Paula (10/5): Un paraíso inolvidable - Es un muy buen alojamiento para descansar Para disfrutar la naturaleza al frente del mar pude disfrutar del río de la buena tensión de Yenny feel y Jackson . Las instalaciones me parecieron muy buenas tal cual como salen en las fotos Volveré 🫶🏻🐬
Villa Arango (7/5): Lugar para descansar, no muy agradable el proceso previo de reservas. - La playa al frente del mar, la limpieza de las habitaciones. Un lugar cerca del aeropuerto, íbamos con una bebé de 1 año, por eso no podíamos pasar mucho tiempo en lancha, la ubicación perfecta. Buen servicio en la estancia por parte del mayordomo y los anfitiones pendientes de los inquilinos. Inmediatamente realicé la reservación, me contactó la administradora ofreciéndome un servicio complementario de alimentación, el cual decidimos tomar. Sin embargo exigió el pago inmediatamente, esto era casi 4 meses antes de estadía, el cual logré aplazar el pago hasta 1 mes antes. Así mismo, ofreció tours lo cual es valorado, sin embargo exigió pagos inmediatos y la hora de tomarlo durante la estancia cambió el precio respecto al enviado inicialmente. Nosotros como familia estábamos buscando un descanso, pero todas las interacciones y demandas resultaron estresantes porque no fueron claras, y el tema de pagar previamente y cambiando precios es casi un abuso con el cliente.
