• Charles (9/5): Lovely and funky place, brilliant location in the heart of Soho. - Brilliant location in the heart of Soho and off the main drags. Claw foot tub and kitchen and bedding all comfy the lighting was a bit odd, no real reading lights in the bedroom or sitting room and bulbs in existing lighting were cold white, which for us would have been nicer as warm white.

• Deborah (9/5): Walking distance delight. - Location superb… walking distance to everything Even though there is a fan the place in summer will get hot and stuffy you can only really open the windows to the rear after the restaurant downstairs has closed.. the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear .. could do with a refresh..

• Jolyon (9/5): Great location, clean and tidy apartment. - Location was excellent. Clean and tidy flat with all the equipment needed. No major issues but no 'welcome' tea, milk, etc. - just capsule coffee, and having a shower was very tricky if you wanted to avoid flooding the 'uncomfortable under foot' floor boards.
• Maurice (8/5): Superb location and excellent value apartment. Could do with updating the shower unit. - Superb location in Soho and excellent value. Super comfy bed and living room area. Only issue is the shower, which is loosely attached to a free standing bath, with the plastic pull-round shower curtain. The water temperature is hard to control as it is not a mixer tap. And it is hard to completely close over the curtain rail to prevent any leakage onto the old antique floor. The bathroom is more than big enough to accommodate an additional free standing shower unit. In addition, overall the decor makes the flat feel a little dull and dark.

• Sharon (7/5): Wonderful location , easy to find and enter, fast response to messages sent to welcome London . - Great location, lots of space bedroom was quite located back from the street , easy to find and get in Front windows were drafty , no full length mirror , lighting in the bathroom was to dark to put on makeup .couch was very low for us to get out of ( mid 50s) loverly coffee machine and pods but no milk or sugar . Weren’t aware that the apartment was on the upper floor with stake access only

• Filip (6/5): Pleasant - Location could not get better, in the heart of Soho, apartment was really large and we did not have a problem with the noise (bedroom window to the inner courtyard). Lounge furniture a bit worn down, bathroom could be equipped with some place to put your stuff on. You are in Soho, therefore all buildings are old, and thats what is great about it. With old buildings comes also a somehow lower level of sanitation. We also had a small mouse spotted in the bathroom (fortunately last day).
• Kiri (8/5): They need to invest a little bit of money in better furniture and it would be great. - Great location and communication with host excellent. We were missing sharp knives so they bought some to the apartment next day Lounge very uncomfortable, you could only lay down on it or sit on edges as it was very deep and soft, the other black chairs were not really usable either so the most comfortable chair was a wire one so if you have a back problem this isn’t the place for you.

• Pantea (10/5): Exceptional - Me me my fiancé traveled to London for the first time and just so glad we went with Welcome SoHo Apartments. The place is designed beautifully and the location I believe could nit get any better, right in the heart of SoHo . Literally walking distance to all tourist places . Knot between 15-20 minutes walk to everything. 8-10 minutes walk to the train station , many shops and restaurants around. We had a flight very early morning to leave London and I left my phone in the apartment and realized it when I was almost near the airport. Raya was incredible. I asked her to ship my online to Spain which was our next destination. She immediately shipped my phone. I came thank her enough for saving the phone I just paid $1200 for without Apple care. Spain didn’t clear my phone and DHL was constantly in contact with her and she took care of all it. Thank you so much for the great experience and for saving my phone . I will defiantly come back .

• Isabella (9/5): Would stay again. - Great location, within walking distance from several great sites and restaurants. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and very spacious. Nice old free standing bathtub. Lighting is limited.

• Mcwilliams (1/5): A good idea but terribly executed - Location and space. Walkable to Covent Garden, to the main streets (Oxford Street) and close to a couple of major Tube stations. Size of the apartment was very generous for central London. Until there was a problem, the host/ management team was very helpful and gave timely response, although I don't think they check the Booking.com messages (I received a few messages asking for the same information I had already given to them via WhatsApp). Because you're in the center of SoHo, you will hear a lot of noise until about 11pm every night. I don't think the windows were double-glazed, as I could hear everything (people talking on the street, people drinking in the back..). You will also be woken up by the trash truck in the morning if you want to sleep in. Then there was a major incident on the second night - two men kept on ringing the doorbell at 2am. I was on my own, so I really didn't want to open the door. I saw through the security camera that it was a couple of 20-something guys. They kept on ringing the doorbell, then eventually started throwing pebbles at the living room window. I could hear them trying to forcefully open the front door (shared front door). Eventually they broke the front door and went to their apartment upstairs. They were drunk I believe - and continued to make a lot of noise in their apartment, which I could hear very clearly (old building meant there was no insulation). I couldn't sleep after that. I reached out to the Welcome team via WhatsApp, but not response (no 24-hr service). Next morning when I checked out, I saw that the front door lock was broken, which meant that the front door was 'open' from 2am until when I left (around 8 or so). I finally heard back from the Welcome team who told me that the upstairs apartment is managed by someone else, and it was beyond their control. That might be the case, but it shows you what kind of clientele they are letting stay there - low class tourists who come to London to get drunk and party. No consideration for others. There was no 24 hour service so there really wasn't anyone to rely on. I wanted to call the police but there was no phone in the room (and my mobile is not from the UK so I wasn't able to make a call from my mobile). Another thing was the floor and the bathroom. The floor was completely uneven in all parts of the apartment. The bathroom was a tub with nowhere to put your products.

• Matej (9/5): Great apartment in Soho - This property is perfectly located in the heart of Soho, close to the city centre and various attractions and points of interest. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay in London. Our host was kind enough to provide us with all the info we needed and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time. While not a big issue, the floors in the apartment seem kind of uneven and the windows don't stay open when you open them - we had to put something underneath for the window to stay open (or maybe we just didn't figure out how they work). Other than that, everything was perfect.
