- Timpano (8/5): - Staff and patrons at public friendly. The pizza was exceptional. It was loaded with ingredients and yummy. The room needed a lick of paint. Paint was peeling of the ceiling.

- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graziano (9/5): Superb - Great friendly staff and wonderful country Pub. Staying for work and location was great.
- Brett (7/5): Good -
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Watt (9/5): Superb - The atmosphere, and friendly service
- Paul (9/5): Lovely country hotel that couldn't have done more to make me feel welcome. - Dinner was great, appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities available. Some signage reminding other patrons / guests to avoid being too noisy after a certain time (midnight).
- Timothy (9/5): Superb - Comfy bed, friendly staff and cold beer.
- J (1/5): Don't recommend - Shared bathroom with cubicals that do not lock.
No where to make or prepare food with the rule of no food in rooms. They want you to just buy their meals. Kettle but no milk provided for coffee
- Chris (1/5): Bad - Nothing Arrived at location wasn't open at check in time waited around till 1500 hrs and still not opened, absolutely disgusting 41 degrees went up to the other Hotel and had a fantastic night great staff
- Timothy (9/5): Very comfy bed. And great bang for your buck. - Bed was comfy, and beer was cold. Staff was very friendly, definitely would recommend.
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about our stay at Coleraine Hotel was exceptional and memorable. Justin's meet and greet was first class and then from beginning to end couldn't do enough to make our stay so comfortable. Nothing. Loved it all.
- Joe (4/5): Not a winner - The staff were lovely and welcoming. The facilities were poor and not overly clean. The room was simple and dingy. There are no photos provided on the bookings.com post for a reason. Advertised as 3 stars but I have no idea who would give it that!
- Pauline (2/5): Very poor - Facilities were below par. The bedroom consisted of just a bed&base mattress on the floor. There was nowhere to place our clothes or to sit. Likewise we were unable to make up hot drink or to eat a meal. Linen was old and crumpled while the 2 towels (no bath mat) were off white due to age. Ladies toilet door didn't lock and men's shower door didn't lock as well.
- Barbara (2/5): Very disappointed as showed a very nice room when booking the room. - No breakfast facilities The only furniture in the room was a bed & a chest of drawers which had empty chip bags plus a coke bottle in top draw. Room had not been vacuumed at all. One very thin towel with threads for two people.
- Oleg (10/5): It's okay for one night! 😎 - Insects!
