• Roberta (10/5): Our stay in Firenze - We adored the entire apartment, our bed was super, super comfortable. A little noisy at times when loud, drunk people would walk around or talk loudly in the street, it echoes a lot. But most of the time they moved on quickly, so it wasn't too bad.

• M. ANGELES (9/5): Maravilloso - Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy amplio y decorado con muy buen gusto. La cama muy cómoda. La localización inmejorable. Es un apartamento precioso y tiene de todo. Si tuviera que decir algo, quizás que falta mejor insonorización en el dormitorio porque el fin de semana se oye el bullicio de los grupos que pasan por la calle berreando, aunque entiendo que esto no es un problema del alojamiento como tal.

• Zsolt (10/5): Very nice apartment in a great location. - The accommodation is located on a small, quiet street, just a few steps from the lively city centre. The apartment is well designed, attractive, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for a stay of a few days. The bathroom is spacious and comes with both a shower and a bathtub, and the tub itself is large and very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size, and the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. I found the breakfast generous, although I did miss butter and some cold cuts; apart from that, it met all our needs. Our hosts were kind, courteous, and attentive, and communication was continuous and fully satisfactory. They even recommended a very good gelato place, which is very important in Italy. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the accommodation and our hosts, and we will choose this apartment again on our next visit to Florence. What could make the accommodation even better: a better coffee machine, and butter and some cold cuts for breakfast.
• Svetlana (10/5): - Wonderful apartments in the very heart of the historic center — all major attractions are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very cozy, warm, and full of character, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the hosts — very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They assisted with arranging a taxi and quickly resolved any questions, making the stay truly smooth and pleasant. As this is a tourist center, the area can be lively, but with the windows closed the apartment is quiet, the neighbors cannot be heard, and I experienced no discomfort at all. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch from the hosts — a small selection of basic products, coffee, and tea, which made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. I would happily recommend these apartments and would gladly stay here again.

A real treat with beautiful furnishings, enormous bathroom, very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen where our breakfast was laid out. An added extra was on the legendary wine windows right next door. Alex and Fabio could not have been more helpful pre arrival and Fabio did a great meet and great showing us around the apartment. Alex also checked in with us to make sure me had everything we needed The only comment we would make is it needs to be clear that the car needs to be parked at the garage (which needs to be booked separately) and then take the short walk to the apartment with luggage

Convenience store around the corner, wine window outside the front door and delicious gelato shop steps away. We stayed for 10 nights and we were given all of our breakfast food upfront, so it wasn’t fresh everyday…which also didn’t last long so that could be better organised for longer stays like we did.

• Sara (10/5): Beyond our expectations - staying at Peruzzi Royal Suite made our trip to Florence even more special. - We had an idyllic time staying at Peruzzi Royal Suite situated in the heart of Florence. We were warmly greeted and walked through all amenities - so thoughtful. We were extremely comfortable enjoying a large space to unwind. The apartment was so central we could duck back at any time throughout the day, before heading off to the next place of beauty be it, a palace, church, gallery, cafe, market …… The breakfast was abundant and the folder of recommendations of places to see and restaurants to visit was invaluable. Can’t wait to return. Grazie🇮🇹 This is only very small, but maybe new bathroom towels.

Highly recommend! - Fabio met us at the property and made us so welcome, offering local knowledge ref local attractions and eateries :) We could not have felt more welcome and helping us above and beyond when we were unable to communicate in the local dialect with getting our taxi to airport due to strikes:) They were very supportive and Great communication from Alex:)) Team work at it's BEST! Can't praise them enough:) Leaving such a beautiful city and friends made. Choose the season that suits you best as it can be very hot:)

• Dale (10/5): A luxurious apartment in a fantastic location with a very attentive and helpful host. - Fabulous location, near a lot of great restaurants and attractions that could be easily walked to without the need for a taxi. The apartment has a lot of character and has recently been updated and decorated to a very high standard. A gorgeous renovation! Everything is clean and new. Our host Alex at the property when we arrived and was very very informative and helpful. He has a great book in the apartment with all you need to know in terms of restaurants services, and things to do. For those looking for a boutique hotel feel, this property has a similar vibe at a reasonable rate. I would struggle to find anything I didn’t like about this property or our host. We have a young family with a 9 and 11 year-old, so I would say the only concern was that our kids might break something or make a mess of the place. Given everything was so, high-end and new, we were a little nervous having young kids in there, but they were great and we didn’t have any incidents.

Apartment was very comfortable, well decorated and had everything you need. The bed was super comfortable! Really pleasant host who met us on arrival with the key.

• Jake (10/5): Really lovely apartment, perfect location, great communication. - Location was perfect, right next to a cathedral and 5 min walk to the main cathedral. Lovely owners who gave a great explanation of the apartment and manual, which was very useful for restaurant recommendations. Went in December and the price at this time was excellent value. 10/10 Breakfast could be better. Options are limited of course but even just some cheese/ham and nice bread would have been nice. There was lots of coffee pods which was amazing though, and pastries are so cheap in the cafes so it all worked out. The restaurant and cafe recommendations in the book provided was also great. A nice touch would have been a bottle of local wine in the apartment. For the cost to the owner of under 10 euros I think it would have been a nice addition. Also more toilet paper would have been good. 2 rolls for 4 nights wasn’t enough.
• Stewart (10/5): Fantastic place. Just book it! Florence is amazing!!! - We stayed at Peruzzi Royal Suite for three nights mid October’23. It’s a. Beautiful place and great location. The area is very quiet along a smaller side street. Especially at nighttime. It is just minutes from the Piazza Di Santa Croce and the busier “touristy” areas. It’s just a gem of a place. All utilities and furnishings are modern and clean as shown in the photos. We really appreciated the breakfasts and snack items that helped to start our day. The fridge also included fresh milk and juice. Alex was very helpful in getting us established and guiding us through the apartment. He also was instrumental in pre-booking a taxi for our departure, which can be difficult due to the busyness of Florence. There is also an informative guide book that makes several suggestions for nearby restaurants. All are within a short walking distance away. The air conditioning was very effective dispute the weather was quite pleasant. We highly recommend this place!!! Nothing.

He waited for us after our flight had been delayed! The property was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need! (Including umbrellas which we really needed!) superb communication before our stay and lots of information provided on best way to travel to the property and then information on Florence to allow us the best stay!

Unlike most places the mattress was on the hard side so it felt great for my back ;) No elevator but it is 2nd floor only. The door isles and some ceilings were low. I am 1.97m and i bumped my head a few times when i forgot to duck low enough while switching rooms, but that by no means made my stay worse.
