• Svitlana (9/5): Нам понравилось. Хотим снова приехать сюда. - Отличное расположение. Понравился бассейн, сауна. В номере было все необходимое. Мы были без машины и в первый день нам было сложно идти пешком из города до отеля. Но оказывается, что рядом есть автобусная остановка и можно доехать автобусом. Это сразу упростило нам жизнь. Хотелось бы, что бы бассейн и сауна работали дольше, например до 21.00

• Stefanie (9/5): - Die Badi und die Sauna. Die ganze anlage war einfach schön. Für uns nicht ganz Nachvollziehbar, warum Gäste in der Ferienwohnung kein Frühstück dazu erwerben können. Da hätte das Hotel noch dazuverdienen können, da es sowiso offen hatte. War aber auch kein Problem auswärts essen zu gehen.

• Yvonne (10/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. - Sehr moderne und praktische Einrichtung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wir waren leider nur für zwei Tage da und konnten das tolle Hallenbad nicht ausprobieren aus Zeitgründen.
• Almut (9/5): Sehr angenehm und in schöner Lage oberhalb von Berchtesgaden, 20min zu verschiedenen Skigebieten - Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig und lag nur ein paar Schritte vom Hallenbad und Sauna entfernt. Der Wellnessbereich war liebevoll gestaltet und nicht überlaufen.
• Sabrina (10/5): Gemütlich, freundlich, super Ausstattung, super Lage! - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett!! Auch der Check-In um bisschen nach 18 Uhr war kein Problem und das Personal kam uns sehr lieb entgegen. Wir konnten auch den Wellnessbereich nutzen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wirklich richtig spitze!!! Das Einzige, das wir schade gefunden haben, aber nicht schlimm war, ist dass man wenn man die Ferienwohnungen und nicht die Zimmer nutzt, das Frühstücksbuffet, leider auch nicht für einen Aufpreis, nutzen darf. Wir waren dann beim Bäcker im Ort frühstücken. Sonst war aber alles super!!
• Sebastian (10/5): Wunderbarer Winterurlaub - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, super gemütliche, saubere und moderne schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Spa und Schwimmbad Bereich ist prima zum entspannen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gelegen oder einfach fußläufig Berchtesgaden zu erkunden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank.

• Jennifer (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Wir hatten eine modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die super ausgestattet war. Auch der Wellness Bereich war super :) Vor Ort war der Kontakt unkompliziert und nett mit den Eigentümern. Die Anreisezeiten sind etwas unflexibel. Nach Buchung erhält man eine relativ unfreundliche Standardnachricht, dass man nur zwishcen 14 und 18 Uhr anreisen kann. Eine spätere Anreise wäre nicht möglich.
• Alexandra (8/5): - Die Wohnung mit dem geräumigen Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem war es super, dass wir an den Wellness-Bereich mit der Ferienwohnung angeschlossen waren. Das Wasser im Pool war leider sehr kalt.
• Gerry (4/5): Dennoch schöne Zeit in Berchtesgaden - Gute, ruhige Lage Schöner Innenpool Unser Appartement, Nr. 20 war enttäuschend. Einrichtung nicht mehr zeitgemäß: der Teppich, das einzige Sitzmöbelstück (zweisitziges Sofa, sehr unbequem), die Küche besteht nur aus einer Spüle und 2 Herdplatten, keinerlei Platz für gespültes Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine etc. Somit ist das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis unangemessen.

• veronica (8/5): Reading the reviews made me nervous, but all was well - EDIT: I am updating this review after reading the crazy response from this host. Don't get me wrong- they were very kind when we showed up. They stated that I always write negative reviews. I actually don't- I have never given a number lower than 8.0. You blame me being American for this misunderstanding with the deposit- yet you make the same comment for every traveller.- perhaps you only like Germans to come visit? This is not a negative review of your hotel- it is a negative review of your communication. Perhaps you need lessons in how to host. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Everything was fabulous! The only reason I gave lower score is because the responses to other reviews gave me pause. I actually would have cancelled if I could. I have used booking exclusively while visiting over forty countries and I have never seen such responses from an innkeeper. It was as if they gave the responsibility to respond to their 15 year old child. Once we arrived , all was well. They requested a cash deposit of 100Euros- easily paid back at the end of the stay. I found that strange as well since every other hotel and inn I have been to just puts the deposit on the card. Although it was quite clean, the furnishings are reminiscent of the 1970's. That did not bother us at all, as we look for cleanliness, and an owner's style makes no difference to us.. We did not use the pool, but walked through and it was very clean

It turned out that it's a duplex and the master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, which is a little bit inconvenient as we have two elderly people. There was a mosquito in the room - we noticed there has been quite a few blood stains on the wall and ceiling - it would be great to provide electric mosquito repellent.

