Al portar una mascota petita tot i que es paga la seva estada, està prohibit esmorzar al menjador amb mascota i a mes, no hi ha cap zona habitada a l'exterior tot hi haver-hi espai suficient al reciente; enlloc es comenta aquest fet. En síntesi, per esmorzar, si es porta mascota, cal sortir del reciente.

Calidad del desayuno. El hecho de que, siendo días de poca afluencia, por el calendario, el parking fuera de pago.

• rafa_alza (9/5): Sigue siendo la mejor opción para estar junto al lago de Puigcerdá - Su situación, tocando el lago de Puigcerdá, es fantástica. Es especialmente recomendable desayunar en comedor con un gran ventanal con vistas al lago. Las habitaciones son muy correctas. También es muy conveniente que la habitación esté en el piso superior, porque en planta baja hay que tener las cortinas cerradas, ya que el acceso es a través de un pasillo exterior por el que lógicamente pasan otros clientes. Es desayuno en cuanto a calidad y variedad es correcto sin excesos. No hicimos uso del spa. Aunque no tiene demasiada importancia, se empieza a notar que algunos elementos (especialmente en el baño) están envejeciendo, aunque por el momento todo sigue funcionando correctamente. El parking es demasiado caro y en temporada baja es mejor dejar el coche en plazas de parking que seguramente encontrará libres en los alrededores.

• Henry (7/5): Cute little hotel fine for short days and cold weather. - It’s a nice hotel for a short casual stay, well located near the lake, transport and main plaza. Nice garden perfect for sunny days. Missing: kettle, tissues, room wastebasket, shoe brush. Bathtub/shower is borderline dangerous and layout is suboptimal (move the glass panel near the basins and swap toilet with towel rail – perfect). Room was too hot for sunny spring days. Could benefit from more shelves/drawers everywhere.

• Mariona (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, delante del lago y muy céntrico. Es un sitio muy tranquilo. Se puede aparcar bien y te puedes mover por la Cerdanya sin problema. La habitación estaba bien, era bonita y el lavabo genial, pero apenas había gente en el hotel y aún así nos pusieron en una planta baja que daba a toda la entrada del hotel... no nos acabo de gustar para el precio que tenía. Las almhoadas eran incomodísimas.

A destacar també que el llit de la nostra habitació era especialment còmode. El desaigua de la banyera era molt lent o estava una mica embussat, per la qual cosa s'acumulava massa aigua. També, una de dutxes del vestuari de l'spa pareixia només tenir aigua freda...

• Joan (6/5): El servicio no está a la altura del precio - La habitación del Hotel Villa Paulita era correcta y el baño amplio. Nos sorprendió negativamente el trato en recepción, que no estuvo a la altura del precio del alojamiento. Pagamos el parking (20 € la noche) y, al pedir la deferencia de dejar el coche solo 45 minutos más después del check-out porque teníamos que hacer un recado urgente en el pueblo, José, la persona en recepción, nos respondió de manera poco amable y sin intención de ayudar, pese a que el parking estaba medio vacío y viajábamos con un niño pequeño. Una lástima, porque este detalle empañó la experiencia y hace que no pensemos en volver.
• Juls Dimambro (10/5): Really comfortable base to enjoy this amazing area! - Standard Room, 1st floor, so patio door direct to the garden and less than 50 meters from the lake. Perfect for my 2 dogs and easy access to outdoors. Great location, very close to everything, easy parking and very friendly staff. Above all, I really loved that this felt like a traditional 'hotel experience' before everything went digital - and you do all the work yourself - You had a key for the room (!!), you were checked in, sitting down in a comfy area, you felt like you were actually being looked after, and you mattered. Loved my time there and will definitely being going back. I wanted to leave a day early and of course, as with most places these days, no flexibility on that. I understand the business reasons behind it, but it would have been nice to have a small discount or credit note for future visits to incentivise coming back sooner.

• Raquel (10/5): - Estuvimos genial en toda la estancia. Todo bien cuidado y muy cómodo. Nevó, por lo que todo estaba precioso. Como el restaurante cierra podrían dar recomendaciones de sitios. Solo es una idea, pues con internet todo se puede buscar. El buffet era bastante pobre en comparación con otros y con demasiados suplementos. Un huevo no puede ser 6€ más.

I em va agradar molt la possibilitat de deixar l'habitacio a la tarda amb un petit suplement. Ens va anar molt be!! M'hauria agradat un bullidor o cafetera a la zona de les habitacions. Hi havia minibar pero amb el fred hauria estat be alguna cosa calenta.

This room had a very difficult door to open. Had to ask the receptionist to open the door most times. Also, Only one key for the room.
• Fip13 (8/5): LUGAR MUY BONITO - En general todo muy bien, el precio no es barato pero pagas la ubicación la villa y la epoca del año (fin de año) la toalla de la ducha estaba rota con agujeros y descosida. Por 200 euros la noche sin cena ni desayuno por lo menos las toallas de la ducha que esten bien. Por lo demás todo correcto,
