• Roland (2/5): - Es ist eine Zumutung diese Unterkunft zu vermieten. Die Lage, Ausstattung und Ausrüstung eine Katastrophe. Kein Glas, kein Teller, keine Bestecks. Kücheneinrichtung ohne Wasseranschluss.Verschimmelte Fugen im Bad. Der Garten ist ein Dreckplatz und nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen bezahlt sind aber wieder abgereist. Der Vermierter sollte sich in Grund und Boden schämen, so etwas anzubieten. Alles.

• caro_fr (8/5): - L'emplacement est central, une minute à pied de la rue principale Possibilité de se garer devant (dans un passage pierreux non asphalté) Bonne climatisation dans les 2 chambres Propriétaire aimable et souriant Machine a laver le linge La présence de deux terrasses et de chaises de camping que nous avons pu emprunter pour aller nous baigner dans la rivière à 3 minutes à pied de l'appartement, il y a là-bas une petite plage de sable où on peut se poser tranquillement. L'accès est un peu difficile et raide mais l'eau est peu profonde et sans courant. Pas de cuisine ni aucun équipement pour boire ou manger ou ne serait-ce pouvoir se faire un simple café mis a part le frigo : pas de bouilloire, de tasse, de bols.... Le propriétaire nous a gentiment dépanné d'une bouilloire et de petite cuillères mais ce serait bien que cet équipement fasse partie de l'équipement de base. Ayant un peu lu rapidement le titre de cette annonce qui indiquait " maison de vacances" en français j'avais pensé que la cuisine allait de soi. Nous aimons pouvoir nous faire le petit-déjeuner le matin. Cela finalement était possible grâce à l'amabilité du propriétaire. Il s'agit en réalité de deux chambres en duplex l'escalier qui monte à l'étage est en colimaçon difficile pour une personne âgée avec risque de chute pour les enfants.
• Liberty (7/5): Comfortable escape! - Spacious, lovely courtyard and upstairs bedroom and balcony with a hammock. Included washer and dryer, very central in town.
• Besthorn (8/5): - Alles sehr sauber, Betten bequem, Waschmaschine +Trockner, Balkon, zentral gelegen, Vermieter sehr nett, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, sehr günstig, Betten für 6 Leute, Fernseher in beiden Zimmern mit Netflix und Prime. Ausblick auf nicht sehr schönen Hinterhof.
• Michelle (10/5): Very nice - Great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Loads of parking. Wonderful air-conditioning for hot days. Really quiet overall. Next door to a school, so you'll often hear children playing and having fun. Somehow I was expecting a kitchen. There's a refrigerator, but I wish there were a hot water kettle too.

• Nathalie (10/5): Exceptional - Well situated in Përmet. Very clean and a lot of space in the rooms which are well detached. The family is very nice and helpful. The son and the daughter speak rather good English which is quite handy.
