• Reza & Roos (2/5): Do not go to this apartment. - Especially when you were outside, you felt happy, but coming back to this apartment was a nightmare. Everything was disappointing except for the island and the nature. Wij hebben helaas geen prettige ervaring gehad met dit Airbnb-verblijf. Er was wel een televisie aanwezig, maar deze was in de praktijk nutteloos omdat er geen kanalen te bekijken waren. De waterdruk was zeer laag; douchen was bijna niet mogelijk. De locatie is daarnaast erg onrustig. Direct naast het appartement zit een pizzeria en voor de voordeur een restaurant dat tafels plaatst over bijna de helft van het plein. Tot laat in de avond is er veel geluidsoverlast van gasten, gevolgd door het luidruchtige opruimen van tafels en stoelen. Dit was echt niet te doen. Op eerste kerstdag werd er al om 08:10 uur ’s ochtends geboord, wat wij zeer storend vonden. Ook blokkeren meerdere Italiaanse restaurants in de buurt het volledige looppad met tafels. Officieel mag dit niet, maar je wordt zelfs verboden om te lopen. De hele trap naar beneden staat vol met tafels; van beneden naar boven mag je nog lopen, maar andersom niet. Tot slot was het matras extreem hard, wat voor ons absoluut niet comfortabel was en slecht slapen veroorzaakte. Al met al geen verblijf dat wij zouden aanraden.

• Juan (1/5): Desastre - Esta dentro de zona de ocio y ambiente, pero no para familias, ya en la reserva se hizo que iba un niño de 2 años, y se pidió cuna, según la anfitriona leyendo el titulo deberías deducirlo. En principio íbamos para tres noches , pero nada más llegar quisimos irnos y tuvimos que pasar una noche, después de numerosas llamadas con booking al día siguiente conseguimos parte del reembolso y alquilamos otro, empezamos : -La ubicación, la vivienda está dentro de una zona de ocio y de locales, literal, sales de la vivienda un paso y te caes en una mesa de pub o bar, pero según la dueña en el título ponía nights y debes deducirlo. -Nada más entrar el olor a mari.huana era tan intenso que se estaba mejor en la calle que dentro, igual deberíamos haber investigado que había un club de cannavis cerca, pero es algo que no solemos hacer. - Había zapatillas debajo del sofá, y faltaba limpieza. -El aire acondicionado no tenía el mando y si querías estar dentro de l vivienda con todo cerrado para no escuchar el ruido era insoportable. -La reserva se hizo con un niño de 2 años y con cuna ya que había disponibilidad, l cuna estaba desmontada y sin colchón, la anfitriona nos trajo un colchón, era de 2cm de gomaespuma el Niño se hundía, parecía de broma. - La TV no encendía . Etc etc
• Darren (10/5): Perfect stay close to all the action in Las Americas - The property is modern and well decorated, all the facilities you could need for your trip. Air con works great, walking distance to many bars, restaurants and beach. On my day of check out the host even let me check out late due to my flight departing later in the evening which was very helpful indeed. Would highly recommend this place and I’ll be back. Nothing
• Jason (8/5): Very good - Location amazing beach 50 metres away restaurants even closer very central to everything 👌 No balcony we did know this when booking but really missed it
• Stephanie (7/5): Good - The location There were a few things that inconvenienced us on our first two days. After we had unpacked, we were then told that we would have to change apartment the next day due to the apartment being double booked. We also had great difficulty with the lock / keys to the first apartment. We couldn’t lock the main door as the key wouldn’t come back out of the lock. We had to get a few people to try to help us but they couldn’t lock it either, and neither could the owner who came to meet us. We therefore had to leave the door unlocked which made us nervous about going out so we didn’t venture far. In the morning, there was a leak under the kitchen sink which meant there was water all over the kitchen floor so we had to try and dry/clean this up. We were told that the new apartment would be ready from 12pm so we stayed in the apartment until then, after dealing with the leak. This was an inconvenience as we would have gone out earlier than this. At 12pm, we were then told to come back in half an hour. After 45minutes we eventually got in. This wasted and took up a big part of our day. It was not ideal having to move all of our unpacked belongings to the new apartment. I contacted the owner about the issues and felt we should be compensated for the inconvenience of moving apartment, the keys and the leek. None of which were our fault. She agreed and said it would be refunded through booking.com. I haven’t heard anything back since and although I have messaged her a few times, she has ignored these. Really unprofessional and very disappointing!

• Simone (8/5): Very good - Location is good. Lots of facilities in the apartment. Very modern and clean. No balcony. Nowhere to dry the washing.no swimming pool.
• Stuart (8/5): Great location, lovely apartment, but sometimes noisy at night - Location is excellent. The apartment is lovely, clean and has great facilities. The owners were very helpful and always reply quickly to our messages. Some nights there was lots of noise from neighbour apartments and outside. The sheets on the bed could be better fitted.
