• Yannick (10/5): Impeccable - Logement bien situé et bien équipé pour le nombre de personnes prévus, entretien exceptionnel des lieux. En gros on se sent comme à la maison. Immeuble sans ascenseur, juste embêtant au cas où les personnes à mobilité réduite souhaiteraient prendre le logement. Où pour les bagages lourds. Pour nous ce n'était pas le cas donc ça va.

• IULIYA (8/5): - Вид из окна потрясающий, квартира очень уютная, большая, для двоих достаточно места, есть все необходимое и на кухне и в спальне, в салоне есть диван, есть даже отпариватель) Заселение и передача ключей проходит легко Могу рекомендовать! Есть небольшая проблема в душе, вода не уходит, но это не испортило сильно впечатление)

• jeanette (10/5): - The apartment was just behind the casino so from the apartment you could see lake Geneva. It was a spacious apartment, very clean and cosy. The big window in the lounge area was locked so we couldn't open it, which would have been ok but when we went it was exceptionally hot. We didn't know what to do with our rubbish so had to leave it in the apartment,(it was put in bags) would of been nice to know if there was an area of bins for us to put it in before we left.

• ali (4/5): تم الغاء الحجز من قبل المضيف - للاسف بعد تأكيد الحجز من بوكنق ودفع المبلغ وكنت قريبا من المكان ، ارسلت للمضيف اريد تعليمات الدخول والموقع فأخبرني انها ممتلئة ، فأضطررنا لحجز فتدق قريب من الموقع وكان غير مناسب أعجب من تصرفات بعض اصحاب الشقق وعدم تعديل بيانات التوافر في بوكنق ، الضيف يبني خطط وترتيبات للسكن وقد يكون قدم من اماكن بعيده ومتعب ويفاجئ برد المضيف بكل بساطه انه لايمكنك السكن بعذر عدم التوافر ، ارجو من المضيف الاخذ بعين الاعتبار هذا الموضوع
• Guest (1/5): - Position View Disappointing experience despite the nice location. The apartment is in a great spot with a beautiful view and was clean and well maintained, even if a bit dated. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the host’s rudeness and complete lack of support. I had clearly asked for a crib for my baby, but when we arrived, there was only a camping cot frame without a mattress—completely unusable. When I pointed this out, the host was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solution and not even apologizing. At one point, she even asked if I wanted to cancel the booking—something obviously impossible, as we were already there with a small child. Only after I sent her photos did she admit the crib wasn’t usable, but said she wasn’t in Montreux and couldn’t get a mattress. When I explained this should have been checked before our arrival, she stopped responding altogether. In the end, we had no choice but to sleep in the same bed with our baby for two nights, which was uncomfortable and not ideal for us. I’ve traveled a lot and have never encountered such poor communication and lack of basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling with children.

• Jun (8/5): Very good - Early check in, close to public transport, lift Meeting point arranged by host was not appropriate. Resulted in having to climb 20 steps with luggage unnecessarily. Should have directed to front of building instead of opposite casino entrance.

• Bhattacharya (8/5): Amazing views of the lake right out of the window! - The views are amazing. It is out of the world. Definitely recommend. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is great. Also a lift to carry you to higher floors. The bathroom had no lock
• Santosh (1/5): Avoid. Find someone more credible - Location Dirty room, which was changed last moment. I lost valuable whole day due to this issue.
• Kiri (10/5): Spacious, clean great location & fantastic scenery. - Perfect location is only 10 mins walk from station. If you’re in the area to visit the Christmas Market it’s only 5 minutes walk. Scenery is stunning, plenty of space for family of 4. Loved the welcoming gift. We would certainly rebook for this place again when we come back. There was nothing to dislike!! We loved it.
