I had to repeatedly contact the numbers given on booking.com with no answer. Eventually I was able to contact someone. There wasn't any general supplies like laundry liquid, tea towels, coffee, tea. The toiletries were basic no brands. The outside of the property was not maintained and dirty. The general feeling of the property is dirty and neglected.

- Rebecca (10/5): Magnificent country getaway in picturesque vineyard. - Lots of space, beautiful location, spectacular north facing views over the vineyard, private, quiet, well presented 3 bdr house with all the equipment and facilities you could ask for including games, books, Netflix, pizza oven - the list is endless. Wildlife and stunning sunsets - a country dream! We can’t wait to stay here again! My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter and her friend. The girls had their own bathroom to share and we had our own private room with ensuite. The additional power room ensured plenty of bathrooms (and mirrors) for everyone - if you have teenage daughters you’ll know what I mean. :) BYO shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a wonderful caretaker onsite to help with any questions or issues and he gave us recommendations for dining and shopping options nearby as well! There is an IGA in Bundanoon 7 mins away and I also recommend Aldi and Coles In Moss Vale 15 mins away if you want to do a bigger shop. We cooked both nights because the place was so relaxing and the kitchen is a delight to cook in with 1 or 2 people being able to prepare a meal together very comfortably. Milk, Gladwrap, washing powder, salt & pepper, spray oil & even maple syrup was provided. BYO olive oil and any other food and condiments. Lots of containers which we found helpful for our daytrip picnic to Jambaroo. Honestly, there is nothing not to like about this place. It’s a gem.
