Cuando llegamos un señor se metió a la habitación a perdirnos 56 euros en efectivo como tasas de la ciudad, que eso debería incluirse en el precio del alojamiento y que sea en efectivo huele mal. En otra ocasión volvió a pasar otro señor de repente a coger una almohada. Y el último día otro tocando la puerta que cuando nos ibamos, muy invasivo todo. Calidad-precio muchisimo que desear.

• Julia (4/5): Zu teuer für was man bekommt - Relativ zentrale Lage schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings liegt das Hotel in keiner so schönen Gegend. Als wir ankamen war keiner da. Wir wussten nicht wie wir zu unserem Housing kommen sollen. Wir haben versucht die Unterkunft zu erreichen aber keiner ging ans Telefon. Nachdem wir die Service Hotline von booking.com kontaktiert haben ist der Herr aufgetaucht. Hat mich noch ganz scheinheilig gefragt warum ich nicht angerufen habe was wir ja 4x versucht haben. Nachdem ich ihm das sagte meinte er ja er habe sein Handy nicht dabei. Ziemlicher Reinfall. Das Zimmer war ok, Bad aber sehr sehr klein und Wasser nur warm aber kein heißes Wasser.

Recomendo aos próximos hospedes que entre em contato via whatsapp antes de chegar a acomodação pois no interfone ninguém responde e você acaba ficando sem resposta. A acomodação atende as expectativas, estava limpo e cheiroso. Loalização excelente o que ajuda muito nos deslocamentos do dia a dia. Encontramos baratas no nosso quarto.

• Fidan (8/5): Nice - Overall, the stay was good. Everything was clean upon arrival, including the bed linen and towels. There is a hairdryer available. In the common area, there is a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle with tea bags. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always available if needed. There was nowhere to dry clothes, even small items like socks or underwear. There're no chairs or a table. It would also be helpful to have a few hooks in the room. One of the pillows had a slightly damp smell, although the bed linen itself was clean. The shower is quite small and might feel uncomfortable for taller guests or those who prefer more space.

• Ingrida (10/5): - Ich bin mit einem Kind gereist. Die Lage ist super, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Bahnhof, U-Bahn, Busse zum Flughafen (2 Minuten entfernt), ein Supermarkt im Bahnhofsgebäude. Sehr praktisch bei später Ankunft und früher Abreise. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Personal – sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

• Franciele (10/5): - Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Omar. Uma pessoa muito gentil e agradável! O quarto estava bem limpo. A localização é excelente, fica bem em frente ao Terminal Termini, o que possibilita ir pra qualquer lugar de Roma à qualquer momento bem facilmente. Um ponto positivo da hospedagem também é o Mercado Central de Roma que fica bem próximo a hospedagem, então é possível fazer algumas refeições sem precisar ir longe. Enfim, o custo benefício da hospedagem é excelente!!! Me hospedaria novamente com toda certeza.
• Charlotte (10/5): Zeer goed guesthouse! - We verbleven hier 4 nachten. Ruime kamer met alles aanwezig. Badkamer is wat klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Gemeenschappelijke gang met frigo en waterkoker enz. Goede bedden. Bij een probleem kun je de eigenaar makkelijk bereiken. Goede locatie net naast het station om het openbaar vervoer te nemen. Te voet naar centrum is het 30min wandelen.

La estación de tren está enfrente, perfecto para ir al aeropuerto de manera directa. Habitacion con baño privado limpio. No sé oye ruido de la calle. Nuestra habitacion tenia televisión y el alojamiento tenía WiFi que funcionaba bien. A veces se oye el ruido que hacen otros huéspedes en el pasillo, por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Hernández (6/5): - La ubicación es lo mejor... está muy cerca de todo y pegadito a la estación termini, es lo mejor. Su casero es muy amable, nos regaló una botella de agua y un zumo para cada una. La habitación es bastante pequeñita, somo 3 chicas y solo habia un espejo en el baño, echamos en falta algún espejito más ya q el baño es diminuto. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que el casero entró a limpiar mientras no estabamos, sin nuestro permiso.

Poco curato e poco pulito, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere restrutturato o di essere pulito in modo approfondito. Era presenta una poltrona tutta macchiata, se non cambiarla almeno mettere un copri poltrona perché non era "ospitale", inoltre abbiamo trovato nell'armadio una camicia dimenticata da qualcuno. Non era presente la tovaglietta da bidè e nemmeno il bagnoschiuma.

We booked a room for 3 people. The room space is very small that you can barely move. The toilet is even smaller and not comfortable at all.
• Reina (7/5): Expectativa vs Realidad - La ubicación. Muy cómodo llegar caminando a sitios de interés y la estación en frente. La primera impresión fue algo desagradable, no conseguíamos contactar con la persona que debía darnos las llaves. La habitación es en un piso compartido, aunque la nuestra tenía baño, igual la sensación de escuchar todo los ruidos dentro del piso fue desagradable, así que optamos por abrir las ventanas y dormir con el ruido de la calle. Fue muchísimo mejor. El baño muy pequeñito, en relación al tamaño de la habitación.

Pan co nás ubytoval všechno pěkně vysvětlil, během pobytu se ptal jestli něco nepotřebujeme. Komunikace přes WhatsApp. Někomu by mohlo vadit hlučnější prostředí u nádraží, kdy i v noci dělali hluk autobusy, ale se zavřeným oknem nešlo nic slyšet.

Good value for money for Rome. - The guy wasn’t there on arrival but the guy answered the phone right away and was there within 10 mins so no problem. The place was easy to find. The location was amazing and surprisingly quiet at night. It was very clean and we felt very secure.

• Giovanni (6/5): Punto di appoggio senza pretese in posizione strategica - Posizione strategica, a meno di 100 metri dalla stazione Termini e pertanto molto comoda per spostarsi. Location situata in una via abbastanza silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione. Corridoio comune con bollitore, microonde e frigorifero. Stanza grande e abbastanza pulita, ma che dà la sensazione di essere un po’ trasandata per la bassa qualità delle finiture. Bagno e doccia di dimensioni molto piccole e senza alcuna mensola per appoggiare oggetti. Assenza di qualsiasi appoggio per i bagagli. Armadio molto piccolo se si pensa di restare più di qualche giorno. Comunicazione non estremamente agevole se non si conosce l’inglese, in quanto la persona da cui si viene accolti non parla bene l’italiano.

He met us in the evening and was super friendly. After check out we found some hair on the bed and towels.

• Busto (7/5): Siito tranquilo y próximo al centro de la ciudad. - La ubicación es perfecta ya que apenas utilizamos el transporte público para ver los sitios más destacables de la ciudad. La atención y el trato con los huéspedes a pesar del la dificultad del idioma nos arreglamos bien. Tanto el colchón como las almohadas no se ajustaban a nuestros cuerpos; eran almohadas duras y el colchón se hunde.

Everything was clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed with a cold juice and water, which was a lovely touch after our journey. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city.

• Dumar Ferney (10/5): - La atencion fue muy buena, esta ubicado al lado de la Estacion Termini, lo cual nos facilito demasiado el desplazamiento hasta el Aeropuerto. Las habitaciones muy comodas, El anfitrion muy amable, a pesar de las barreras de idioma siempre estuvo atento a ayudarnos ☆☆☆☆☆
• Jhonatan (2/5): não compensa. - localização. cheiro ruim no apartamento, o quarto n tem banheiro privativo, o banheiro faz parte do apartamento, mas para acessa-lo, tem uma porta lado dele, que fica uma pessoa lá olhando quando passa para o banheiro, é bem esquisito.
