rooms and especially outside it is good to stay. There is a nice pool, a nice bar where you can also have breakfast and an outdoor kitchen. We were there briefly so didn't have the opportunity to explore everything. The center of Razgrad is a short walk away. If I do have to mention something: breakfast was good, but not very special. The rooms we had are quite basic, but for us that was fine.

• Denis (4/5): Disappointing - There is guite cute backyard with pool We visited this city because of a football match at the local stadium. We arrived middle of the night and were checked in without a problem. The tortures have begun the next morning. We were awakened by knocks, sawing, and drills at 8:30 a.m. It turned workers were repairing the roof. After 15 minutes I downstairs to the receptionist to complain. There was a grown man and he was like "It's OK, 9 mornings already" smiled and continued to drink tea, showing complete indifference. As I guessed later he was the hotel owner. The renovation was continuing the whole day and we couldn't relax in our room. I consider the owner should have guessed a lot of people arrive at the hotel on the day of the match and postponed repairing. Instead of this no interest, and complete indifference, the person did not even try to resolve the issue. The man just is out of place, he should sell his business to other people who know what comfort and hospitality are it!

We arrived very late, but we were waited on and more than that, we were served on the terrace by the pool with something to drink. A very good option for accommodation when passing through Razgrad.

We asked for help in the afternoon to call taxi in the early morning to drive us to the station and it seemed that we agreed that there will be a person to help us. They also gave us taxi phone number. However, taxi company does not speak any other language except Bulgarian and in the morning were nobody in the hotel to help us.
