• Wolfgang (10/5): Außergewöhnlich! Hier stimmt wirklich alles! - Die Besitzerin ist unglaublich gastfreundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und super lecker. Sie macht die Vermietung mit Freude, man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Appartement ist perfekt, sehr sauber, voll ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und eine Parkgarage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation ist etwas holprig, aber es gibt genug Helfer.

• MAOULIA (9/5): Séjour agréable - L'emplacement idéal avec vue sur mer, et un garage en sous-sol (indispensable si vous êtes en voiture car c'est extrêmement compliqué de se garer). Appartement très bien équipé et grand. Petit déjeuner copieux servi dans l'appartement à l'heure qui vous convient. Le vitrage n'est pas très bien insonorisé donc un peu de bruits exterieurs (musique le soir, pas très fort et pas très tard), il faut prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits.

• Nam (10/5): Unforgettable experience! - I stayed in this apartment for one month, and I have to say—I couldn’t have made a better choice. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful; they welcomed me warmly upon arrival and made sure throughout my stay that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Even though I hadn’t booked breakfast, they offered it to me one morning so I could try it. That kind of gesture really goes a long way and set a positive tone for my entire stay. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully decorated, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. Absolutely top-notch! Their standard of cleanliness is on another level, and I was genuinely impressed. Whenever I needed, they were always happy to clean the apartment for me and provide me with fresh towels and bed sheets. The prices are very fair. The value and overall experience you get from staying here are simply unmatched. If I ever return to Vlora, I’ll definitely stay here again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sea Pearl Apartments to everyone!
• Joanna (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, komfortowe mieszkanie, smaczne śniadanie, zaangażowani, pomocni właściciele, parking. Pod mieszkaniem znajduje się cocktails bar z muzyką i niektórym może to przeszkadzać.
• Florian (10/5): - Das Appartement ist schöner als auf den Fotos und alles ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Aussicht und Lage sind fantastisch. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück wird einem zur Wunschuhrzeit in die Wohnung gebracht. Die Unterkunftgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. --
• Markus (10/5): Beste Lage, klein und wirklich schön und charmant eingerichtet, eigene Tiefgarage, tolles Frühstück, super Service! - Aussergewöhnlich gute Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade, in der anderen Richtung ist die große Einkaufsstrasse, nebenan entsteht die neue Marina (trotzdem KEINE störende Baustelle!). Die Tiefgarage im Haus hat eigene, mit Rolltor abgetrennte Stellplätze. Das Zimmer ist klein aber mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes Bett, wenn auch etwas schmaler als in den meisten Unterkünften unserer 3-Wochen Rundreise. Alles war super sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster hätte etwas schöner sein können, dort sah man den Parkplatz des benachbarten Hotels. Aber man sah a mehr, wenn man über den Parkplatz hinweg schaute. Ein ganz großes Lob auch für den Frühstücks-Service. Pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit kommt die Mama der Inhaberfamilie mit einem Rollwagen mit allem, was man sich wünscht zum Frühstück. Und eine Kaffeemaschine mit ausreichend Kapseln ist auch vorhanden. Erwähnen muss ich noch die wirklich tolle Bar “VEX”, direkt neben der Eingangstür. Die war so gut, dass wir dort jeden Abend einen letzten Drink genommen haben. Hier gibt es NICHTS erwähenswertes.

The hosts are super helpful and go above and beyond what I would normally expect. They had had some great recommendations for restaurants. The quality of the apartment was fantastic and I really appreciated the soft, fluffy towels and lovely bedding. Fabulous breakfast provided as well. I cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay - it totally exceeded our expectations. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest that would make this apartment better.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Parkimi falas dhe nje hapsire mjaftushëm per cdo lloj makine 😊 Zonja Elvira dhe djali jan shumë të komunikushëm dhe na kan ardhur në ndihmë per cdo kerkesë tonën. E sigurt që do rikthehemi përsëri per te rezervuar suiten me një pamje marramendëse. Ushqimi, apartamenti, komunikimi dhe çdo gjë tjetër ishte perfekte, nuk besoj të ketë dicka për të mos u pëlqyer në kte booking.

The hosts were just amazing with all the information that we need, and a very good and tasty breakfast. Free parking in the underground. Great people and good time! Noisy because some coffe shops are at the ground level and the noise is till 23.30 every night.

