Me laisser me débrouiller pour trouver un autre hôtel; et m’indiquer que je n’aurais pas de supplément à payer à cause de l’annulation …. ( ça me ferait mal !).
• Amani (5/5): Decent place but amenities could be better. - It was a decent place if you need to be near the pyramids and sightseeing locations. The rooms are tidy but could be better. I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t turn the A/C on and the TV wouldn’t even work.
• Marion (1/5): - Une fois arrivés sur place a l hôtel après 12h de bus avec un enfant de 10 ans et bien ils nous disent pas de chambre alors que sur booking c’etait confirmé ! ! Certes ce n’est pas loin des pyramides mais ce quartier n’est ni beau ni confortable ! À peine un pied dehors les enfants, les drivers, les calèches vous sautent dessus et ne vous lâchent pas !! 😤même en disant « non » fermement . le monsieur de l accueil nous a quand même aidé en nous donnant le code wifi et en nous commandant un uber . On a fini par prendre un hébergement à zamalek c’était beaucoup mieux ! Plus central! Très vivant

Instead, I walked 5 minutes, discovered that the ticket office was open, and was able to enter from the side closest to the hotel.

• Sırcan (1/5): NOT a RELIABLE choice! They cancel on you on the day of your arrival - They canceled our booking on our day of arrival! We never got to even stay there. We were supposed to fly to Giza at 23.30, land at the International Sphinx Airport at 00:30 and had arranged to check in at 2 a.m. Unfortunately, at 6 a.m. on the day of the flight, I was woken up by their WhatsApp messages informing me the room is not longer available. They claimed there was an electrical power issue in the room but when I checked them up on booking.com they still had the exact room listed as available for the dates that we were supposed to stay. But it was listed at double times the price that we had booked it for! They offered another room at another branch but when asked to provide pictures and clear location of the said room and branch they never responded! And they told us we would still have to walk to the original branch for breakfast! I had to look for and book a much lower quality place to stay in since most of the best places had already been booked, and the remaining good ones were naturally too expensive. They added so much stress to a day that is normally already stressful due to travel.

• lurens (1/5): Finger weg vom West Pyramids Hotel (12.–15. März, Kairo) - Unser Aufenthalt im West Pyramids Hotel sollte vom 12. bis 15. März stattfinden, war aber von Anfang an ein absoluter Albtraum. Wir hatten Monate im Voraus gebucht – und erst danach die vielen ähnlichen Bewertungen gelesen. Leider hat sich alles bestätigt. Es scheint System zu haben, dass Gäste kurz vor Anreise umgebucht werden sollen – angeblich in ein „anderes Hotel“, das sich dann als deutlich schlechteres, heruntergekommenes Ersatzhotel herausstellt. Genau diesen Eindruck hatten wir auch. Zusätzlich wurden wir über Wochen hinweg über WhatsApp kontaktiert. Anfangs wirkt das wie ein freundlicher Service, entwickelt sich aber schnell zu massivem Druck. Wir bekamen immer wieder Angebote, Transferanfragen und Nachrichten, obwohl wir mehrfach klar gesagt haben, dass wir alles ausschließlich über Booking.com regeln möchten und keine zusätzlichen Leistungen wünschen. Die Nachrichten hörten trotzdem nicht auf. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist alles andere als gut, und das Gesamtverhalten wirkt unseriös und wenig vertrauenswürdig. Unser Eindruck ist, dass solche Vorgehensweisen kein Einzelfall sind. Wir haben uns letztlich gezwungen gesehen, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Die entstandenen Mehrkosten werden wir über Booking.com geltend machen. Unser Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Finger weg – nicht buchen.

La vue au dernier étage sur les pyramides étaient incroyables. L’hôtel indiqué 12h pour le check-in, toutefois une fois arrivée vers ces horaires, l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de nous accueillir. Bien heureusement, l’établissement a gentiment mis à disposition une chambre courtoise pour patienter suite à cette incident.

We had demanded for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and had given the information about our arrival, but nobody was there. When we phoned the hotel, we were told that the shuttle would be the in an hour, It was absolutely outrageous. What is going on with this hotel??

