• Comtois (9/5): - Les propriétaires sont vraiment au devant de nos besoins. Ils ont garé mon véhicule voyant que j avais besoin d aide et ont surclassé ma chambre puisqu' une chambre mieux située pour mes besoins avec de jeunes enfants était disponible. Le déjeuner inclus est excellent 🤩 Rien

• Katherine (10/5): The owners brother greeted us on arrival. He was really helpful and went out his way to make sure we were happy. The bre - Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. (We had a car) Nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. No traffic noise at night.

• Natasha (4/5): Disappointing - I’ll start with the positives, the room is quite big. Now I’ll move onto the negatives, the first room was okay but the patio style door wouldn’t lock. The second room was smaller, dusty, musty smelling and dirty with about 15ants chilling all over the floor. The room was cleaned when requested but did ask us if we would like to leave (rather than just have a clean room). We then tried to book shuttles via the family company, which was negotiated at the time and confirmed with payment to be made in cash once we’d visited a bank. Later that same day, we were then told one of our transfers wouldn’t be from hotel to hotel as promised and had a rather lengthy WhatsApp battle over message/voicenote/call during a night tour to try to resolve. It wasn’t and put us under unnecessary stress during a trip but also without transport the following day. Seems a lot of others enjoyed their stay, but this wasn’t our experience and hope the family resolve these issues for future guests.

• Bollacke (8/5): Very good - The staff was so kind and incredibly helpful. They prepared breakfast early to accommodate for our early tour and set up transportation to our excursion. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area which made us feel safe and at home, but still only a walk away from the center of town. This was better than we were expecting for this price!
• Steve (10/5): Exceptional - It was a great place to stay. Convenient walking distance to eat. The breakfast was great at the hotel! There were 10 of us and they did a great job of accommodating.

• Amy (9/5): Very cozy and clean - I would stay here again! Price was great. Location was good. The hostess replied to all my inquiries before and during our stay. She was very sweet and helpful checking us in. She asked us when we would like breakfast, which was simple and good. Place was very clean. The room was small, which I expected. The bathroom and shower were awesome. The facet needed some work, but water came out! If you want morning coffee bring filters and grounds, there is a pot there. There is an amazing bakery that has coffee right around the corner and Jimnez Cafe-goood coffee! Ate tonight at Cocoa cafe-WOW!! ( We got in late the first night and ate at Tiki’s, right next door. It was good, we had a beer and tacos). Nada
• Stefan (8/5): Calm location and clean comfortable rooms. - The staff is very helpful and they even made us breakfast before breakfast time one morning when we had an early tour. The rooms are clean and modern. Appreciated the refrigerator in our room. Walking distance to a big supermarket (Mega Super) and restaurants (we loved Cafe Capucchino. Great place to watch the sunset). Calm location. A bit far from down town (15 minutes walk).

• Samantha (9/5): Superb - The owner was very helpful and accommodating. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. She had a lot of recommendations for tours. She even ordered us a shuttle for our day trip to Santa Elena Reserve. The shower was huge and had plenty of hot water. There was a hairdryer, refrigerator and coffeemaker (no coffee but I had my own). It was walking distance to a couple restaurants. It was great spot for a couple days!

• Gary.x (7/5): The property looks more like a B&B. - Clean and pretty large room with very good bath. Actually, it is more like a B&B as its sign on the spot since there is no service at the front desk most of time, and all the space you could use is just your room except for the breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast is the simplest one I have ever had at hotel, not mentioning the poor quality of the fruits. Besides, it is located on a rather steep and bumpy slope that might make it difficult to reach for some guests.
• Brendan (10/5): I would recommend Mountain Faro - clean room, kind staff, good location and breakfast. - The staff was excellent and very helpful in arranging trips and transportation. The breakfast was simple and tasty. The room was clean and sufficient. The location was good. I had everything I needed. My only small problem was ventilating the room. I get hot easily and I was nervous to leave my slider door open.
• Eliza (6/5): Pleasant - owner was helpful in arranging transport and laundry. pleasant stay for the price the rooms all faced into each other so you had to have the curtains closed the whole time which made the room very dark.

• Peter (9/5): Well located for the facilites to visit nearby. - Good full breakfast, brilliant shuttle service to take us to nearby parks, collected from our hotel. Helpful advice from owner about facilities available. Nothing.
• Sandra (8/5): Excellent staff. - The lady at the reception, Leidy, was extremely helpful and friendly. She made everything possible for us to have a good stay. Thank you! The parking was limited and tricky to access due to the front road and the limited space. However, the Leidy really helped us with this.
