Camera pulita, posizione perfetta per andare a piedi sul lungo mare la sera e perfetta perché appena poco fuori dal casino in macchina del centro di Saranda. Parcheggio auto dietro l’hotel. Consiglio davvero di andare in questo hotel perché non troverete posto migliore a livello di gentilezza! Dispiace andare via..

• Viola (9/5): - L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff sono i punti forti dell’hotel. L’host è stato molto disponibile, consentendoci un check-in anticipato anche senza avviso, dandoci informazioni e suggerimenti per il soggiorno a Saranda. La camera era piccola, ma con tutto ciò che serviva; era pulita e ben curata. La colazione è varia e c’è possibilità di fare richieste all’host.

• Sanja (10/5): Ljubaznost, gostoprimstvo, čistoća, ugodnost. Jednostavno, prijatan osjećaj tokom boravka u hotelu! - Gostoprimstvo domaćina. Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno i na usluzi 24 sata, od potreba u hotelu do toga da objasne i predlože koja je najbolja plaža i šta sve treba posjetiti. Uz njihove preporuke mnogo smo se lakše snašli kroz sarandu. Toliko je lijepo i prijatno bilo da smo u sobi, u vrijeme odmora od plaža i obilaska grada, vrijeme odvojili i za gledanje filmova!

• Antea (9/5): - Personale gentile e accogliente, parlavano anche l’italiano. Di loro iniziativa ci hanno prestato l’ombrello poiché una sera ha piovuto. Ottima posizione, vicino al lungomare. Dietro l’hotel è presente anche un comodo parcheggio. Purtroppo non è presente il box doccia in bagno.

• Giulia (9/5): - La posizione l'abbiamo trovata comoda per spostarci tra Ksamil (a 20 minuti) e il centro di Saranda a 10 minuti a piedi (in discesa all'andata verso il centro, in salita al ritorno ma super fattibile senza spostare la macchina che a Saranda è un problema traffico assurdo). Paolo il proprietario è super gentile sempre pronto ad aiutare, per un consiglio o per una chiacchierata. Parcheggio comodo necessario a Saranda e supervisionato da Paolo. La colazione abbondante e varia. lo consiglio L'unica pecca è la mancanza della tenda/box doccia, che però Paolo ha già promesso di aggiungere come prossime migliorie da apportare.
• Jiří (8/5): Nice hotel but too uphill. - The staff is very friendly. Free parking is right behind the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is really modern and nice. The bathroom is small and you make a flood with every showering. So doing anything else in there after the shower is a problem. The room is also pretty small and the is no wardrobe. The hotel is 15 minutes up the hill. We asked taxi for the 3 minute ride and they wanted 1500 LEK. We generally didn't enjoy Sarande, the water is too dirty. We spend the whole day at Ksamil instead.

Nella nostra camera 308, cambiata su richiesta perchè la prima troppo vicina alla strada, purtroppo vi era un intenso odore di vernice . Le camere molto piccole con arredi minimali .

• Nick Yiannoulis (10/5): Excellent short stay - As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home, everyone at the hotel was so hospitable and such genuinely kind and lovely people. The room was modern and very clean with all the facilities as advertised. The location is excellent too, only a 10 minute walk to the centre with bars and restaurants. Free private parking was also available at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of options as well as hot drinks. Nothing

• Anela (7/5): - Family owned! We found trash under the bed from previous guests, things were falling apart in the room, the staff are not always very nice. The room was too tiny, we could barely move around. The shower definitely needs renovating because we hated using that shower and having the whole floor and bathroom wet. We appreciate the staff and love the family vibe but wouldn’t come back. It’s a far walk to the beach too, 20 minutes.

Très bonne petite déjeuner avec les fruits et legumes locaux, pâtisseries etc. Belle balcon. Supermarché quelques minutes à pieds. Plage un quart heures à pieds. À côté de plage aussi un arrêt de bus public pour Ksamil. Nous perso on a préféré largement la plage de Sarande à celles de Ksamil! La baignade était bien plus agréable en Sarande, en plus la promenade au bord de la mer avec une ambiance bien vivante, une très bonne sélection des restaurants etc. (Si on voyage avec les petits enfants ou pour ceux qui privilégient le bronzage a la baignade, Ksamil pourrait être mieux). Le centre ville, station de bus pour Tirana et les excursions en bateau aussi en distance à pieds.

• ARIADNA (9/5): - We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was clean and had a good air conditioner, which was super necessary with the summer heat. What we definitely highlight about the hotel is the staff. They were very attentive and always willing to help with whatever you need. Also, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. Without a doubt, a perfect place to stay again if we return to Albania!!!

