Large swimming pool with very good deckchairs/table chairs. Sea side at a short walking distance. Useful off road parking. Flamingo beach less than half an hour walk. Nothing in particular.

• Collins (10/5): - basically it was two apartments, so the younger members of the family were able to stay up later etc. without disturbing the less adventurous! The showers were great and the facilities in general were fine. It was a bit further from the town than previous trips but as we had always gone by car, it just took longer to get about.
• Mattia (10/5): Ottima scelta per viaggi in gruppi o famiglie numerose - La struttura era ottima per un gruppo numeroso di persone grazie ai molti bagni (4) e spazi in abbondanza per tutti. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile a fornirci assistenza nei momenti di necessità (nel rapporti coi vicini, nella mancanza di qualche attrezzatura e nella gestione di qualche problema tecnico con la piscina). Inoltre la piscina era bella e ben gestita. Mancava qualche strumento in cucina e i vicini sono dei seccatori (la seconda macchina sporge di pochi centimetri dal parcheggio della Struttura e pretendevano che la spostassimo Perché li disturbava, nonostante rimanessero circa 8 metri per fare la manovra di inversione che dovevano fare), ma la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel risolvere entrambi i problemi

• Carol (9/5): Lovely stay at Sea Palms - We arrived very late at night at 1150pm with young children due to flight delay. However, Marica was very accommodating and waited for our arrival to ensure we were safe and located the villa. She went over and above to support us and provided some food, and we had a welcome pack much needed due to our arrival no shops were open. The villa was clean and well presented and had a lot of useful kitchen and outdoor facilities. The football game table was excellent as my children were entertained! We needed minor repairs, and the response was quick and easily resolved. It should be noted that its two apartments if travelling with young children would need an adult in the downstairs apartment. Marcia was available for questions on emails and whats app prior to arriving to the villa. Marcia and her colleague were respectful and offered additional support if needed. The pool was clean and outdoor areas, too. Very close to beach aporox 10 min walk and short drive to other beach and shops also Aldi. Despite areas of minor improvement. I would stay here again and recommend it! There needs to be adequate maintenance checks on the property to ensure any repairs are undertaken. Improved outdoor lighting for the outdoor staircase to the lower apartment The large window in the bedroom upstairs should have a window restrictor for safety, only a latch but cant open enough with the latch on. Same kitchen supplies with washing up liquid should be available in lower apartment and tin openers in both kitchens. But overall good utilities other than that were good.
• Marie (10/5): - Villa was lovely. Lots of space for a family. Lovely pool. Quiet location. Everything in walking distance . Nice restaurants about 15minutes walk and also a few supermarkets. It's about 45 minutes walk to Playa blanca along by the beach . We got the number 30 bus in. Everything was great. Had a few small issues that got sorted out by Marcia and colleague. Marina was very helpful,

• Sinead (9/5): Fabulous Villa, spotlessly clean, great host. - Villa was fantastic, pool was a great size, facilities were excellent, everything was to hand and all spotless and in great condition. Host was excellent at communicating which put me at ease straight away. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. 10mins drive to Playa Blanca, car was great to have for getting out to visit places and shops etc. Taxi service was a bit hit and miss but nothing the host can do about that. 2 bedrooms located downstairs accessible from outside only so you wouldn't sleep young children there without an adult.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolue blast of a week at Sea Palms Villa. We found the property to be spotless clean and with great facilities including an amazing pool and outdoor area. All facilities were as described, rooms were spacious, bathrooms and kitchens all newly refurbished. We found the villa to be located within walking distance to all necessary amenities. The attentivnes of our Host (Marcia) was superb! Cannot wait for another visit and we'll certainly be looking to secure this property for our next visit!! Thank you Sea Palms Team for making our stay memorable and fun. Nothing to report, we loved everything about place, the Host and location!
• Christy (10/5): Perfect relaxing family holiday - Fantastic spacious property with absolutely everything you need! This is the first villa we have stayed in in years that have supplied welcome extras such as tea, coffee and sugar (well needed after a long flight) dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, shaving sets, toothbrushes and toothpaste! Márcia, the host, was so friendly and even decorated the place with balloons for us arriving on my daughter’s 13th birthday. Not only that, but she also left cake, candles and a bottle of champagne. Absolutely nothing!
• Ian (10/5): Great villa in a good location. - This is a lovely villa and was just perfect for me and my family (7 people in total but easily sleeps 8). The pictures don't do it justice, it's in great condition and was very clean. The pool area was excellent. Marcia was a great host, she met us when we arrived and quickly answered any further questions we had during our stay. We liked everything. Nothing negative to report.
• John (9/5): A lovely Villa - We have stayed in the area many times so know the area well.The Villa was clean and well looked after. Marcia was a perfect host explained everything we needed to know. For us being of the older generation the pool being below down some steps was not good as carrying what you needed was a bit of a pain. A shame as the bbq seating area was lovely. A change of bedding as we were there for 13 days would have been welcomed due to the hot weather!!
• Montgomery (10/5): Fantastic villa - The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was magnificent. Marcia meet us when we arrived and was very helpful in explaining the best way to the shops and to the promenade. We had a very relaxing stay and we will be back!

• Isabelle (10/5): Amazing villa, confortable, spacious, and Marcia our host was brilliant! - We had a wonderful time at Sea Palms. It was very confortable, spacious and clean. We loved the pool and used the BBQ several nights in a row. There was a lovely welcome tray of drinks and nibbles when we arrived. The location is great and we walked on the seaside path most days, and enjoyed several beaches, especially Flamingo beach for easy and safe snorkelling. Marcia, the host, was amazingly helpful with everything we needed, she was wonderful. Thanks, we will come back! (Just a suggestion: Maybe a parasol by the pool would be a nice addition for the hot afternoons when there is less shade.)
