The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Alicante: all the attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. At the same time, the apartment itself is very quiet, clean, and incredibly cozy; you really feel at home. Special love goes to the roof (terrace)! It's a delightful spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evening or to watch the sunrise. It's a true oasis in the city center. And of course, I want to commend the host. A charming young man, very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He was always available, responded quickly to messages, and was genuinely ready to help with any issue. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality! To anyone traveling to Alicante, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely return again!

• Kan2kas (8/5): Perfect for 2 active persons - Very good location just in the middle of everything. Close, like 300m, from the bus stop going to the airport, the same distance to the beach. Very comfortable main bed, well equipped kitchenette. Apartment was very clean and fresh, good communication with hosts. Wonderful rooftop for relaxing. Extra sofa-bed for the third person was not comfortable. There is no any view through the windows - all of them were to the walls at max 5m distance. Because of that the apartment is a bit dark.

• Wojciech (8/5): PERFECT location & great value for money - perfect location nearby the heart of the city and within walking distance absolutely everywhere, in general good value for money, nice & easy way of checking in, very comfortable bed, all necessary equipment in the kitchen was a bit cold inside and we needed to heat a bit more than we usually do during trips, however that was kind of expected during the timing that we have picked and AC was working perfectly. Other than that - all was ok. Just dont expect astonishing view from the windows while picking this place for your stay :)

• Lex (7/5): It has amenities, but lacks coziness. - Spacious bedroom. Good location. Responsive staff. This apartment has a vibe more like a student dorm than an actual place to live. It is oddly shaped and had tiny windows that look right into the inner building walls. The bedroom windows need shades. The place felt like it was missing all the cozy touches that make an apartment feel like home. The roof patio was pretty dirty and messy, and the inner stairs and elevator smelled a bit, which wasn’t great for the first impression. Also, the washing machine is on the roof.

• Nikolay Draganov (10/5): Perfect apartment in an excellent location - highly recommended! - First of all, the perfect location. The apartment is located in a very central place, close to the main pedestrian areas, the old quarter, the castle, the airport bus, the beach, thousands of restaurants, etc. At the same time, it is inside the building, so it is very isolated from outside noise. Secondly, cleanliness. No complaints, which is the most important thing for me when I sleep away from home. We had excellent communication with the owner. The apartment has everything you need for a peaceful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is large and comfortable, and everything was fine with the hot water, pressure, and internet. We personally had no problems with the lighting either—there is indeed little natural light, especially at certain times of the day, but the artificial lighting was adequate. We had no problems with the more specific unlocking system either - I even find it very convenient, as I don't have to constantly think about the keys. A few minor things, because we can always be better. There is a leak in the shower cabin, which is a bit unpleasant because after every shower we had to wipe the floor with a mop. A few more towels would not have been a bad idea—one towel per person for five days is not enough. But I believe that if we had asked, we would have gotten them, we just decided not to bother the owner with it. Finally, but this is not a problem with the apartment - we didn't have people staying above us, but horses. They galloped like crazy at all hours of the night. Also, someone in the entrance decided to carry some branches, which I think they just threw down the stairs one evening. Fortunately, the horses had a competition in another apartment most days, so we were only under the stable for part of our stay. Apart from this bad luck, the apartment is really very quiet - on one of the days there was a very noisy music show literally in front of the building's entrance, but you couldn't hear a thing upstairs.

• Karolina Codogni (8/5): Pobyt udany. :) - Na plus na pewno lokalizacja. Apartament był czysty, przestronny. Kontakt z hostem przez whats up był sprawny. Taras na dachu budynku był również fajną opcją. Generalnie w porządku. Mały dopływ światła dziennego przez okna na wewnętrzny dziedziniec - moim zdaniem nie zostało to podkreślone w ogłoszeniu. Kolejna sprawa to dostęp do tarasu - faktycznie jest, ale nie bezpośrednio z apartamentu, a kilka pięter wyżej na dachu. Nie jest to problem, ale w ogłoszeniu również nie zostało umieszczone. W ogłoszeniu była informacja o pralce - na miejscu jej nie zastałyśmy. Musiałyśmy również dopytać o żelazko, czy ręczniki, ponieważ nie otrzymałyśmy informacji, gdzie się znajdują (były bardzo ukryte ;)). Kontakt przez booking bardzo utrudniony - brak odpowiedzi na moje wiadomości (natomiast przez whats up już bardzo sprawnie).

• Calle (8/5): - Läget är helt perfekt! Vi hade problem med att komma in då mobilernas wi-fi plötsligt inte fungerade vilket innebar att vi inte kunde nå koden till dörren. Vi fick snabb respons från uthyraren. Lägenheten är fräsch men speciell då det saknas fönster med utsikt (ser bara liten trång innergård). Husets ytterdörr är inte låst vilket känns lite otryggt. Takterrassen är inte till någon nytta då den är smutsig och saknar vettiga möbler.

La terraza que anuncian estaba destartalada. El trato con el dueño si bien nos preguntó que tal iba todo, le preguntamos por una fregona y una recibimos respuesta.

There was no problem with early check-in and there are lockers where we could leave baggage after check-out. The rooftop is perfect to sit and relax in the evening! It’s just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for line C6, which provides convenient access to the airport. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. Carlos was incredibly helpful and available, even late at night when we needed assistance. An added bonus was the availability of lockers to store our luggage after check-out, along with access to the rooftop terrace, which offers beautiful views of the Castle of St. Barbara. I highly recommend this place!

• Teodora (6/5): Good location for short stay spent mostly outdoors - - Location is perfect (beach is nearby; center, attractions and airport bus stop are on walking distance). - Quiet apartment (it’s possible to work remotely) - Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. - There’s building’s rooftop has nice seating area and view. - Cleanliness of the property. When we arrived the towels provided on the bed were dirty and with hair string. The host didn’t respond regarding the issue until booking.com got involved. For 16 nights that we stayed, no cleaning or towels/sheet change was provided or offered. Overall cleanliness, especially in bathroom could be improved. - The washing machine is not inside the apartment, it’s outside - on the buildings rooftop (and shared with the cleaning lady). - Shower fills with water instantly and doesn’t drain, so while showering the ankles are under water. It should be properly unclogged (same situation was upon arrival). - There’s no natural light inside the apartment through the day (pro: it’s quiet because of that). But all the windows are facing the neighbors windows/balcony (~1 m distance) and the blinds are not completely opaque, or there are no blinds at all on some windows. - The host was answering with big delays, and asking if something is missing and then disappearing.

The location is great for tourists as it is within the city center. Plus points as the property have very accomodating host which helped us in all our questions specially the free parking location just few minutes walk from the property.

• Robert (10/5): Very central, very clean and the host was amaizing - The apartment is situated in a very central location and 5 minutes walk to the beach. You will find many restaurants and shops on your door step. The tram station is also very close by if you want to travel to St Juan beach which we did 4 days out of 7. In the morning there are many coffee shops close by where you can have delicious pastries and coffee. Also 5 minutes walk we found Taco Bell and KFC if you are looking for quick lunch. We did not dislike anything, but then again we are not that fussy. For the money we paid it was brilliant.

The host was very helpful, replying very quickly to some minor queries. No balcony but that is often the case in city centre and the marina and beach are a few steps away as is a scenic city square - right on the doorstep.

There were all the necessary things for the comfort stay. Wide bed, sofa and an extra baby crib. It was also very pleasant to find the bottle of wine in the fridge as a compliment from the owner. The owner Carlos was always in contact with us. Our sincere recommendation.