• MADZAROV (4/5): - Unfortunately disappointed and humiliated by the staff, which is why, despite the seemingly beautiful place and nature, due to the host's attitude, we were left with a very bad and humiliating impression and experience. We have traveled to many countries, but such a bad experience has never happened to us in any country. The host first asked us for a deposit of 100 euros in the sense of a *guarantee for possible damage* (although we noticed that the guests who checked in before us did not ask for any deposit). When we checked out, we had to wait for the host to go upstairs to the room to check if there was any damage (of course there was no damage) but he came and showed us a picture on his mobile phone of 2-3 small empty bottles of wine and water which we left them next to the trash can. In order to return our deposit of 100 euros, the host made us go up to the room to take the empty bottles and take them out of the room to the street opposite the apartment where there was a large black container for all kinds of waste. Not wanting to argue, we did so to avoid inconvenience and get back the money we left as a deposit. Extremely insulting and humiliating. We do not recommend this apartment and will never visit it again.

• Gitte Nordentoft (9/5): Uforglemmelig tur og vores bedste ferie. - Billederne fra stedet var klart undertonede - virkeligheden var klart bedre end billederne viste. Beliggenheden er fantastisk og rolig/fredfyldt, byen er smuk og der er mange muligheder for aktiviteter i området. Gratis og velfungerende bussystem for turister med “gæstepas” til alle lokale destinationer. En lidt stram “første mail kommunikation” fra hotellets side, som slet ikke svarede overens med virkeligheden. Den kunne godt gøres mere forståelig og venlig. Tungt tysk sprog. Det var svært at forstå hvad man egentlig fik med i lejlighedspakken. Der kom så forståelige og venlige svar retur på forespørgslerne fra os.

• J (9/5): - Příjemné přivítání, prostorný apartmán s 2xbalkonem a výhledem. Klidné místo a zároveň blízko pro výlety po okolí. Krytý bazén jako součást ubytování byl skvělý. Byli jsme zde spokojeni. Klíče je nutné vyzvednout pouze mezi 14:00 až 18:00 pak už je zavřeno. Zvládli jsme to včas, takže nebyl problém.

• Van Panhuis (7/5): Hotel is mooi gelegen, veel bezienswaardigheden! - De ligging van het hotel, dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Super leuk centrum, veel terrasjes en restaurants, verrassend grote stad en mooie gebouwen. Ook de omgeving is schitterend. We mochten wel in de nacht vertrekken en de borg is ook netjes teruggestort. Zwembad ook prima. Het appartement, wij hadden gehoopt dat het gezelliger was. Alles was onpersoonlijk, de ontvangst, het afscheid, of eigenlijk geen afscheid, wordt ook niet gevraagd of je het naar je zin hebt, of hebt gehad. Dat zijn wij in Oostenrijk waar we vandaan kwamen anders gewend. Jammer, aan klantvriendelijkheid kan nog veel gedaan worden. Ik vond de bank vies en de afstandsbediening, overal zeepdispensers maar nergens zit wat in. Geen bereik hebben is niet van deze tijd.
• Radim (5/5): A disappointment for us. - The cons made a very bad impression. Two things spoiled our experience. First, we received a very frustrating welcome message. It basically said that customers usually don’t behave and so we obtained a list of what’s prohibited and what are the respective fines. I am sorry for the owners bad experience, but I am not responsible for it. And don’t like to be seen as bad one without reason. Second, the message adamantly demands the EUR 100 cash deposit for expected damage of the room. As we live in 21st century, I would expect the credit card blockage as other accommodation do. I fully depend on CC and usually have only some petty cash with me. It was our last and only night before returning home (non-EURo country). I had to withdraw the EURos from ATM, bore fees. All this for nothing, as the deposit was waived once we arrived. Bullying? Also, the very strict arrival time limit at 18:00 (be in time or we don’t care) seems very unprofessional to me.

Extra hoekje met eettafel naast keukentje. Beperkte mogelijkheden voor ophangen (bad)handdoeken Tegels in zwembad zijn op blote voeten erg glad

Så kom til tiden.. Booking.com og stedet har ikke dette synkroniseret. Vores planlagte tidspunkt valgt ved booking kunne ikke imødekommes på stedet - Fejlen her ligger hos Booking.coms hjemmeside. Pool området er ikke for mindre børn. Det er et wellness område ( Så børn med bold er NO GO )

Ich hatte erst Sorge das alles klappt wenn wir ankommen aber die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend so das meine Sorgen sehr schnell aufgelöst haben.

• Kathrin (10/5): Wundervoll! - Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Wir waren in 5 min mit dem Auto in Berchtesgaden und konnten die Natur, die Stadt und das Ambiente vor Ort in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang!

• Worldtraveller (9/5): Persoenlich, gastfreundlich, ruhig, perfekt zum Abspannen & Erholen - Persoenlich gefuehrtes kleines Hotel, Gastgeber immer freundlich und erreichbar. Extra Wuensche wurden ganz einfach und schnell erfuellt. Die Lage ist wunderschoen und ruhig. Ein wenig zu laufen ohne Auto, doch der Spaziergang in den Ort (30 mins) ist traumhaft. Die Ruhe und gute Luft und Moeglichkeit die Saunen zu nutzen war wunderbar. Ich hatte verlaengert und wuerde jederzeit wiederkommen.
