• Louise (7/5): Good - The owner was very good in letting my friends have access to the property and provided them with information on the surrounds etc so bonus points there. Though they should have a manual for using the facilities at the property. Location was great The couches were really uncomfortable, maybe they are being used for sofa beds so not comfortable to sit on. Lights in the smaller room that I had blown out except for one, no washing up tablets for dishwasher that we could find. We had contacted the owner in the evening about how to use the cooker and unfortunately he couldn't provide assistance and hadn't used it himself, so having a manual on the facilities would have been very beneficial, so we had to muddle through that
• Jennifer (9/5): Fantastic! Please let us know if you have other properties elsewhere! - Our flight was delayed but our daughter, who hasn't traveled alone arrived on time. He was wonderful giving instructions for her to get to the apartment, getting her keys and giving her the instructions on everything. Was very accessible for questions. The apartment was much more spacious and outfitted than expected. With 3 people (including 2 women) it was great having a full bath, half bath, and big area with a mirror for makeup. Kitchen and bath had everything (and more) that we needed. Wi-fi was super fast! Location was great! Super minor but some suggestions would be: - labels on the light switches (lots of options!) - more pillows - maybe a couple of european adaptors secured/taped to the wall (so nobody steals them). With such a big place, it was hard to only have the two we brought.
• Roswitha (10/5): To be recommend. Easy to get to. Quiet. Clean. TOP - Close to salute stop. Near supermarket. Near good restaurants. Very quiet area. Relaxing To be recommend. Very clean. Everything you need for stay.

Stay away from the Rialto crowds in this great spot! - -Wonderful location, 2 minutes from Salute vaporetto stop (and also nearby Santo Spirito etc.). -friendly and helpful host -really quiet & peaceful -roomy and well-appointed apartment It can be a little dark as it’s on the ground floor but that’s the same with most places in Venice due to the narrow streets!
