- Selina Magdalena (7/5): Gute Preisleistung - Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gab Spinde mit Schlüssel, es wurde regelmäßig geputzt, die Lage war super, es gab Reinigungsdient und Trockenraum Es gab nur eine Dusche für Frauen, in der Küche "für Frauen" waren auch Männer, im Zimmer gab es nur Betten und Spinde sonst nichts. Und Moskitos. Das ganze Hostel ist extrem spartanisch, es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum, keine Möbel, keine Deko, kein gar nichts. Es hat kein Herz und keine Seele. Dafür kratziges, recycletes Klopapier.

Staff is very responsive and helpful to accommodate your requests (early check in and late check out, luggage storage). Secured area. Best price in town Can be noisy at night. Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. Bathroom with only curtain to separate shower booths so not much privacy. Floor always with water. Toilets doors not working.

- DOĞAN (1/5): Ucuz diye burada kalmayın. - Yalnızca konumu. Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü hostel deneyimiydi. Otele giriş yaptığımda adıma ayrılmış bir yatak bile yoktu; görevliyle beraber odaları tek tek gezerek boş yatak aramak zorunda kaldık. Hijyen konusu ise tam bir soru işareti. Bana sonrasında bir yastık ve kılıfsız bir yorgan verildi. Kılıf olmadığı için yorganın her misafirden sonra yıkanıp yıkanmadığı meçhul, bu da ciddi bir temizlik sorunu demek. Ayrıca konumu bir avlunun içerisinde olduğu için bulmak oldukça güç. Avrupa’daki hostel standartlarını burada kesinlikle beklemeyin; sadece size bir yatak (o da şüpheli bir temizlikte) sunuyorlar. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
- Haylee (6/5): Although my stay was comfortable enough, I wouldn’t stay here again. - The central location The hostel is quite noisy at night, with people often outside smoking and talking until late. The walls and doors are fairly thin, so sound travels very easily between rooms. There should be more facilities available, as the toilets and showers are very limited and need maintenance. It would have been nice to have a social area as well and more travel information provided. The atmosphere just wasn’t right for a solo female traveller.

L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, et le personnel comme les autres voyageurs sont vraiment gentils et respectueux. L’ambiance est agréable et conviviale, je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne cherchant un séjour confortable et accueillant.
- Addie (4/5): - Central location was good. Bathrooms not very clean. Cleaning ladies moved me personal belongings off of my bed onto another area which was totally not okay with me. Owner came into the room at like 11pm and turned on the lift while I was sleeping which was extremely inappropriate. No locks on the doors so security is not the best either. Some other person stole my food that I bought from the store that I had labeled as mine.

El personal de staff muy buena persona, buena relacion precio - calidad No es algo malo, pero no entendi porque la cocina era solo para mujeres. Habia una cocina en 1er piso para hombres, pero faltaba acondicionar, sobre todo una nevera para los aminentos y un poco mas de limpieza.

- Sairah (8/5): - The owners were friendly, got a message on how to get the hostel from the airport which was very helpful. I didn't like my first room so was able to switch as there was a free one avaialble the next day There are long term people staying in the hostel so its not giving the travelling vibe. The first room I stayed in was dirty as the two girls practically live there. The room smelt and didn't sleep well first night as they work night shift. Once, I moved room then It was better and clean. There is only one shower for so many girls. Not enough hot water and only gets cleaned once a day. Bathroom facilities needs updating. For cheapness of this hostel you get what you paid for

Прежде всего он прислал очень подробный гайд как найти хостел-) Так как было не очень много народу, мне любезно предоставили ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Это замечательно! Очень любезный персонал, по-настоящему дружелюбные люди. Шторки на кроватях(к сожалению только на нижних) всегда плюс к комфорту. Местоположение отличное: в шаговой доступности старый город, променад и фуникулёр(рекомендую) и конечно метро Уборка каждый день. Женский санузел всегда был чистым. Уставшая мебель, сантехника и особенно стены, хостел конечно не такой свежий, как на картинках. Возможно стоит постепенно менять постельное бельё: оно довольно застиранное. Общий туалет, который находится рядом с крошечной кухней только для женщин довольно сильно пах, к сожалению. Если вы женщина, пользуйтесь только женским) Если вы мужчина - моё сочувствие вам: возможно некоторые гости не умеют делать это сидя🤷 Думаю в высокий сезон одного душа на всех женщин не будет хватать. В низкий с этим не было проблем.

My bed wasn’t ready so they gave me a different one for a few hours before I went out and explored. Extremely nice and helpful! N/A it was great!

- li (9/5): 比起青旅，更像一个提供床位房的经济型酒店。当然非常整洁安静！ - 超级干净！我住过的所有青旅中最干净的。每张床铺都很舒适，每天有打扫，女洗漱间有三个马桶间和五个淋浴间，再也不需要排队了，卫生间也保持得非常干爽洁净，没有异味，还有背景音乐！看得出来保洁人员工作非常认真！ 前台人员非常nice，英语交流顺畅。我们于凌晨乘火车抵达，让我们提前入住休息，离开的时候因为是凌晨航班，退房后也提供公共空间让我们寄存行李休息充电洗漱。我们回国后发现，有物品遗忘在床铺的抽屉里（有上锁的），请在埃里温的其他小伙伴帮我们去查看，在工作人员的帮助下顺利找到并取回了，再次表示感谢。 相比较常规青旅，床位房价格较高；酒店有提供早餐，但是没有共享厨房；有提供干洗服务但是没有给住客晾晒衣物的空间，这样就失去了青旅最重要的便利特征，以上几点可能是入住率不高的原因之一，人不多又失去了青旅最重要的社交属性。住宿费用包含早餐，这点非常好，但是考虑到周边游的公共交通发车时间都特别早，早餐时间如果能提前到七点半会非常理想。这里也要感谢帅气的厨房工作人员，第二天特地提前上班为我们准备打包早餐好去赶车。