• Marco (5/5): - Personal war vor Ort sehr freundlich Nach meiner Bewertung wurde ich angeschrieben dass ich nur 7 und nicht 10 gegeben habe. Das gibt nochmal einen Abzug, ansonsten war noch anzumerken dass es keine Abtrennung im bad zur Dusche gab. Dementsprechend wird beim duschen das gesamte Bad nass.
• felice STILLA (5/5): - a colazione era abbondante e dedicato sia a chi ama il salato che il dolce. Purtroppo per gli italiani che amano il caffè c'è stata una brutta sorpresa in quanto veniva offerto, compreso nella colazione, solo il caffe americano. Il caffè espresso e il cappuccino erano a pagamento · Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente l'accesso all'hotel. In quanto visto che eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone con 5 moto, l'accesso era piccolo e poco agibile per questo mezzo di trasporto. Inoltre situato su una strada dove sfrecciavamo auto e moto per cui risultava esteremamente pericoloso. Volevo anche soffermarmi sulla grandezza misera delle camere per essere un hotel che vanta 4 stelle. I bagni piccolissimi con docce prive di piatto doccia , pericolosissime per via del pavimento scivoloso e poi acqua d'appertutto. Inoltre gli Asciugamani non vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Per cui ritengo non allineato ad un hotel 4 stelle europeo. Prezzi alti ma qualità offerta molto bassa . Passabile con molto ben volere

• Giuseppe (10/5): Sentirsi a casa - Sentirsi accolti anche a km da casa. Questo hotel vale la pena anche solo per chi lo gestisce. Il proprietario dell’hotel Gianni e Paulo sono delle persone squisite: durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto bisogno di un supporto e, senza neanche che glielo chiedessimo, ci sono stati vicini e ci hanno coccolato in tutti i modi possibili. Stanza pulita, colazione internazionale molto buona e abbondante, su una strada principale ma con parcheggio privato comodo a disposizione dei clienti. Super consigliato.

• Nicolas (9/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hotel Elite pour l'accueil chaleureux , la disponibilité et l'attention du personnel, l'emplacement en dehors de la ville . Nous y avons diner et aimer le repas copieux préparé sur place avec de bons légumes et une savoureuse dorade. A noter que c'est nécessaire de réserver le matin pour le soir. Le petit déjeuner très complet et rafiné a été fortement apprécié. Pour tout cela nous recommandons cet établissement.
• Adrian (9/5): - Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, klimatyzowany pokój i bardzo dobrze schładzająca lodówka, telewizor z Netflixem. Właściciel jest bardzo pomocnym i życzliwym człowiekiem. Na każde nasze zgłoszenie bardzo szybko reagował i starał się pomóc. Bardzo fajnie podświetlone lustro w łazience i sprzątanie w pokoju na życzenie. Niestety nasz pokój nie był dźwiękoszczelny przez co było słychać odgłosy z ulicy. Szkoda, że po powrocie z plaży, czy w szczytowym momencie dnia, żeby ochronić się przed słońcem nie można było uruchomić Netflixa, mimo najszczerszych chęci właściciela, co zasługuje na ogromne uznanie. W łazience prysznic był bez kabiny.

• Александр (9/5): - Очень комфортный и удобный номер с террасой большой и просторной, есть кондиционер, лифт, парковка , достаточно неплохой завтрак, а также приветливый персонал. По пути в отель есть парочка макетов цены приемлемые . Отель находится на горе, к городской набережной идти 15-20 минут прогулочным шагом, минус в том что после пляжа нужно возвращаться вверх по горе, но цена качество оптимальные , к частным пляжам идти 35-40 минут.

• Enrico (10/5): Struttura super e proprietario fantastico - Struttura pulita e ben tenuta, camera freschissima e colazione abbondante. Il proprietario, Paolo, è una persona squisita, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Addirittura, durante il nostro soggiorno si è offerto di darci un passaggio al fine di farci visitare le attrazioni della città, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza indimenticabile. • Silvio (9/5): Tutto perfetto - Struttura moderna e accogliente, buffet per la colazione ricco e gustoso. Staff gentile, disponibile e amichevole (il proprietario parla italiano!). Possibilità di parcheggiare in loco. Posizione comoda ma leggermente fuori dal centro, con il caldo farla a piedi al ritorno è un pochino faticoso.

• Eloïse (10/5): Super hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux - Hôtel vraiment parfait pour un séjour en couple, très bien placé pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement, possibilité de se rendre à Saranda à pied en 20-25 min de marche (attention montées et descentes), la chambre était très propre et nettoyée tous les deux jours, le petit déjeuner vraiment copieux et varié avec des changements tous les jours ! Nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon alors que nous avions réservé une chambre simple et nous n’avons pas payé de supplément ! Le personnel est adorable et très à l’écoute notamment Paul qui nous a conseillé de bons restaurants et lieux à visiter ! Il y a un parking gratuit tout près. Je recommande sans hésiter !! L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’une route très passante donc assez bruyant sur le balcon, mais dans la chambre le bruit était faible et pas dérangeant !

• Theekshana (10/5): Amazing - Really clean and comfortable rooms, just a 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Large parking space around the back. The owner was really friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations around the area which helped us a lot.
• Vigney (9/5): - Comfortable stay. Very warm and helpful staff. Recommend anyone looking for a stop over at Sarande. Rooms are not very big but totally fine for a few days stay.

• Marco Petruzzello (10/5): Relax e mare incredibile - La cortesia dello staff, in particolare di Paolo, che ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta con una gentilezza incredibile. Posizione super comoda con parcheggio alle spalle della struttura, 5 minuti di macchina dal centro e dal magnifico lungomare di Saranda. Abbondante colazione salata e dolce, ottima pulizia degli ambienti.

• Jessica (8/5): Ritorneró sicuramente - Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questa Struttura con il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo ,il titolare molto cordiale e carinissima la signora della colazione ,molto buona anche quella…. La consiglio anche perche Si trova a pochi passi dal centro . Ci ritornerei nuovamente
