(9/5): Regresaremos en una nueva visita a Bogotá - Lo mejor fue la atención que recibimos por parte de las personas de la recepción, super amables y nos ayudaron con el tema de transporte, excelente recibimiento a pesar de la hora de llegada tarde que tuvimos. mejorar las amenidades de limpieza para tomar la ducha.

El precio de la habitación con bañera es algo caro, considerando que la bañera de hidromasajes solo la encienden una vez al día y solo por una hora. Si sería importante que consideraran poner aires acondicionados por qué hace calor.

• david (9/5): Good value for money hotel with friendly staff - Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location which felt very safe. Room and hotel exceeded my expectations. The most frustrating thing is the doorbell which guests have to ring to gain access and because they only have one member of staff on reception who also cleans then the doorbell can be heard in every room in the hotel at anytime, day or night. This could be remedy with the member of staff having a pager or similar rather than everyone in the hotel needing to know someone needs letting in. The only other issue is the sauna isn't working I was told although the day I arrive it was working but being used to dry washing

El personal de servicio del hotel siempre fue amable y estuvo dispuesto a colaborar conmigo en todo lo que necesitara. Muchas gracias por todo. No tengo quejas ni reclamos sobre ningún aspecto del hotel, porque cumplió con todas las expectativas que tenía. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quien necesite un lugar tranquilo, seguro y bien ubicado en Bogotá.

• Josephina (7/5): Een nacht in (Gay) Hotel San Sebastian - Een rustige plek, goede ligging in een leuke wijk. Niet heel gezellig op het eerste gezicht. Het had net zo goed een kamer kunnen zijn die je per uur kon huren met het WC-papier aan de muur. De jacuzzi zag er schoon uit maar ik vond het toch wat te spannend om er in te gaan, gezien de staat van de koelkast en douchekop. Misschien heb ik zelf niet zo goed gekeken. Ik na het boeken zag dat het een gay hotel was. Hoeft niet uit te maken maar het voelde wel een beetje ordinair. Overigens waren de lakens schoon, de medewerkers behulpzaam, de prijs zeer redelijk, een fijne patio buiten en de TV was groot en werkte goed.

• EB (6/5): you get what you pay for , not much - you get what you pay for , its quite shabby , yes its cheap and well located but in all fairness probably better pay more . the word boutique , shouldn't be there . to be honest I didn't;t even feel that safe with the kind of door lock they have .no bed side lamp you need to get up to switch the main light off. the staff is friendly enough its quite shady , not properly clan and the facility are next to zero . the bed and pillow are literally plastic . they could do with renovating and upgrading this place . its very cheap , but pay more and stay somewhere else .

• Payares Almarales (5/5): Inconformidad con temperatura del agua del baño - El baño solo tiene agua hirviendo y eso no permite un baño adecuado. El Chek-In es a las 3 de la tarde, pero el Chek-out es a las 12 del mediodía, por tanto, cobran una estancia de 24 horas pero en la práctica solo 21.

• Juancarlos_au (8/5): Great location to visit Bogota - Great location, close to supermarkets and restaurants. My room was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the management was very understanding. The shower was the main drawback — quite uncomfortable, especially for anyone taller than 170 cm, as the ceiling was very low. In addition, the water was only lukewarm, even with the electric heater.

• Cleber (8/5): Ótima estada em Chapinero - Gostei muito da localização, no coração de Chapinero, uma área segura e repleta de opções de restaurantes, bares e mercados. A equipe foi atenciosa e simpática, sempre pronta para ajudar, e até consegui fazer o check-in antecipado, o que fez muita diferença após uma longa viagem. A decoração charmosa e acolhedora, com um estilo único, deixou o ambiente ainda mais agradável. Além disso, o custo-benefício foi excelente, considerando a qualidade do serviço e a comodidade oferecida. O único ponto negativo foi o barulho externo, perceptível em alguns momentos devido à localização central (o corpo de bombeiros fica na esquina), o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Houve também um pequeno incidente noturno com uma reclamação injusta (tenho insônia e odeio ser acordado à noite) e a campainha da recepção, especialmente à noite, pode ser um pouco incômoda.

• Fernando San San (8/5): Buena relación precio-calidad - Buena opción para hospedarse en la zona de Chapinero, con habitaciones pequeñas pero con todos los servicios. El checkout lo tenía programado a las 5:30 am y no había personal en la recepción pese a indicar que el servicio era 24 hrs.

• Jessie (7/5): I would stay again if traveling alone for the cost and location alone - It's a really affordable place in an amazing location that felt safe and provided the bare necessities of shelter in a private room. The room was cold with no option to adjust (normal in bogota), but there was also no hot water. There is no sound proofing whatsoever - I could hear the neighbor coughing, the bell ringing, and everything happening on the street.
