• Sarah Loreen (10/5): Auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert! - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, trotz unserer späteren Anreise. Die Zimmer neu, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Blick auf die Berge war ebenfalls super, genauso wie der angrenzende Park. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und geschmackvoll war es auch.

Professional, friendly and service-minded staff who treat you with a personal touch. A great sense of service, hospitality at its best. It was easy to get to Lucerne from the hotel, yet enough distance to make us relax with a view over the snowy mountains and Vierwaldstätter lake.

We had a booking problem and it was solved immediately by the reception staff . Very proactive and professional.

Uitkijken met hoge afstap douche. Je moet er echt een mat of handdoek neerleggen om niet uit te glijden na het douchen. Geen koelkastje, geen lift, geen airco

• Romina (8/5): Süßes kleines Hotel mit vielen tollen Überraschungen - Das Personal, besonders der Rezeptionist. Ebenfalls das Frühstücksbuffet, der inkludierte Parkplatz, der Bus direkt vor der Türe und direkt in die Stadt, mit inkludiertem Öffiticket, ein gratis Zimmerupgrade, ein süßer Garten mit Tieren und Pool Die Betten waren sehr weich und hatten einen Schlitz (zwei einzelne Matratzen)
• Irene (10/5): toller Komfort, angenehme Atmosphäre, schön gelegen, wir kommen sicher wieder. - Das Abendessen war herrvorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sensationell. Das Zimmer hatte 5 Fenster, das war mega und schön hell. Das Badezimmer auch sehr grosszügig und mit 2 Lavabos perfekt. Sehr aufmerksam, dass der Zimmerservice nach dem Auschecken sofort gemerkt hat, dass ein Ladekabel liegen geblieben ist und sie uns dies noch auf dem PP vor dem Hotel übergeben konnten. Wow super, vielen Dank nochmals! Alles war gut, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
• Thomas (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert!!! - Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in diesem sehr schönen Hotel. Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich von einem jungen Mann an der Rezeption empfangen, der uns die Koffer ins Zimmer getragen hat und uns tolle Tipps für diverse Ausflüge gegeben hat. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon hatte eine sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, diverse Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Im dazugehörigen Gourmet-Restaurant „La Pistache“ bestellten wir das Hummermenü und es war ein unbeschreiblicher Genuss mit einem top Service. Es herrscht eine sehr entspannte, angenehme und familiäre Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

• Flemming (10/5): Excellence in kitchen - Breakfast is delicious, varied and you could not ask for more. Quality the whole way and service very attentive and professional. One of the best hotel breakfasts for many years. The only thing at this hotel that might be better than the breakfast is the dinner. It is a gourmet restaurant with good sense of local supply, it surprises you by serving excellent fish thousands of kilometers from an ocean. Highly recommended and for being in Switzerland prices are modest for this level of cooking
• Maria-Grazia (10/5): Superbe séjour à Luzern - C’est très agréable d’arriver dans une belle chambre vraiment très propre, rien à dire, c’est impeccable. Personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant très sympathique et accueillant. Environnement calme, joli jardin, proche du centre avec transports en communs gratuits. Restaurant vaut vraiment le détour, délicieux! Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Petite amélioration à prévoir pour les oreillers, qui n’étaient pas confortables, trop mous pas assez de soutien à notre goût.

Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und alles ist frisch zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – besonders für Familien mit Kindern, da sich in der Nähe ein kleiner Farm für Kinder sowie einige Spielmöglichkeiten befinden. • Ales (9/5): Truly a balm for weary travelers - Nomen est omen. Just like the famous Latin proverb goes, this property is a true Balm for weary travelers ;) Though we’ve only spent there one night, there was nothing that we found lacking. Our room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom, which provided plenty of space for tons of toiletries and even two sinks/basins. What concerns breakfast, it was well above our expectations, especially taking into account that this is a smaller-sized, 3-star hotel. There was nothing really missing from it, with things like scrambled eggs done per order, and it even included a couple of vegan options (though this is hardly its focus, tbh). Free parking and free bus tickets for all the guests are great perks. The bus station is right next to the hotel, and we (as well as many other hotel guests, as we could see) found taking a 10-15 minute bus ride downtown extremely convenient. There’s virtually nothing the staff isn’t prepared for. They even produced band aids of all shapes and sizes late in the evening immediately upon request. Running this hotel is clearly not only their job, but their mission. They enjoy what they do, and that could be noticed throughout our short stay there. If only more hotels were like this.

• EVI (10/5): Very good choice to stay in Lucerne! - Small boutique hotel, with attention to detail. From the beautiful and well kept flowers everywhere, to the smart key system and to the free coffee offered any time from the bar to the hotel guests. The room was spacious, clean and luminous. We had dinner one night, the food was excellent!! As in a gourmet restaurant! At a very reasonable price the 3-course menu for the hotel guests. Nice surprise : bus stop right in front of the hotel, you can use the bus to the city centre free of charge with the visitors card provided at the reception (plus discounts at some places, i.e the transport museum)! Highly recommended There is no elevator in the hotel, OK if you stay in the 1st floor, could be a problem for the 2nd… Apart from that nothing else to mention.

As there is no lift in the property he helped us with our bags to our room (on 3rd floor). The staff in the cafetaria was very helpful too! The pillows were too soft. The breakfast was same everyday. A bit of variety would be nice especially if you stay longer than 2 days 😊
