• nicola (10/5): 👌😊 - Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr sauber und mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Enriquo ist ein absoluter Kümmerer! Er hat tolle Restauranttips für uns gehabt.. uns sogar das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt.. Man kann sich auf ihn verlassen und er ist sehr gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen..

• April (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay in Rome was made perfect thanks to our host, Mr Enrico. He has been very warm and welcoming, giving us tips and recommendations on our holiday in Rome. The loft was clean and fully equipped with all the essentials as listed. We had a comfortable stay and always look forward to returning to the loft after a long day exploring beautiful Rome. Once again, big thanks to Mr Enrico for the kindness and thoughtfulness :)! We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

• Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was spacious with two bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. The host was thoughtful and even left a sheet with plenty of activities and places to eat in Rome! We enjoyed using the laundry machine and I was very happy the host provided a nice hairdryer. The building you stay in is beautiful and the host is always available to help answer any questions. My husband left behind his retainer and they happily shipped it overseas to us.
• Lukas (6/5): Pleasant - The property had a very modern an bright look. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The Wifi worked, okay. Some Drinks were left for us in the fridge. The two AC’s worked really great and were perfect for our stay in August. The Property is right next to 6 very Busy Train-tracks, even tho the windows took away most of the noise coming from the rails, it was annoying to constantly hear trains day and night. Also the facilities weren’t very well cleaned before we entered, we found hair and crumbs in the kitchen and on the floor. The Dishwasher was leaking a lot of water during usage so we sadly hat to put a towel on the floor to stop the spilling. We we’re shook to see that the oven was not clean at all and there were a lot of food rests and a lot of fat in it. During cooking and using the dishwasher the Power Breaker popped several times. Also a real dealbreaker was that we were denied to use the terrace, wich was listed in the properties description, wich we would have been most happy to use.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Loved it and would definitely go back. - Modern and very clean. Owner responsive. Would be good to have microwave and a drying rack for clothes. The hob and aircon fuses kept blowing.
• Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - The loft is very modern and clean. Attention to details and interior. Also, the facilities made our stay very comfortable. Very high standard in consideration to Rome in general! The host, Enrico, is exceptionally kind and generous with recommendations and information about the city. The location is a bit far from the city centre. If you plan to visit, be prepared to drive by car or taxi.
• Rodrigo (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Clean what you see is what you get loads of little snacks left by the host fresh drinks also which was awesome because it was so hot when we arrived. Response time super fast when needed some help with front door code! 10/10 host Roof terrace was closed for renovations