Prachtig uitzicht over de stad en een heel mooi schoon en goed verzorgd appartement met airconditioning. Twee badkamer en voldoende handdoeken. Dat is in een hotel wel eens anders helaas.
• Rainer (10/5): - Sehr schönes Appartement, ideal gelegen, um Stadt und Strand zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern über WhatsApp bei der Anreise hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir wurden durch die Vermieter in die abschließbare Tiefgarage begleitet und im Appartement wurde alles Wichtige gezeigt. Sehr gutes Frühstück wie vorher besprochen. Wir können das Appartement unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

The host welcomed us in person and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the parking spot in the underground garage, and the extensive breakfast delivered right to our room – fresh, delicious, and with great attention to detail. The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky at first, but the host was easy to reach via WhatsApp and guided us perfectly. All in all, a great place for anyone looking for a stylish and private alternative to a hotel stay.

• Juhász (10/5): Kiemelkedően kedves, rugalmas vendéglátók tökéletes elhelyezkedésű szállása, saját garázshellyel. - Különösen tetszett a szállásadók kiemelkedő kedvessége, rugalmassága, lelkiismeretes hozzáállása és a bőséges, finom reggeli. A szállás fürdőszobája szinte műalkotás és általában a berendezés nagyon ízléses. A lokáció is tökéletes. A szálláshoz járt egy elszeparált, zárható mélygarázs hely is, mely azok számára kincs, akik autójukat betonbiztos helyen szeretnék tudni és parkolóhely-kereséssel sem akarnak bajlódni. Nem volt ilyen, mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

• Serhiy (10/5): Bellissimo nuovo appartamento con splendida panoramica. 10+ - Abbiamo soggiornato in un nuovissimo appartamento di lusso al 12° piano, con una splendida vista panoramica sul mare e sul lungomare. Questo appartamento era disposto su due piani e l'aria condizionata era presente in tutte le stanze e funzionava molto bene. Noi non abbiamo cucinato, ma se avete bisogno di cucinare qualcosa, gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario dalla A alla Z, c'è anche una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice, macchina per il caffè con il caffè necessario e tè. Questo appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Proprietari dell'appartamento Yuriy e Frenksi sono molto gentili e pronti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi situazione e fornisci anche tutte le informazioni su dove ci sono buoni ristoranti e molto altro… Sotto il palazzo c'è un supermercato e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti dove si mangia molto bene. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche della meravigliosa colazione preparata dalla loro mamma che è stato portato direttamente al nostro appartamento nel orario che abbiamo concordato prima. È possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente la propria auto anche nel garage sotterraneo. Consiglio vivamente questi appartamenti a tutti. Non c'è niente che non ti piacciuto in questo appartamento: è bellissimo. Vale 10++++++++++

Завтрак был отличный. Приносили в оговоренное время прямо в квартиру. Современная стильная квартира. Обе спальни на втором этаже. Большая терасса, с которой прекрасный вид на закат. Вид на море и на набережную. До ближайшего песчаного пляжа с лежаками и зонтиками 10 минут лёгкого хода. Далее вся набережная в обустроенных пляжах. Прямо под домом супермаркет, кафе. Вокруг много ресторанов. Парковочное место в подземном гараже. Все было отлично. !!! Море во Влёре не глубокое и очень теплое. Отлично для семей с детьми.

All the apartments we rented were extremely clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host manages three apartments in total, and we were a few families — everyone was impressed. The duplex penthouse, in particular, stands out with its beautiful view. Parking spaces are spacious, private, located underground, and even have secure access — a big plus for safety and convenience. The breakfast was also very good, and we truly appreciated the attention and care from the hosts — it made a real difference and added to the overall experience. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, just at the beginning of the lovely promenade filled with great restaurants and outdoor vendors. When we arrived by car Alvita and Alisa were outside waiting for us and directed us to our parking spot in the garage and then showed us our fabulous apartment. Alvita asked what we liked for breakfast and brought us so much each morning at the time we requested. Alisa recommended a few restaurants on the promenade and Titanic was fabulous. • Julia (8/5): Wunderschönes Apartment in guter Lage. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super schön und ausgefallen. Es war die schönste Wohnung unseres Aufenthalts. Der Empfang war auch sehr herzlich und es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer gebracht und war sehr nett angerichtet und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, allerdings ist es nachts etwas laut, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Wir kamen recht spät abends an und das warme Wasser beim Duschen hat nur für eine Person gereicht. Mein Freund musste leider lauwarm - kalt duschen. Am nächsten Morgen hat es aber wieder funktioniert. Leider war die Wohnung nicht optimal sauber, grade im Bad waren einige dunkle Haare, vor allem in der Dusche.

