• Günak (7/5): Beautiful house and great location, but a frustrating check-in experience and serious security issues due to malfunction - The house was very beautiful and had everything inside, and the location was also great. However, the check-in process was truly a nightmare. Entry to the house is fully automated, but the locks do not work through the phone app. A woman named Francesca assisted us, but she didn’t even come in person and they couldn’t fully solve the issue. As a result, for 4 days we couldn’t lock the door and had to leave the house like that. If you don’t mind the security issue, you can choose this place. Unfortunately, they were very inattentive.

Notre pire expérience - Une odeur très forte et imprégnée du diffuseur qui nous a donné des maux de tête Un détecteur de présence qui clignote tout le temps dans la chambre, gênant le sommeil Nous avons quitté le logement après une 1ere nuit catastrophique sur 4 prévues, autorisant la propriétaire à le relouer mais elle ne nous a remboursé que 13% de ce que nous avions payé. Une très mauvaise expérience

• Zofia (5/5): Not terrible but reccomend to think twice - Very close to the duomo and metro, utensils in the kitchen, quiet location We had a problem with Electronic lock, the owner did not help us, we needed to figure out ourselves how to get in in the evening. Just stopped answearing my messages. Told me i should take the Keys that Were in the House but guess what, there Were no keys! Next day the cleaning lady left us the keys but we still couldnt get in because of the lock. Disaster!! Second bed in living room is terrible, you can hear the neighbourhoods and cant sleep. There was a dishwasher but no pods to run it.

Donna delle pulizie gentilissima Abbiamo trovato la struttura sporca e in disordine con la donna delle pulizie che svolgeva il suo lavoro in ritardo a causa di un ritardo al check-out precedente. Il nostro check in è stato ritardato di 3 ore
• Sakila (4/5): If those features stated above were clear it would have been an amazing stay and the location is superb - The location was very central, it was suitable for a family and all facilities were present. Neighbours were very loud until 4am and did not stop even after complaining to them and to concierge. Some of the bedding were stained and couldn’t wash because the door of the washing machine was broken so couldn’t use it and no parking for the car had to pay a quite expensive fee to stay there for a week.

• Calin (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice and welcoming apartment. The bed and extendible sofa were both comfy. Smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Disney and AppleTV when you get bored. A market is situated near the block, so you don’t need to walk a lot if you need a thing or two. Located not far from the metro and pretty close to several tourist attractions. The apartment is only 30/40 minutes away from the center, so you can have a relaxing walk and enjoy the beautiful streets. If you want to visit Milan with your family, your friends or with your lover, this place is worth staying in.
