Персонал - это пожалуй лучшая сторона этого отеля, всегда помогал. Расположение очень топовое. Только пару проблем, и это слышимость в номерах и в первый день немного пахло канализацией в ванной комнате.

В номере чайник, кофемашина, чай, кофе, сахар, вода и пр. Халаты, тапочки, принадлежности для ванны, все супер. Отдельное спасибо Самиру и Нушабе, Джахану за гостеприимство и отзывчивость. Завтраки классные, на любой вкус, даже свежую клубнику подавали каждое утро. Свист от ветра из-за щелей в деревянных окнах.

- Dauren (8/5): Сделайте освежающий ремонт и цена-качество будет соответствовать - Позволили сделать ранний заезд рано утром. Оперативно решали всякие возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Достаточно хороший завтрак. Номеры просторные и много мест для хранения. Уборка производилась ежедневно. Вайфай в моменте отключался и скорость слабенькая. В целом нужен ремонт для обновления и свежести, так как дизайн и мебель уже морально и физически устарели. Сперва заселили в номер 311 - там ужасно воняло, было грязно в ванной и грязная постель, но после администратор сразу заменили нам номер.

The hotel is very near to the coast of Caspian Sea and the Sea Park. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very rich and nice. During my next trip to Baku i am planning to stay at this hotel. Best recommendations.

А главное, здесь очень отзывчивый персонал, который делает все для того, чтобы оставить самое лучшее впечатление о стране и ее столице. Мы бронировали стандартный номер, когда заселялись, нам сообщили, что для нас будет не стандартный, в номер делюкс. Было очень приятно. Чистый, светлый, большой номер, с огромной кроватью. Утром был прекрасный завтрак, шведский стол. Оставили вещи в отеле, пошли гулять, а когда вернулись за чемоданами, нам предложили такси до аэропорта, бесплатно. Спасибо за заботу. Вы оставили очень классное впечатление о вашем отеле и о гостеприимном Баку в целом. Буду рекомендовать ваш отель и вернусь сама снова.

- Samira (10/5): My stay was exceptional, with impeccable service and a serene environment - The hotel was exceptional, characterized by its cleanliness and comfort. The food was excellent and fresh. It is a very pleasant and tranquil place to stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku, as the location is both excellent and convenient. Everything was perfect; there was nothing that I found unsatisfactory.

- Sana (7/5): Good - The room size was a major plus point compared to most hotels at the same rate. Moreover the room was clean, housekeeping was provided on daily basis. Room service and housekeeping attended efficiently. Breakfast though simple, was sufficient. Ample towels and bathrobes. The location was in a dark and dingy alley, though close to town. That was a little putting off. There was no aisle to pull the luggage and it had to be carried over the staircase. Also no trolley to move the luggage in. No AC which was not an issue during our stay in April 1st week. But summers can tend to get hot because of it.

Staff was courteous. The price was great. Breakfast could use a bit more variety. Hotel needs a bit of an update, but it still looks good and for the price it is more than good enough.

We had booked the premium, one bedroom suite, at the hotel. The room was poorly furnished and looked dated . We relocated to the regular double room at the hotel after one night, while still continuing to pay the tariff for the suite 🤔.

Their helpful attitude and excellent service, even late at night, made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Ganjali Plaza Hotel for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Aysal and Hassan, for making our stay special. We had 10 rooms and had good fun. Just the location- a bit too far from Nizami street but waterfront was close by.

I had a luxury room booked but as I had been checked in earlier (no problems at 7am and no extra charge) they gave me another one and I liked it so much I did not want to change into a suite! I liked it so much I didn't have to move to a suite.... There were two super tasty cafes across the road at the main traffic lights. I would say thank you to Nargiz who took care of any request and Maksim who helped with early check-in. Highly recommended!
