• Ezel (9/5): - Temizdi ve yeri de güzeldi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tesisi tutmak isteyenlere küçük bir uyarı. Açıklamada iki banyo yazıyor ama tek banyo var. Booking e açıklamayı değiştirmeleri için yazdılar ama olumsuz dönüş aldılar. Booking açıklamayı değiştirmedi. İki banyoya ihtiyacınız varsa aklınızda olsun

• Anais (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - Super appartement idéalement placé ! Excellente communication en amont et pendant le séjour. De quoi faire un excellent petit déjeuner nous attendait et il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine et la salle de bain pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
• Dóra (8/5): Tökéletes! Perfect!!! - Nagyon jó helyen van, kényelmes 7 főnek is! A szállásadó a megbeszéltek szerint várt minket, alapos útbaigazítást adott! Nagyon jól felszerelt, tényleg volt minden! A hűtőben előre bekészítve tej, víz, bor, kenyér, lekvár, de volt még többféle kávé, tea és cornflakes is! Csak egy fürdőszoba volt és kiderült, hogy a melegvíz véges, de lehetett újra csinálni. Viszont így, hogy felkészített minket és pár perc alatt mindenki lezuhanyzott, elég volt. Ami tényleg kellemetlen volt, az a 2. wc, nagyon csatornaszag volt!!!

• Panagiota (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens - Beautiful spacious and very clean apparent in a very strategic location. The spaces and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with delicious snacks and all types of coffe. The appartment was a little dark and difficult to ventilate. we faced some issues opening one of the facade doors.

• Maria (9/5): Estancia estupenda!! - Todo limpísimo, cama y almohadas cómodisimas. La atención del propietario muy recomendable para todo tipo de visitantes y su recomendaciones para visitas, restaurantes, etc muy de agradecer; también el detalle de dejar desayuno en la cocina!! Todo perfecto, un poco rollo el que solo haya una ducha para todas las habitaciones pero tampoco es problema.

No hesitation to recommend or return once again to this dwelling. The place is clean clean clean Quality Furniture Well maintained And nice touches from the boast to make your stay easier . Thank you Only thing would be the lift Small and only for 2 people .. but it’s not a complaint.

• Rob (9/5): Excellent base for family 48 hours in Athens - Excellent location. Super communication with hosts Just be aware this is in a shared block of apartments and therefore you are sharing space with locals. Rightly need to respect that.
• Elizabeth (10/5): We have just returned from a fabulous stay. The apartment was perfect. Really spacious for our family. Very well equippe - This apartment is absolutely perfect for a city break in Athens. It’s spacious, clean and close to the centre.

• Diane (8/5): Good location, not noisy and just far enough from the tourist crowd. - Distant for tourist sites was very doable. Very spacious and have coffee, bread and wine when we arrived. The host was good at communicating but never met him, which seems to be typical now with apartment rentals. It helps when they can meet you and confirm the apartment situation. But whatever issues we had he did respond in a timely manner.

• Erna Rubens (9/5): Excellent apartment and very central location. - They were very communicative and let us have the Apartment earlier than check in time which was very kind and very useful. They equally didn't not object to us leaving half an hour later than the required check out time. The apartment had everything you could possibly want. Great shower. Comfy beds. Plenty of crockery. Bread & Butter & Jam, milk supplied was was sweet. They are renovating an apartment next door which if you are planning to be in the apartment is noisy or if you want to have a lie in than take the bedroom at the end of the corridor on the right. It did not bother us much as we were out mostly during the day.

À notre arrivée nous avions pain, lait, café, céréales et une bouteille de vin. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain également. Les oreillers gonflés n’étaient pas très agréables
• Florian (9/5): Große Wohnung, gute Ausstattung und Lage, sehr guter Service. - Das wirklich großzügige Apartment liegt in einer für Athen recht ordentlichen Gegend, vor allem fußläufig zur Akropolis und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist die Lage relativ ruhig und man kann entspannt durch die Straßen gehen. Die Ausstattung entspricht weitgehend der Beschreibung, auch die Fotos zeigen den guten Gesamtzustand. Man findet drei große Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbett, alle Räume sind gut klimatisiert, haben ein TV (mit Netflix etc.) und zusätzlich Ventilatoren. Es gibt ein großes Bad und zusätzlich eine Toilette (nicht 2 Bäder, wie es in der Beschreibung steht). Die Küche ist, wie das Bad, ebenfalls innenliegend ohne Fenster, aber sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist ebenfalls ordentlich möbliert und bietet wirklich Platz. Im ganzen hat diese Altbauwohnung (aber ein Nachkriegsbau) ca. 120 qm und liegt im 3. OG. Dazu gibt es einen winzigen Lift (max. 2 Personen), der jedoch verlässlich funktioniert. Der gesamte Service ist vorbildlich, wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und konnten sogar schon um 14 Uhr (1 Stunde früher) einchecken. Man hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Zusätzlich war Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank. Eine Frühstücksausstattung (Kaffee, Tee, Butter, Milch, Marmelade, Brot, Milch, Cornflakes) war für uns vorbereitet und hat für die 3 Tage ausgereicht. Auch die guten Tipps für Restaurants etc. waren absolut passend, haben wir gerne genutzt. In der direkten Umgebung findet man zudem alles, was so benötigt wird: Bäcker, Supermärkte, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars - alles vorhanden. Zur U-Bahn (Sygrou Fix, Linie 2) sind es nur 5 Minuten, aber man kann auch sehr gut zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Ein Auto würde ich jedoch nicht empfehlen, weil Parken schwierig wird und die Straßen sehr eng sind. Wir haben unseren Leihwagen direkt abgegeben und sind gut mit der Straßenbahn/U-Bahn zum Flughafen gekommen (Fahrzeit ca. 1 Stunde, Ticket 9€). Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Ein zweiter Satz Schlüssel wäre prima, denn wenn einer kurz zum Einkaufen will, sitzen alle anderen ohne Strom (Licht, Klima, Steckdosen aus) im Dunkeln. Alles hängt an eine Magnetkarte mit den Schlüsseln und die Haustür unten ist fast immer verschlossen.

No locks on bathrooms, could do with a vanity table and mirror in some of the bedrooms. A/c clicking in the lounge area.

• Marianne (10/5): Lovely place - Loved that we were greeted with a cool drink of water, some bread and wine and loved the cereal and milk! Loved having the space for our family of 6. This wasn't on the rebter, but the building put up signs telling renters to not make any noise and not to be disrespectful. Just made us super nervous to even talk so the owners didn't get scolded by permanent residents. Enjoyed our time though!

We worked w Akis - he made excellent recommendations and helped whenever needed. Excellent shower My misunderstanding - I thought there were two bathrooms but just 1 1/2. Worked out fine but would’ve been nice to have second shower for our group of 4. Would’ve been very tough if we had 6 staying (three bedrooms)

Easy check inHot water is provided in ten seconds. 7 min walk to Parthenon, 3 min walk to Acropolis museum.

It was a great stay for us and we will be back during the summer
