• Serdar Alp (5/5): - Sabaha karşı Garibaldi'den Roma seyahatimiz olduğu için tercih ettik yakınlığından dolayı. Neticede 10 saat civarı kaldık. Amacımıza uygun olduğu için seçmiştik. Benzer konaklamalar için tercih edilebilir. Bölge nispeten güvensiz. Ancak çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardım sever.

• Griselda (8/5): - The room had everything we needed, including A/C and a working bathroom. The bed was comfortable, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checking in/out. The only downside was that the location was slightly unsafe at night, but it was also a 4-minute walk from the station, which was very convenient. Overall, an affordable stay.

• biancini (9/5): Un buon hotel. - Hotel molto bello, staff molto cortese, camera spaziosa e pulita. Reception h24. Vicinanza con la Stazione Centrale. La zona non è proprio il massimo. Assenza di ascensore.
• Guest (6/5): I recommend if you’re just staying for a night or two. It’s close to the train station, about 3 minutes away. Just be ca - The price was nice and the staff was helpful. Neighborhood was too noisy, I was not able to sleep at night. Also I didn’t feel safe to walk around.

• Gabri (9/5): A good and clean hotel with friendly staff, but located in a very rough and unsafe neighborhood - On the positive side, the location is great, t’s very close to the train and bus station, which is a big advantage if you’re arriving by public transport. However, the neighborhood where the hotel is located felt quite chaotic, especially in the evening. There were a lot of drunk people, pickpockets, homeless individuals, and people clearly under the influence of drugs on the streets around the area. It felt intimidating and made me quite anxious every time I had to return to the hotel. That being said, the hotel itself was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping was done daily with fresh towels provided. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, they assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. Overall, the hotel offers good service, but it’s important to be aware of the area it’s in. One downside, however, was the strange noises during the night, which disturbed my rest. There were odd sounds, possibly related to plumbing or running water, that woke me up several times throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

• Peteris (5/5): Really fair price per performance - you pay cheap price, you get respective service. In good meaning - Location very good to get to early morning Alibus at Garibaldi Station. Affordable price. Neighbourhood similar to what you can get basically near central railway station in any big city - not very charming, to be polite.

• Daniele (6/5): - A lovely room but with a small dated bathroom. Fixtures in my shower were damaged and the shower is quite tight for the husky gent. Staff were pleasant at all times. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. Close access to the main train station and Metro too.

My room door: couldn’t lock it… reception told me it wasn’t openable from the outside, but I wasn’t convinced so had to put a table and chair against the door for security. Nowhere to make a cup of tea in the room or even make or buy one anywhere on the premises. Grim place - walls brown and orange and tatty. Bedding and towels very clean thankfully. Only chose because it is very close to the station, which was practical.

The location is convenient, but the overall experience could have been better. The bathroom was not clean, which was disappointing. It didn’t feel as well-maintained as expected. Not the worst, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

• Ahmed (7/5): Budget Hotel with Good location. - The location of the hotel was near to the central train station. Room was clean, all facilities were good. They do not serve blanket in the room. The lobby was congested.
• Steve (8/5): - The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up.

• Craig (3/5): Poor - The hotel was well connected for transport. Staff keeping dogs in the room next door, barking consistently every night for the 7 nights we were there, multiple complaints made. Hotel double charged for booking and took 1 week to ammend. Cleaners regularly left items in our room, used wash/dust towels, cigarettes - and we only received toilet paper on our last night.
