• Antonio (4/5): Brutta esperienza - Come spiegato anche all'host l'ingresso della casa era fatiscente inoltre l'odore di fumo vecchio era intriso in tutto l'edificio. Ho dovuto cambiare la struttura pagandola a mie spese

• Lidia (10/5): - Местоположението е много удобно, намира се в идеален център и в старата част на гр. София. Добре е да се направи ремонт на двора, с хубава градина би било прекрасно. Също така външните врати и прозорци на сградата, както и стълбището е нужно да се обновят.
• BennyB (6/5): Passabile! - Posizione ottima. Nel nostro appartamento non c'era il box doccia e la cosa non era segnalata. Infatti nelle foto non si evince che la doccia fosse letteralmente dov'era il water!! Le foto sono state scattate in modo tale che non si capisse, non è corretto. Di conseguenza bisogna lavarsi e utilizzare un attrezzo per ripulire l'acqua dal pavimento, decisamente poco confortevole e non c'era nemmeno un asciugamano da usare appositamente come tappeto come in quasi tutte le strutture. Per il resto tutto ok. Consiglio per l'host: far trovare più capsule per il caffè, ce n'erano solo due nonostante il nostro soggiorno fosse di due notti.

• Sinem (7/5): Biz çok keyif aldık ev sahibinin ilgisi yardımseverliği bile bizim için yeterliydi naçizane tavsiye bence bu söyledikler - Tesis konum olarak çok merkezi ev iç dizayn olarak yeni ve bakımlı ama bayan olarak tek başına kalınacaksa giriş kısmı ve konumu biraz ürkütücü bana göre onun dışında çok ilgili çok yardımcı bir ev sahibi Ev çok güzel belli yenilenmiş ama ev pisti ne yazıkki örümcek ağları vardı yerler leş gibiydi ben orada süpürgeyle süpürdüm ve yoldan geldik dolapta bir yudum su yoktu yani ikramlık birkaç parça bir şey olabilirdi sadece iki kapsül kahve bırakılmıştı daha önce kaldığım evlerde çikolatadan tutunda krakere kadar birkaç şişe suya kadar her şey vardı bence bunları eklemeli onun dışında harika bir yer
• Maximiliane (4/5): Disappointing - dirty and noisy - Good location Quite dirty, very smelly bathroom and dirty toilet. Hair in the shower and dirty bed linen. No sound proofing. You can hear the neighbors talk, walk etc.
• Ana (7/5): - We were on a concert and the location was perfect, just 5 mins walking to Vasil Levski stadium. Also very close to the touristy spots and Vitosha street. The place is nice, newly renovated. Coffee capsules and tea bags were good gesture to refresh a bit upon arrival. Solid internet connection + tv with netflix and HBO apps. Noisy neighbours downstairs and poor sound isolation. Not crutial, but would be good to have a shampoo or shower gel/soap for washing at least one pair for when you first arrive; Have to note the common building staircase: it was very durty and dusty. Overal the cleaning in the apartment seemed superficial and can be improved.

• Tilo (9/5): Sofia. Mittendrin im Stadtzentrum in Altbau-Wohnhaus. - Es hat alles wie beschrieben funktioniert. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter schnell reagiert. Wir konnten die Innenstadt von Sofia fussläufig erkunden. Abenteuerlicher Weg zum Hinterhaus. Das Treppenhaus benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung. Es ist egal, ob es zur Wohnung dazu gehört. ( sehr schlechtes Aushängeschild) 2 große Smart TV aber ohne Programme.
• Ivelina (5/5): - Чудесна локация. Просторен и доста тих апартамент. Винаги гледам рейтинг преди да резервирам и при 9,5 наистина останах разочарована от това, което видях! Апартамента не беше добре почистен- прах и боклуци по земята. Тапицерията на дивана и възглавниците по него бяха покапани и мръсни. Тоалетната беше оставена в много лошо състояние, добре че намерихме налична белина! Нито една закачална в целият апартамент (нито в банята, нито на антрето). Оборудван с посуда и чаши, но липсват каквито и да е гъбички в кухнята!

The apartment is silent even in the heart of all events. The location is great and the apartment is clean and modern. Highly recommend!
