• Corredor (10/5): Overall, the facility was nice, safe and the staff around the building were very friendly. - The security for the whole tower was excellent and the people managing the building were very curteous, friendly and happy to be of help. We did not cook at all but used the small of refrigerator to buy fruits and yogurt so we did not go out in the evenings. The apartment we had was very clean and well kept. The mattress could have been more comfortable but we did manage.

• Lionel (5/5): Could have been a 10! - Excellent location. Comfortable, clean and safe. Only two towels were provided, which is not enough for two people. We asked for more towels but were told that two towels is a standard and, basically, that we were being unreasonable to make the request.
• V. (10/5): Hier möchte man gerne länger bleiben - Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher, in dem Appartement fehlt überhaupt nichts Bett ist sehr bequem, schöne Warmwasser Regendusche, hier kann man länger bleiben Hatte mir den Balkon etwas größer vorgestellt

Cerca de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, parques, centros comerciales y la zona T, donde puedes disfrutar de los resturantes, bares, etc Apartamento: Con todo lo que requieres, con buena seguridad en el edificio. Apartamento amoblado, buen internet, TV smart, cocina con equipamiento, buena presion de agua fria y caliente, facil acceso. Acceso facil al apartamento Anfitriones: Los mejores, siempre disponibles, en contacto a cualquier hora y prestos a apoyarte y guiarte en lo que uno requiera. La verdad han sido de gran apoyo en nuestra estadia por varios dias en esta ciudad. todo estaba excelente

• Silva (10/5): Studio calme, propre, bien équipé et bien situé - Studio petit mais bien agencé et équipé, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable. Le quartier est animé, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité, mais le studio est très calme. De nombreuses options de transport sont également disponibles. Un gardiennage 24/24 renforce la sécurité. Les hôtes sont aimables et réactifs. Pas de points négatifs. Tout au plus puis-je suggérer de prévoir une théière.

• calvin (9/5): Would reccomend satying here to anyone that would prefer a nice condo instaed of just a hotel room. - We liked just about everything. But This place was great. Super value. Also loved the host nice notes on where to go and what to do. We saved them to our cell and follwed them. We would have liked 1 more pillow each and a microwave. But it was amazing for the price.

• Stein (10/5): Exceptional - The building itself is brand new and well kept. The security team with doormen 24hrs are there to help. The room is extra cozy but functional and has everything one needs. The location can't be beat one can walk the park and tree lined boulevards all the way to parque 93 and on the other side it's a 10 min walk to the heart of zona T. Payment is directly to the owner. There's a 6% fee to use a CC, however the owner was very accommodating until we could arrange the payment in cash. There's a currency exchange around the corner as well as a Western Union. I'd definitely check if this place is available for my next trip to Bogota.

It has a small kitchen with everything you require to cook; however, I didn't use it as near the apartment there are so many restaurants and small shops with a great variety of food. Apartment is well located in Chapinero. Maria and Dario responded all my enquiries promptly and were always keen to help. Thank you so much. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Frank (9/5): Excellent location and beautiful apartment. - The bathroom and shower have ample room, and there are plenty of dishes you can use. The apartment is very nice and well appointed. WiFi works great. The location is excellent and situated in a residential neighborhood. I was only about a 5 minute walk to Zona Rosa, Carulla (grocery store), Juan Valdez (coffee shop), and a short cab ride to Parque 93. I used the washer/dryer in the basement and paid about $6 to wash and dry one load. At checkout on Booking.com, there is an additional $32 fee for cleaning...okay fine. Then after I checked in, I was told there was an extra 5% fee to pay by credit card. The apartment is so nice and well situated in the city, that I just don't think it's necessary to wait to disclose these fees. I would have paid it anyway, We weren't able to enter the apartment until 1 hour after we arrived because the door keypad didn't work and we had to wait for the property owner to arrive and open the door with a key. He was friendly and apologetic. The desk is teenie-tiny, but most people will probably be ok with that. The light switches blink all night long and I prefer the room to be completely dark. The bed is okay, a bit firm, but I know some may prefer that. Right at 11:00 am on our last day, we received a call that the cleaning lady was there to clean the apartment.
