• Amy (10/5): would definitely stay here again! - Location was fabulous, the AC was great and also a washing machine! With 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, this property was excellent. The beds could be more comfortable, but they were fine.

It is located at the foot of the Isapan steps, but the windows overlook a quiet street, as much as it is possible in the center of Rome. The apartment has a comfortable climate even without air conditioning, although it is there. There were bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. They left us butter, tea, spices .There were many different utensils

• Lubomira (5/5): central, big apartment - Spacious apartment in the old town with a small, easily accessible lift. Most attractions are within walking distance or can be reached by the nearby metro. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the washing machine is easy to use. Large shower with consistently hot water. Plenty of restaurants and a wide variety of shops nearby. Safe area, perfect for pleasant evening walks. The Borghese Park is also close by. The shower was leaky, and the bed was very old. One mattress was worn out and sloped to one side, and on top of that, the bed was quite short. The IKEA duvet didn’t even have a cover and had a large yellow stain in the corner. The sofa was also worn and smelled unpleasant, made from cheap synthetic material, with the seating area falling apart. The apartment was dark, with no direct sunlight, as it’s located on the second floor of a narrow street facing another building. The photos were clearly edited with enhanced lighting and do not reflect the reality. The worst part, however, was the management company. They sent us a barrage of copy-paste messages for weeks before our arrival, without any personal touch or even a name at the bottom. We received a long list of rules outlining what we weren’t allowed to do in the apartment. Even after I answered their questions, they repeated the same demands via a private WhatsApp message at 9 PM the night before our arrival, which was extremely stressful. Although check-in went smoothly, they completely ignored us for the rest of our 10-day stay.
• Lamees (8/5): Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again - The apartment is newly renovated and has all necessities, the living room had a TV, dining table and a sofa bed, full functional kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed converts to 2 single beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom with handheld bidet (advantage). The location is unbeatable, right at the end of piazza spagna (high-end brands shops) with a walking distanva from Spanish Staps, Trevi Fountain, and via del Corso (another shopping street) Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a taxi stop opposite the building. The bed were firm and not very comfy, and the kitchen is missing a microwave, and though the building has an elevator, there are few steps at the entrance to take.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect in every way - The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and the location amazing. There were so many shops and eateries on our doorstep and the access to public transport was easy. Simone met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked, as well as his recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was an absolute delight and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing. We hope to return next year!