• Bas (10/5): Zeer mooi en compleet app, midden tussen de horeca en bezienswaardigheden incl. gratis parkeren! - Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en naar de parkeergarage begeleid. De locatie ligt precies tussen de boulevard aan zee en de boulevard naar de oude stad. Met de bus kan je voor 40 lek p.p. naar de oude stad. Het appartement is zeer ruim, heeft een keukentje met vaatwassser, wasmachine, magnetron en complete inventaris. De bedden zijn prima. Geluid isolatie van de ramen, het appartement bevind zich boven een lounge bar en die draaien van 07:00 tot 24:00 met muziek. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er in de haven palen geheid, daar kan het verblijf natuurlijk niets aan doen.

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. - Das Appartement ist außergewöhnlich stilvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Uns erwartete eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waffeleisen und vielem mehr. Auch im luxuriösen Bad fehle es an nichts. Am Morgen deckte uns unsere Gastgeberin im Appartement den Frühstückstisch und servierte uns soooo viele Leckereien. Dieses Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeberin war super sympathisch, freundlich, zuvorkommend und es war ihr jederzeit wichtig, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage ist super. Rundherum befinden sich die unterschiedlichsten Cafés und Restaurants und zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin ist eine tolle, liebevolle und fleißige Frau ! Mit ihrer Unterstützung haben wir den Taxitransfer von Flughafen reibungslos organisiert, Tips für viele Ausflugsziele vor Ort und Umgebung erhalten und vieles mehr. Sie war immer präsent und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war anders als in Deutschland, aber es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt: unter anderem frischer gepresster O. Saft, Obst, Croissant,… Wenn etwas anderes gewünscht, dann an die Gastgeberin äussern. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Ort, jedoch sehr ruhig! Ziemlich nah befinden sich Café s , Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strände und vieles mehr Die Sonnenschirme haben insgesamt 5-10€ gekostet. Viele weitere Strände sind per Auto erreichbar. Der Weg zur Fuss in die Altstadt „Muradie“ war für uns ein Vergnügen und lohnend Das Schiffstour Karaburun-Sazan ist empfehlenswert. Der Hafen ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt. In der Nahe Umgebung befinden sich sehenswerte Orte! VIELEN LIEBEN DANK FÜR DIE WUNDERSCHÖNE ZEIT DIE WIR BEI EUCH VERBRACHT HABEN! Tolle Gastgeber! Wenn wir wieder in Vlore sind, dann nur bei Euch! • Irene (10/5): Un lujo de alojamiento - TODO. El apartamento duplex es increíble, parece que estás en un palacio, realmente es una fantasía de lugar. Está perfectamente equipado con todo lo que puedes necesitar. La ubicación es increíble, en pleno paseo marítimo y con unas vistas inmejorables. Además, los propietarios son gente encantadora, la señora super cercana y estaba siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos trajo el desayuno al apartamento con mucho mimo y cuidado y nos dejó irnos a la hora que quisimos. Una estancia increíble que sin duda no olvidaremos. Lástima que solo estuviéramos una noche. Nada, todo perfecto.

L'ospitalità della proprietaria è stata fantastica, attenta ad ogni nostra necessità e richiesta, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati dalla sua ospitalità e cordialità, deliziose colazioni da lei servite. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoddissima, in pieno centro con un panorama mozzafiato sul golfo di Valona, e molto vicina alle loro meravigliose spiagge. Che dire ci ritorneremo spesso, raccomandatissimo come esperienza da provare.

Die Chefin des Hauses ist eine PERLE und um jedes Anliegen sehr bemüht . Das Quartier ist NEU und mit allem bestückt was man zum täglichen Leben braucht . Ehrlich gesagt werde ich wieder kommen und längere Zeit bleiben , es macht nur Spaß hier . Ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis zur Gastgeberin sowie zu Ihren beiden Söhnen . Es werden Gespräche geführt wie unter FREUNDEN , die Unterkunft kann nicht besser sein . Die Lage ist extrem gut , ein paar Meter zu allen Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . E poi la colazione buonissima, abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza piacevole la proprietaria e una persona deliziosa, la casa è molto pulita e il letto comodissimo io e mio marito siamo rimasti sodisfatti del alloggio ma soprattutto della vita Vlorë non lo nego che l’anno prossimo ritorneremo e ci fermeremo più di un giorno .