• CHENG LING (1/5): 這間=照騙 - 早餐還可以 1、預訂的房間是可以看到金字塔的房間，但是實際入住時是完全看不到金字塔的房間，連窗戶都非常小；如果房間賣超的話，當初就不應該收取面對金字塔房的費用，等於是欺騙顧客，掛羊頭賣狗肉。 2、早餐寫8點-10點，8點前就到頂樓了，但是快9點才供應早餐；所以去金字塔時己經快10點了~人非常多，早餐很不準時。 3、退房的時候，櫃檯人員叫我打開booking.com APP，強迫我按10分，由於我們人還在裡面，大門口都是飯店的人員，如果不馬上按10分，我怕我們出不去會有危險，很感謝booking.com同意讓我改評分，因為從一開始進房間跟預訂是完全不同的景觀但我們付面金字塔的費用，這一連串的體驗都很差，以上幾點希望其它旅客不要遇到（有點難，直接不要訂這間就好）。

La chambre avait soi disant un problème électrique. (Ce que l’on lit sur Google aussi malheureusement) J’ai annulé et pu aller ailleurs. D’autres n’ont pas cette possibilité, surtout avec une arrivée tardive.

Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat immer die liebe ẞahha bedient. Flughafentransfer zuverlässig und pünktlich! Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus und die Türen sind nicht sehr schalldicht.

On nous propose un relogement dans un autre hôtel, soi-disant à 4 minutes à pied. Mais impossible d'avoir le nom de l'hôtel, de savoir si le transfert aéroport est maintenu, le tarif, bref aucune réponse à 1h du décollage prévu à 14h50. Nous avons donc annulé notre réservation avec le stress d'être sans logement. Fuyez cet établissement si vous voulez partir serein.

J'ai reçu un message peu de temps avant d'arriver me spécifiant qu'il y avait un problème dans ma chambre et qu'ils me proposaient une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel. Étant avec mes 3 enfants et arrivant tout juste, j'ai évidemment accepté. Je suis arrivée dans un premier hôtel, puis on m'a emmené à un second hôtel où on me propose une chambre avec 3 couchages alors que nous sommes 4... Après mon refus, on me propose une autre chambre avec aussi 3 couchages!! Devant mon refus, finalement ils me donnent 2 chambres. Évidemment le prix était plus important que le prix initial! Mais là encore, il était 20h, les enfants étaient fatigués, je n'allais pas refuser!! Et comme par hasard l'annulation sur Booking pour ma réservation initiale était gratuite... Bref, je crois que c'est une affaire bien rodée!!

• Špela (10/5): Perfect short stay for all must-see sights!!! - The location is superb, clean, all staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles and kind words. Mody, Omar, the first guy that welcomed us and breakfast lady Sahar, dinner lady and everybody made us very welcome. We liked everything. Have in mind that it is in 🇪🇬!

• XIAOXIANG (10/5): - 酒店老板特别热情，凌晨三点多到酒店还给我一通介绍，去楼上露台看看金字塔景色，退房后行李也可以继续留在他那里，他说放多久都OK，很好的体验
• Mauro (5/5): Prezzo ottimo ma soggiorno “impegnativo” - La posizione ottima ed il prezzo davvero basso Stanze piccole senza finestra, doccia senza protezione per cui ad ogni doccia si allega il bagno. Ma soprattutto quasi tutte le sere molto rumore interno della struttura, l’ultima sera alle 2 di notte siamo dovuti scendere a chiedere silenzio ai ragazzi alla reception. Molto animali nei dintorni (Galli, capre e altri) per cui difficile comunque dormire dopo le 6,30 del mattino
• xiangying (2/5): 100块钱还要啥自行车 - 地理位置绝佳，步行5分钟到金字塔，有超赞坟景天台。 1. 房间并没有坟景，这实际是欺骗行为了。 2.房间水坏了，导致我晚上无法洗澡。 3.下水地漏是堵的。 4.隔壁房间是养羊的，所以房间会有臭味。

• tarik (9/5): Propre - Top avec une vue magnifique Un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait top. Les parties communes sont propres et rénovés
• LEGAY (6/5): - L'emplacement. La terrasse. Le prix. L'équipe. A certains moments, pas très efficace. Ne les écoutez pas s'ils vous disent que vous ne pouvez pas entrer sur le site des pyramides côté sphinx. Ce qui vous oblige à payer un taxi. Pas du tout apprécié L'hôtel est en travaux. Manque un peu de maintenance.
• Berk (9/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz bir kez daha gelsem yine burada kal - Tesis konumu itibari ile denize çok yakın ve güzel bir deniz bölümü var havuzları da bize göre yeterliydi odalar gayet temiz ve müşteri ilişkileri de sorunsuz Yemekler biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi
