• Hunter (4/5): Dirty sheets, stains and black hairs in bed. Loud - Great location and price Room was not clean, bed appeared to be slept in. No wifi. Staff did not care about these issues.

• Joshua (1/5): Won’t be going back - The garden was nice as it had a nice decking area. My room had a good TV that worked. The room we were assigned was so dusty I had to clean the floor with my own wet wipes. The sheets were machine washed clean but were covered in stains. I stayed there for 10 days and I was given the worst room in the house. The bathroom/shower was dirty, and the shower barely worked. There were builders next door, making loads of noise and there were also builders inside the house making loads of noise. Dust is everywhere.

• Justine (7/5): - Check-in facile et bien expliqué. Quartier calme, à proximité immédiate des commodités et des transports. La chambre et la cuisine étaient propres. Chambre située au sous-sol. Le plancher de l'étage manque d'isolation : on entend absolument tous les bruits de pas et piétinements. Concernant la salle de bain du sous-sol, le ménage est à revoir, notamment la ventilation qui est très sale et colmatée par la poussière.

• Amaia lusarreta (9/5): - My room was in the basement. Lovely big double room very comfortable. There was a shared bathroom next to.my room and I noticed another one near the entry. The auto check in process was easy and the house has also a lovely shared kitchen and a beautiful garden. Concerning location, I have previously lived in the area and is just what I wanted. Tesco abd coffee shop are just 5 mnst walking and you can get the buses at Clapton pond ( again less than 5 mnst walk). The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet! I will Def stay there in my next visits to london

• Daniel (1/5): This is a cheap students house, dirty and unmanaged! Please expect to have to clean the toilet, shower and anything in t - Right next to the Clapton Pond This wasn’t a pleasant experience, don’t let the nice booking photos trick you. Firstly other guests were smoking cigarettes and more in the bedrooms, it stank our entire floor. The house was absolutely dirty and not looked after at all. The mattress old with springs poking though the very used bedsheets with cotton balls. The bathroom was in a state with soggy mat, blobs of fluff in the extractor and black fungus on the tiles, not to mention the brown stains/ stuff on the shower curtains. Same with the curtains in the bedroom. There was a lot of bedrooms and constant traffic of people at all hours of the day and night, talking loud in the kitchen, which was also super dirty with even spider webs in the window. The fridge was super small with loads of items kept in there that probaly expired a good couple weeks ago. Same with the stove uff inside the cupboards. The kitchen counter and the mats were always dirty and kept like so for days! The doors in the house are paper thin and quality of the materials used for the renovation are very cheap so you’ll hear any noise. Plus if the person on the bedroom above you walks it feels like they’ll fall on top of you.
• AL (1/5): Unclean, loud, unhelpful and they tried to pay me for a good review. - Access to a kitchen was nice, and as long as it was during the day contacting someone to assist you was easy. Having access to your own key was very convenient, and the location was only a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the underground. UPDATE: A representative of the property contacted my personal number via calling me and via WhatsApp, trying to buy a good review from me, and to delete me bad review. That's crazy. The main thing was the noise. Since I couldn't contact anyone when people were noisy at night, I had to wait until the next day to make a complaint. The complaint I made was essentially useless, since the guy who was in room 5 and making all the noise was a regular. I heard the conversation with him and a member of staff where they laughed off my noise complaint. The guy in room 5 proceeded to watch TV at full blast with his door open the following night too. The walls are also quite thin, and the kitchen door is left open at all times. Anyone having a conversation, washing clothes, cooking something late will most likely wake you or keep you up with how the sound travels in the building. The WiFi dropped out the second night, and the only assistance I got was someone resending me the password the following day in the afternoon, despite explaining that the network wasn't showing up on any of my devices. I ended up spending a lot of money on data because of this. The property reeks of cigarettes and weed, mostly coming from the guy in room 5 again. I slept with the window open to help with the smell, but I spotted rats outside (I was on the ground floor) so I didn't feel comfortable having the window open for so long. This was the smallest inconvenience but there wasn't access to a hairdryer despite the booking saying there was.

• Sonia (6/5): Satisfecha - Nos gustó la habitación, muy amplia y era cómoda. Nos gustó que nos dejaran dos toallas a cada uno, una para la cabeza y otra para el cuerpo. También nos gustó que el baño, a pesar de ser compartido, estaba bastante limpio. Tuvimos problemas para abrir la aplicación de booking y el personal nos ayudó a hacer el check in y el check out. Muy amables. Además nos gustó mucho que el alojamiento estaba muy bien conectado a nivel de transporte público, por lo que, aunque estuviera un poco lejos, pudimos movernos bien por la ciudad. No nos gustó que nos tocara una habitación justo al lado del baño porque se escuchaba todo cuando la gente entraba y salía del baño. La luz del baño hacía mucho ruido también y la mayoría de noches la gente se la dejaba encendida y nos molestaba para dormir. Las ventanas de la habitación no las pudimos abrir porque estaban muy viejas y atascadas. El alojamiento estaba bien conectado pero bastante lejos de lo Que son las zonas turísticas, mínimo 1h en transporte público a cada sitio que visitamos

Local community shop, Palm deli, near the fountain is great. Lots of healthy food, coffee, fresh juices. Fantastic transport links. A phew extra blankets in room might be nice for anyone travelling light and maybe some toiletries, included in the cost, could be good as we didn't have much room in our overnight bags. However. shops are so near, it wasn't a problem at all.

• OluwaBunmi (3/5): Disappointing. - Personally, there was nothing outstandingly likable about the place, other than the front door. Everything afterwards was a disappointment. If I didn't have to be elsewhere immediately, I would have looked for some other place to stay. Everything! The room was very small and musty. The bedsheet and the clothes rack looked pretty worn. There was renovation ongoing. The accommodation was significantly overpriced for what it was giving.

• Elissiya (3/5): I did not enjoy my stay and I will not be coming back again - It was in a nice area The room we stayed in was generally nice and well decorated but once we looked closer we saw the room wasn’t cleaned correctly as there was ants on the floor where previous guests have left crumbs on the floor. Outside our room construction was going on and when they were brining furniture down they were leaning it on our window which was making loud noises. I went out and came back around 2 in the morning and we were stuck outside the property for around 20 minutes because our key for the front door wasn’t working, the key was a doggy key and we tried to ring the ring door bell for help but no one came. Luckily other people that were staying in the same property came back around the same time as me, she tried to use my door key which didn’t work so she had to use her key which eventually opened the door after multiple tries. With the shared bathroom there was mold everywhere in the bathroom which I think is very unhygienic and in the description it doesn’t state there is mold in the bathroom. I am a person who suffers with asthma so this is very dangerous for me.

La propreté de la salle de bain est moyenne : tapis de salle de bain et tapis de la chambre avec des poils et des cheveux, visiblement pas nettoyés. Gros point négatif également sur l’insonorisation inexistante : on entend absolument tout de la chambre d’à côté et surtout de celle du dessus (pas, voix, bruits en continu). À minuit, quand les autres ne dorment pas et que vous, oui, c’est très pénible.

• Tobias Withers (4/5): Bad night sleep, automated service and unclear info about parking - The location is good in clapton and near to shops bars etc. The guest house is on a nice street but is the one house that looks like a scam landlord has biltzed it in the cheapest way. Misleading information about parking, also the entire customer service has about as much humanity as a chatbot. It is all remotely operated (which is fine, but executed poorly). You have to upload all your personal info and ID to some random site beforehand, which seems less trustworthy when you get to the accommodation - which can best be described as a cash grab. Apart from these reasons why I shall be avoiding here in the future - it was loud in the night and morning from the other guests and had a pretty rubbish nights sleep when in London for work.

• Francesco (8/5): Un bel soggiorno in Hackney - Casa con interni nuovi e ben messi. Bagni molto buoni e molto puliti. lo staff è gentile ed è facile trovare la casa ed accedere. Wi-Fi buono e presente in tutta la casa. La cucina ha tutti i confort per una colazione veloce e il quartiere è molto carino. C'è anche un giardino dove prendere un pò di aria. Tutta la casa è molto pulita. Si sentono bene i rumori e le voci dalle altre stanze e potrebbe risultare difficile dormire. Non mi piace quando lo staff ti chiede attivamente di mettere 5 stelle, il voto deve essere sempre spontaneo.

• Milton (8/5): Lovely room I stayed in Rm2 , it was cold due to the window not shutting but the facility was great all the around ℹ app - It was easy for me to find it using Apple Maps , 10 minutes walk from Clapton Station and also Hackney Downs station . Someone decided to start playing loud music from the bathroom next to my room 2 it was late and I wanted to sleep I had to remind him it’s really late . I think there needs to be rules around this subject
