Guest Reviews
- Anđela (7/5): Good - The location is the biggest advantage of this apartment. You can reach all the famous landmarks on foot. The noise that is mentioned in the previous reviews was not a problem in our case, we were sleeping in the bedroom (maybe it is a problem if you are sleeping in the living room). Trastevere is a very lively neighborhood, so people singing and talking in the evenings is a part of that. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. We used the kitchen a lot, it has everything you need. Moreover, the communication with the hosts was great. There was a problem with flushing on our first day, I send them a message and it was fixed in an hour. They also brought a new shower curtain that I asked for, because the old one was moldy. The main problem in the apartment is mold. It comes from two roof windows; one is above the bed and the other is in the hall. I understand the humidity can't be fixed, however, there are some products for black mold that could be used to remove and disinfect the area. It is ruining the impression and quality of the stay in otherwise lovely apartment. There is the musty smell because of it in whole apartment, as well as in the closet where the washing machine is, so I would not recommend using it. The cleaning was okay, but it could be improved, especially in the bathroom. I hope the hosts will do something about the mold, because the apartment has such a great potential to be a gem in Trastevere.
- Juan (8/5): Very good -
- Evelina (7/5): Good - location is good, all attractions are close. there are restaurants on every corner which is very convenient it is very noisy at night. in the bedroom it blows from the window.
- João (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is located near Piazza trilussa, which is superb for walking everywhere. The apartment is quite spacious, with one bedroom and a living room, with a sofa-bed and kitchenette. If you're booking this apartment over the weekend (Friday or Saturday), and you're planning on having people sleeping on the sofa-bed, you're gonna have a hard time. We slept in this apartment on Friday night and the sound isolation was so terrible we could hear everyone on the street. The person sleeping on the sofa-bed barely had any sleep at all.
Also, the kitchenette was missing a kitchen towel and napkins, as well as a place to dry the cleaned kitchenware.
Lastly, as a minor suggestion, the fact that the apartment has no self-check-in makes it a bit more cumbersome to plan our day to meet the host at a specific time.
