• Karen (10/5): - A fantastic 2 bedroom apartment with all the trimmings. Comfortable beds, hot showers and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. They have thought of everything. Appreciated the breakfast supplies. Great location not far from Sprit of Tasmania and close to supermarkets. Good prompt communication too Everything was amazing.

• bob (8/5): very comfortable spacious house with all home comforts needed and full kitchen, not far from town - It was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed Might have been good to have some instructions on turning heating on as I had to ring up owners as we were cold
• Doug (6/5): It is ok but would be better with car parking on the property - The unit is a renovated lower section of the owner’s home, with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet . It’s basic but comfortable and clean The property is on a slope and no parking is provided on the property although it is not in the city centre so a car is necessary. The owner advised to park on the street or on the footpath, the footpath is not a car park and the street is sloping so it makes moving luggage more difficult

• Bianca (8/5): Perfect spot for 2-4 people looking for a quiet secure place to stay. - Apartment was lovely, recently renovated, great facilities. Kitchen contained all the things that a kitchen should, hosts provided us with a continental brekafast which was lovely. Very close to town but still in a quiet area. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, tidy, well equipped apartment that is close to town.

Enabled an early check in as this was handy as we arrived in Tasmania at 7 am, so getting in checked in early around 11: 30 was great. The apartment was great. Parking on road due to some local council changes re parking so on site parking not available. We were able to use driveway to unload and load though. The street was quiet though.

The owner was very helpful, responsive, flexible. The apartment was like a home from home with so many things that made all the difference - the decor was light; heating; no noise intrusion from upstairs; toiletries; extra towels and washers; extra bin bags; Alfoil & glad wrap; coffee machine; tissues; clock; front door security; extra sitting room; a complimentary breakfast for one morning that could easily last three! Lovely blinds and curtains and flooring and comfortable beds. Good value for money. Location was great for us visiting family nearby. I can’t think of anything.

• Lisa (9/5): Quiet suburban street, perfect base for a family getaway when visiting Devonport and surrounds. - Quiet location, continental breakfast supplies provided, main bedroom has great block out blinds and curtains, so it's extra dark in morning, easy to heat apartment, heated portable towel drying rack, modern bathroom, good clean kitchen facilities, extra blankets. Would come again. Guests might not realise that the free 'on-site' parking is on the street. We didn't mind, but might be good for others to know. The street wasn't busy at all while we were there and it's a short, level walk up driveway to get to front door. Also, it is a self contained unit under the owner's house, so you may hear footsteps/door from above at times, but certainly not loud. We knew, as we had previously read a review (and communication with the resident/unit owner was very friendly and helpful, so them being on-site is not a problem). Again, didn't matter at all for us, but others may want to know.

Pleasant sunny outlook from inside. A very homely apartment with essential cooking facilities and ingredients. A most spacious apartment with every requirement fora short or longer stay in Devonport. Very quiet overnight in a comfortable bed! Beautiful, newly renovated bathroom and shower. Would certainly stay again or recommend to others. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It was perfect ; nothing could have been better.

A bit busy with plenty of cars out the front and foot traffic heard from the above apartment, but both were expected ahead of the stay so didn't detract from our expectations.

• Kym (8/5): Suited out needs as a place to stay while touring during the day. - Continental breakfast was great, especially coming from the airport. Roomy little place with a couple of lounges to spread out. Quiet street. Occasional noise from above as you are located under someone else's house but minimal. Not being able to park closer to the front door could pose problems if you have mobility problems and/or if weather is really bad and you have to ferry luggage in/out to the road. Batteries in tv remote were flat so we replaced with a couple we had brought with us.

• Brittany (10/5): I wish I could rate this property higher, it is honestly the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are - We loved everything about our stay here. The owners are lovely and we felt like they went above and beyond for us. This was our first holiday with our 2 year old daughter, we were a bit worried about how she would go in an unfamiliar place. The owners had set up a cot for her and left us a container of toys and books for her, as well as a high chair.

Loved the variety of cereals and bread to make brekky time easy. Fully supplied kitchenware with 4 burner stove and full sized fridge. Netflix set up for guests with apartment account. Was not an issue however the apartment is below a family home.

Our stay at this property was thoroughly enjoyable, with only one minor exception - the mattress on the large bed was firmer than we prefer. However, it's important to note that mattress firmness is a highly personal and subjective aspect, and what may be too firm for some may be perfect for others.
