Ralf (8/5): Ruhiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage - Das Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, weil es zum Hinterhof gelegen war. Die Zimmer sind sehr neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen Wir würden uns dort wieder einmieten Das Zimmer hatte keine Heizung. Man heizt mit der Klimaanlage. Wir waren im Winter dort es hat aber dennoch geklappt. Die Klimaanlage war nicht laut

Astrid (10/5): Kurzaufenthalt in Kassel - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Lage mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Supermarkt gegenüber. Nichts.
Marita (10/5): Entspanntes Wohnen im sanierten Altbauzimmer - Die Einrichtungen des Zimmers und der Gemeinschaftsküche waren sehr ansprechend, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich konnte mich schnell wie zu Hause fühlen. Es war ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Da ich nicht mehr zur jungen Generation gehöre, fällt mir das Treppen steigen schon schwer. Da ist der dritte Stock eine Herausforderung. Sonst komme ich aber gern wieder.
