- Karin (4/5): Nice surroundings but definitely too expensive. - Very nice location with a beautiful view. The rooms don’t look at all like on the pictures. Very worn down and old. The bathroom door couldn’t close and the lighting in the bathroom was almost non existing so I actually stayed without showering because I couldn’t see anything in the shower. The breakfast buffet was really not that good compared to the price of the stay. It was open until 10.30 but when I came at 10 they were already about to close is. Only tomatoes as vegetables.

Klein aber vollkommen okay. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend von der Auswahl, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen. Alles sehr lieblos und einfach gehalten. Unser Zimmer war bisschen müffig und wir hatten Krabbeltiere zu Besuch (toter Käfer, paar Ameisen und Spinnen)

Lage Top - sehr schöne Lage, viel Ruhe, viel Natur, genug Fläche und Platz, Spa und Pool Restaurant war etwas lieblos, wenig Liebe zum Detail, das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, Rührei und Spiegelei wurden ab 9:45 schon nicht mehr gemacht obschon Frühstück bis 10:30 war. Wir waren am Muttertag da (10. Mai), keine Dekoration, kein Prosecco für die Frauen....

Das Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig, und es befanden sich zahlreiche Tiere im Zimmer sowie an den Wänden – absolut unhygienisch. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, und der Wellnessbereich ließ jeglichen Komfort vermissen. Das Bett war extrem hart, fast wie ein Brett, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Stanze grandissime e piene di luce ! Bello anche il terrazzo Letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli! Colazione buona ma si può fare di meglio!

Als Hotelgast kann man ein ganztägiges Eintritt für Tamina Therme bekommen. Wellness & Spa im Schloss Hotel ist klein aber reicht für geniessen. Personal ist immer nett und hilfsbereit. Sicher , wann ich In Bad Ragaz wieder besuche, komme ich ins Schloss Hotel. Das Restaurant bittet nur Indische Gerichten,oder habe ich das anders nicht gesehen?

- Alesko1 (1/5): Veľké sklamanie - Raňajky boli ok. Reštaurácia je prijemná. Pracovnici recepcie boli prijemný a nápomocný. Páčilo sa nám okolie Bohužiaľ, pobyt nezodpovedal cene ani očakávaniam. Izba pôsobila veľmi zastaralo – nábytok aj koberec je výrazne opotrebované, vzduch zatuchnutý a steny bez akejkoľvek dekorácie či obnovy. Ani jeden obraz ci obrázok nič. Este aj v kláštornej izbe to vyzerá veselšie. Počas veľkonočných sviatkov chýbala aj minimálna sezónna výzdoba, takisto žiadny bar v izbe. nevyhovujúce rozmiestnenie zásuviek (pri nočných stolíkoch len jedna, nedá sa používať lampa a nabíjať zariadenia súčasne) malý televízor s krátkym káblom, ktorý sa nedá umiestniť oproti posteli a preto musíte otáčať hlavu cely čas doprava balkón bez akéhokoľvek nábytku, takže bol prakticky nevyužiteľný. Matrace vyležane a vankúše ťažké a tvrdé, takže spánok bol veľmi zlý. Veľká, poškodene umývadlo a obkladačky pri vani. Bidet bol starého typu a jeho používanie bolo nepraktické. Chýbali základné hygienické doplnky (sprchová čiapka, vatové tyčinky, kozmetické tampóny) Cena 238 CHF za noc je podľa môjho názoru neprimeraná vzhľadom na stav izby a poskytovaný komfort. Pobyt ma sklamal už pri vstupe do izby a negatívne ovplyvnil celé veľkonočné sviatky. Toto ubytovanie na základe vlastnej skúsenosti neodporučím nikomu
- deformatik (6/5): - Das Zimmer wurde als modernes Pavillon angepriesen. Das Zimmer und die Möblierung ist aber wohl schon 20 bis 25 Jahre alt. Es war alles sauber aber Teppichboden und Beigebraune Möbel waren eventuell mal modern. Der Preis dafür ist eher stolz aber wohl normal für Bad Ragaz.

We are staying there when going to the Tamina Therme. Hotel has a special arrangement for the usage of the Therme. unstable internet signal in the rooms
- Rahel (7/5): Karfreitag im Schloss geniessen. - Das Hotel ist sehr beindruckend, die wunderbaren Historischen Details und die weite waren wundervoll. Der Garten mit dem See, eingebettet zwischen Wald und Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sprudelbadewannen sind mega, man kann abschalten und geniessen. Die Bilder der Zimmer stimmen nicht mit dem überein was man Bucht, ist ein bisschen wie ein Überraschungsei, aber da haben wir eine tolle Lösung gefunden. Leider hat es im Nacktbereich des Wellness einen Unangenehmen Geruch, wie abgestandenes Wasser.

- Almeida (8/5): Wunderschön - Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer war perfekt das was gefehlt hat war das frühstück im Zimmer wo ich nachgefragt habe. wäre für unsere date das perfekt Schluss gewesen aber ist ok.

- Jakub (8/5): - SPA with sauna and bath whirpool, value for money ratio was at the time of booking very good for the location, beautiful main building, top location with easy access to Bad Ragaz, breakfast included in the price of the stay During the the check out the reception explained that no cleaning was provided for short weekend stay from Friday to Sunday (please mind this), the bungalows and furniture in the room had a little bit "older" feeling, which is however acceptable considering the price (and makes sense)

- Manuela (9/5): Gemütlicher ruhiger Aufenthalt - Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Schöne Anlage. Freundliches Personal. In Fussdistanz zu der Tamina Therme. Vergünstigte Eintritte für die Therme Gutes Frühstück Info am Telefon von Reception fehlte, dass das Zimmer einen Zentralschalter hat für Licht und Strom. So musste ein Mitarbeiter extra vorbeikommen um festzustellen, dass wir den Zentralschalter nicht gedrückt hatten.

- Ulrike (8/5): - Ich hatte mich auf das Cheminee in der Lobby gefreut, drum unter anderem auch dieses Hotel gebucht. Leider war es nicht in Betrieb, sowie die Lobbybar. Somit auch keine Gäste und ich sass allein in der Lobby. Das war schade

- Julia (9/5): Very nice location in a park - Easy access by public transport. Next door to the Tamina therms. Excellent breakfast & nice restaurant. Temperature in the room was very high & there is no switch to regulate .

- Judith (7/5): Great staff but property needs an upgrade from the beds to the spa - Very friendly and helpful staff. Well situated to access the spas of the Grand Hotel Bad Ragaz. The beds are not comfortable at all and the spa is not quite as advertised

- julien (8/5): Respectueux, acceuillant et très agréable. - L'acceuil très bien organisé et attentif, le personnel souriant et poli (parlé en français), la chambre était agréable, propre et avec de l'espace, la ventilation des toilettes pouvait s'allumer et s'éteindre avec un interrupteur, et la vue et la tranquilité. Le frigo n'était pas branché et difficile de pouvoir le brancher. Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et pas de possibilité visible de diminuer le chauffage
