• 羽涵 (10/5): - 離輕軌站算近，走大概200公尺，附近有棟四星級飯店，樓上酒吧是可以免費上去的，能稍微看得到百花大教堂的夜景，附近也都是銀行區域治安感覺不錯，住宿內有兩間浴室，不會搶著用 房間內置物的地方太少，沒有床邊櫃可放，但是有插頭，房間都在二樓，行李很重懶得拿上樓

• Klaus (10/5): Gute Lage, tolle Gastgeber. Einfach top - Super nette Gastgeber, die einem mit tollen Ausgehtips versorgt haben. Beim Parken gab es dazu die Möglichkeit das E-Auto zu laden. Bei längeren Aufenthalten fehlt ein Schrank für die Kleidung um nicht die ganze Zeit aus dem Koffer leben zu müssen

• Guest (10/5): - The apartment was very nice and big, also the balcony was very useful. There is also the garage directly in the building what is great in that area, because there is a problem to find the parking place. The owner was very helpful. We booked apartment without the office / working table by our mistake. But when we asked him if there is a chance to solve it, he given us great working table for 2 persons into our apartment. Also we were once problem with wifi connection and owner solved it quickly. The apartment is in great area, close to the downtown and also there are shops and bars, but the apartment is not noisy, it is in quiet area. Maybe one more pot in the kitchen :o)

Very close to the central station and walkable distance to the city center. Also nice terrace to enjoy being outside while at the apartment

• Francis Colin Lambert (9/5): - Two decent double bedrooms with air conditioning. Attentive host. Reasonable location, two tram stops from centre. Two bathrooms were great. Minor point, but it's on two levels so we had to carry the suitcase s upstairs.
• Natasha (8/5): Lovely spacious appartmemt with nice view from the large balcony and the friendliest of hosts. Perfect location for the - Quiet, clean, spacious, nice building, large balcony, air con, great service. Walking distance to everything & easy for the airport, tram and buses. Felt like a nice, safe area and there’s a brilliant huge rooftop bar a very short walk away with amazing views over the city. Ideally could have done with a few more bits of furniture to make the place more comfortable - e.g. a full length mirror, somewhere to hang coats in the spacious entranceway. But they are very small things and hardly essential. Didn’t find a nearby grocery store for daily supplies. Would be good to have some handy info like this printed out in the apartment, although we should have just asked Alessandro as he was super helpful with everything else.

• Sharre (8/5): Loved the spaciousness of the apartment and was very comfortable there. - The apartment was very spacious, close to the tram to the station and fairly quiet so all great. Andrea was very good with texting and keeping in touch. It was a really lovely apartment and would definitely recommend it. The following are more ideas that could enhance guests stay not criticism. Having a clothes rail in the second bedroom would help as there was nowhere to hang anything. It would be great to have a kettle so you could boil water for tea rather than use the microwave. A toaster might also be handy. It would be better to have 2 sets of keys as the apartment does sleep 4 so one set isn’t enough.

• Silvana (10/5): Great holiday, great food and wine. Will definitely visit again. - We liked everything about this property. Location is perfect and a 2 minute walk to public transport which takes you directly to the center of Florence. The apartment was very clean and everything was provided such as towel shower gel and shampoo. The terrace was what sold us. The only down side we would have liked a toaster. Definitely recommend A++ thank you to Andrea and his wife for being the perfect hosts.
• Anne (1/5): Don't bother staying here - There's no breakfast included, which is absolutely fine. We booked as based. The location was okay, but quite difficult to find initially, and particularly the taxi drivers were, even though we had written down the address verbatim as per the property, couldn't find the address very easily. What was very difficult was that the place had absolutely no amenities. All the pans were brand new and were still wrapped in the Ikea wrappings. The bed linen was appalling. We were given one pillow each, which was a very cheap pillow, and generally it was not hospitable at all. Given that they call themselves to be an amazing place, the photographs did not match the place that we stayed in. It was very bare. There was nowhere to put your luggage on. We had three hangers between two rooms and in the second bedroom there was no wardrobe and no hanging space at all. I think the owners need to pay a bit more care and attention and to have some facilities for people who are staying there. Also to note that in Florence there is a legal requirement to have fire extinguishers in every property, and I will upload photographs to show that they had the fire extinguisher equipment, but there was no actual fire extinguisher in it, which again is a complete breach of the legislation. • Kara (10/5): The best service and accommodation on our trip! - This property was very nice....spotlessly clean, well decorated, spacious, good location---near the train station and just a 4 min walk from the Belforte stop from the tram to the apartment. The host Andrae was above and beyond kind and helpful not only with the information about the apartment but also with recommendations for dining and activities. Our main regret is that we only had time to stay there for one night! We would definitely stay at this place for an extended period of time. nothing

He provided coffee pods and brioche which w - Minimalistic decore A minimal amenities made us a bit uncomfortable such as towels and extra pillow. ( extra pillow per person would make us more comfortable). Tip: Ask for extra toilet paper.
• Camino (1/5): AVOID - - for the AC to work you had to program 30 degrees (no logic at all in that, specially when nobody explains that to you beforehand) …as, instead of 30 we programmed 23, the AC never worked and we spent the night with zero AC in an apartment that is an OVEN. - they ask for 40€ for the parking (no info on that when you do the booking)….when in fact you can park in the street. - they pretended to charge us 30€ for a plastic soap dispenser that was not working properly after our stay…(30!?!?!)…..there are utilities that after, for example, 200 uses have to be replaced, but shouldn’t be charged on guest number 200, just because the customer complained about the AC.

• Bhattacherjee (10/5): Amazing. The property is better than how it looks in the picture. - I rate it 20 out of 10. It's amazing. The apartment is close to Florence rail station (with in 1 KM). Upon arrival I called Andrea, my host who promptly came outside and led us to this nice apartment. Extremely clean, two big air conditioned bedrooms, two fantastic bathrooms with all facilities, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioned drawing room. On top of that he provided a packet of crossaint and coffee everyday morning to us as a welcome gesture. So nice of him. The apartment is in second floor and connected with a lift. It has a nice balcony as well. I have nothing to say against. Most importantly Andrea is awesome host and I give my highest recommendation to this property. Certainly I'll try to book this again if I visit Florence.
