• Anneliese (10/5): - Das Apartment liegt in der Altstadt, alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist groß (2 Schlafzimmer, Küche Bad und riessen große Wohnzimmer, sehr viel Platz (wir waren 3 Personen) und dazu auch noch preiswert Leider kein Aufzug im Haus

• Dovile (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was beautiful, with high ceilings, an open layout, Spanish tile floors, and a charming little balcony where you could soak in the lively atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of everything, about five minutes from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and just a short walk from all the main Alicante landmarks. The hosts were wonderful — friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They answered our questions quickly and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. When we arrived, there were water bottles waiting in the fridge, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully prepared. They also kindly agreed to extend our checkout time since our flight was late, which we really appreciated. Thanks again for a fantastic stay — we had a great time. Everything

• Bojana (10/5): - Property is spacious, clean and it has all you need for long and short stay. Apartment is on the second floor, without elevator, however it was not a problem for us. Bathroom was clean and spacious, there is equiped kitchen and small terace, as well. We used heating during our stay and it was good. Apartment is close to everything (5 to 7 minutes walk from the port and beach). A lot of restaurants is in the area as well as stores to by snacks or wather. The street noises and people passing by may be loud, however it is expected of city centre.
• Kandis2606 (9/5): Super spacious apartment in a great location. - Super spacious apartment in an older building, well equipped, large, in a great location. All main attractions and the beach within walking distance, bakeries, bistros right on the ground floor of the building.

Un beau volume La disposition est étrange : il faut passer obligatoirement par la chambre pour aller à la cuisine… dommage pour les habitants de la deuxième chambre qui voudraient un café le matin!! Attention chaises design mais cassées!

• Lesya (8/5): Overall we had a good stay in centrally located apartment,equipped with all necessities. - Apartment is centrally located next to 'Mushroom street',Esplanada, Rambla, short walk to the beach and mercado. Grocery shops, pharmacy next to it with plenty cafes and restaurants in surrounding areas. Large spacious living area with two French balconies above relatively busy road, that was noisy in the evenings and most nights, but good windows/doors insulation and air conditioning made our stay comfortable. Just to keep in mind that apartment is located on 2nd floor with 6 long flights of stairs and 6 short flights-it didnt bother us.But it would be difficult for families with small kids,elderly or persons with mobility issues as no lift is available. Main bedroom is walk through to the kitchen with no proper doors to separate from living area with poor insulated doors to the bathroom, letting noise and light from there in to the bedroom - it will be difficult to get proper privacy there for someone looking for good rest and longer sleep in the morning. Air conditioning in small bedroom was not working that good. TV ,that is advertised on picture in small bedroom, was not working as no aerial connection-it didn't interfere with us much as we had no time watching TV.
• Sonja (10/5): - Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage, alles ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar, auch zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. In direkter Umgebung sind jede Menge Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Danl neuer und gut isolierter Fenster ist es der Wohnung trozudem sehr ruhig. Kein Licht im Treppenhaus.
• Marielle (9/5): Bra och prisvärt boende med helt perfekt läge, nära till allt - Perfekt läge, rent o fint, bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten Många smala trappor, lite svårt att bära våra resväskor där. Svårt att hitta rätt dörr när vi kom mitt i natten, hade varit bra om det stod vilken våning lägenheten var på

• Ben - Messoud Tarfous (6/5): Por dentro excelente, pero por fuera el edificio está en proceso de obras - Muy buena ubicación, cerca caminando de todas las principales atracciones turísticas. También cerca de numerosas líneas de autobús que te acercan cómodamente a la playa de San Juan en menos de media hora. El piso es enorme y completo con todo lo necesario. Lo encontramos muy limpio y nos hicieron el favor de dejar las maletas a la ida y a la vuelta para facilitarnos no cargar con peso hasta la salida de nuestro tren. El edificio está en obras, por lo que hay ruido desde primera hora de la mañana. En el vestíbulo y en las escaleras no hay luz y cada noche hemos bajado y subido encendiendo las linternas del móvil. Entre la oscuridad, y que daba la sensación de que no vivía nadie más en el edificio, nos ha dejado un mal sabor de boca cuando volvíamos de noche.

• Наталия (9/5): Чудові апартаменти! - Розташування ідеальне. В 10 хв від пляжу. В самісінькому центрі і при цьому достатньо тихо вночі і ранком. В цьому ж будинку на першому поверсі смачна кава з круасанами і невеличкий магазин, а в 8 хв Mercadona, поруч величезна кількість кафе. Дуже сподобався тихий центральний кондиціонер в апартаментах та дійсно зручне ліжко. Дуже добре спалося. Господарі помешкання неймовірно привітні і максимально піклуються про зручність гостей. Окрема за це подяка!
• de Putter (9/5): Top appartement op een fantastische plek - Onder het appartement bevinden zich verschillende bakkers of ontbijttentjes waar elke ochtend vers ontbijt kon worden gehaald. Aanwezig met 3 meiden, genoeg ruimte om onze spullen op te bergen. Wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Badkamer was erg mooi en schoon. Host had wat water in de koelkast klaargelegd en ijsjes voor het warme weer, als welkom. Helaas geen lift. Dus moesten met zware koffers de trappen op.
• Louise (10/5): Great location and a very comfortable stay. - The pictures do not reflect how big the apartment is, it’s huge! All mod cons and everything you would need is here for your stay. All of the beds are comfortable and it is in a great location. There is a 10 min walk to the beach, only 5 mins to the marina so you don’t have the large crowds outside which makes it more relaxing. The large doors to the balcony really block out the sound from outside and the air con is great. The apartment is 4 floors up which could be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues. One of our group was a bit older than us and she struggled with the stairs, even more so because the hallway lights do not work so we had to use torches on our phones.
• Elise (9/5): Fantastic location, beautiful property, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Amazing hosts! - Beautiful, huge property with so much space and original features. Fantastic location, very quiet. The host was fantastic too giving some great restaurant recommendations. We are going to book again next year we loved it so much! A lot of stairs and not the most inviting entrance but the property made up for it!
• Jocolspurr (8/5): Excellent - Location excellent,apartment excellent Four flights of stairs unsuitable for family's with small children. There was no cutlery or kitchen tools. We said we would arrive between 4 and 5 and on check-in form 5-30 we arrived at 5 but host turned up 6-10
