Nous avons du quitter le logement un jour en avance à cause de l’état de l’a - L’emplacement La propreté générale, wc sales et mal odorantes, canapé lit sans protection de matelas et sans housse de couette, de la moisissure dans la douche, sol et portes collantes, trop de bruit car les fenêtres ferment très mal !
• Mihai (8/5): Active visiting - Location location location! In the middle of things and walking distance from anywhere. Included coffee and croissants plus discounted breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Two bathrooms: it’s a plus for 4 people. The neighborhood can be noisy until midnight but suportabile. The extendable couch kind of uncomfortable, the bathroom was small, the stairs very steep and the exit from the building was by the garbage bins. But keep in mind that it’s a very old building as all in the center area, so you can live with all the above.

• Bogdan (8/5): Good for the location. - The location is perfect to visit Rome 1. The noise was a pain during the night, It was like who was on the street was in fact inside the apartment. 2. The heating system- the worst experience ever! I had to wake-up 2-3 times per night to set the temperature, because the thermostat cannot “keep” the settings- i fixed for 24 degrees, worked for 2-3 hours and then it was going back to 18,5; or to 19; all bt it self!!! 3- the part with “kitchen to ne used” is 50% true.

• Nitram68 (9/5): Un endroit parfaitement situé et une chambre selon mes attentes - J'ai été accueillie très gntiment après mon voyage un peu chaotique et tardif sur Rome. Je recommande. J'ai pu discuter et obtenir des conseils restaurant Rien à redire si ce n'est que malheureusement je me suis retrouvée avec comme voisins de chambre une famille avec un enfant qui était plutôt très actif et bruyant.

We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned even though we arrived a little later than scheduled. The cleaner was probably rushed and the place wasn't as clean as we would have liked.

• Lee (8/5): Roma suite review - The apartment is ideal location to explore Rome as it is walking distance and centrally from all attractions The apartment air conditioning fills up containers underneath very quickly so had to empty every few hours so couldn't be left on over night, apartment wasn't the cleanest needed the floors mopped on arrival
• Richard (10/5): I would recommend this property. - Location and facilities ware amazing. Easy to get to everything by walking. Very clean and comfortable. Need more than one towel for showers. Air conditioning could be slightly cooler.
• Bhamy (7/5): Great location and very clean with helpful staff, but the nighttime street noise due to poor soundproofing made it hard - We stayed at Pantheon Roma Suite as a family for three nights and found both positives and drawbacks during our stay. To start with the good: the suite was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The staff we dealt with were friendly and very helpful, making check-in and general communication smooth. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, with major landmarks and restaurants just a short walk away. However, a few issues did affect our overall experience. On the minor side, the shower was poorly designed and not very comfortable to use. Also, although there were facilities to make tea or coffee, no tea bags or coffee powder were provided, which felt like a small but noticeable oversight. The major drawback was the excessive street noise at night. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep properly on any of the three nights we stayed. While we understand that being in a central, busy location comes with some noise, this should not be an excuse for inadequate soundproofing. We’ve stayed in many centrally located properties before that were far better insulated from outside noise. Unfortunately, in this case, the real issue seems to be poor soundproofing (or lack thereof). Overall, I would rate our stay 7.5/10 – high marks for cleanliness, staff, and location, but the lack of sound insulation made restful sleep nearly impossible, and that’s a serious consideration for future guests.
• Kristina (10/5): Wonderfully! - The accommodation is beautiful in the very center of the city. Restaurants, cafes all just a step away from the accommodation. And most importantly the host is always available and helps with everything! We will come back again!

• Sergei (6/5): Great location, but quite noisy. - The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp, provided shuttle service and a few recommendations in Rome. The location is super central, right next to Pantheon, so you have basically everything (from Vatican to Colosseum) in a walking distance. Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we wanted: - The room got super cold at night (it was ok during the day, so we didn't notice), down to 10 degrees as we were just freezing and had to sleep in our sweaters. Apparently, there is a heating system, but hosts forgot to tell us until we complained about cold next morning. Then it became better, but well, our comfort was damaged :( - The location is very bustling, which looks great in the evening, but also very disturbing at night - you wake up many times a night due to sirens, people screaming or chatting etc. The apartment has newish double windows, so they tried to fix it, but either they don't close properly or it's simply not enough to have sound proofing. - The floors are tiles and super cold as well, so bring shoes / slippers, which we didn't have - The apartment provided jams and cookies, but e.g. no tea / coffee. I'd prefer the opposite :D - The breakfast is included, but that means you can a coffee + croissant at the coffee shop around the corner. Better then nothing, but we were also very surprised at the attitude from the cafe there - we didn't have any coupon / voucher from the apartment and they were somehow very suspicious that we get coffee for free, asking many times to prove it with a messages from the host at every table (cashier / barista - all separate). We got our coffee and left to never return there since we felt very unwelcome. I can't blame hosts on most of this (except the heating, which is obviously important in winter), but all-in-all, we couldn't relax here.
• Nadya (9/5): A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Rome! - Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Pantheon. Waking up and strolling to iconic landmarks within minutes was an incredible experience. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated, making it a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The host was friendly and attentive, providing great tips and ensuring everything was in order. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with unbeatable proximity to Rome’s major attractions, this is the one! The only minor drawback was the bathroom, which felt a bit narrow, and the shower had some drainage issues that made it slightly uncomfortable to use. However, this did not take away from the overall comfort and charm of the apartment. I would still recommend it for its excellent location and overall quality!

Short walking distance to Trevi Fountain & shopping. Next door to restaurant & super close to grocery shopping. The 1/2 bath was an added bonus & the sofa bed was comfortable. Owners very responsive & accommodating to requests. Stairs to 3rd floor, no elevator, & service just once during a 9-day stay.

New battery in A/C controller, couldn’t find the second A/C controller, water in toilet kept running, only 1 wineglass in the cupboard, very uncomfortable pillows on the bed.

• Erin (10/5): Lovely apartment for our trip to Rome! - Lovely friendly host who was easily contactable the whole trip. He met us right at the front door to handover the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment twas lovely and clean and was ready early which was a nice surprise. The apartment was 10/10 and very clean perfect condition. Amazing location close to all attractions and shops / supermarket close by to buy your own food/drinks/snacks for the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and big king size. Had 4 lovely nights sleep in that bed. Comfortable pillows. The apartment has 2 big TV screens which is great, one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom which is fantastic, however we couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work but we didn’t need it anyway as we were always out 😊 Overall a brilliant trip and very good value for money. It is lovely view of the street out of the windows. And not noisy at night time. Peaceful with the windows closed at night time. Also aircon was fantastic kept the place nice and cool during the warm days. The cafe down the street is perfect for breakfast and includes a coffee/tea and croissant per person for free. Also the apartment is right near the Pantheon and Trevi fountain and is in the centre of lots of beautiful restaurants. Perfect location for seeing all the sights. And host/staff were lovely. We organised for taxi transfer back to the airport on the way home and the taxi driver was outside right on time 😊 Very easy to get to/from the apartment overall very happy 😊 Would definitely recommend for couples! Apartment has decent size lounge area, kitchen area and bedroom. The bedroom TV didn’t turn on and the aircon machine in the bedroom was leaking water onto the floor, we put a bucket under to stop the leaking. But nevermind! Overall the trip was amazing and these things didn’t bother us too much as the apartment was beautiful clean and in excellent condition😊 Also there is no lift/elevator, property is up 2 flights of stairs so if you can not use the stairs I would not recommend but this was not a problem for us😊
• Inna (2/5): Will never book again - Location The apartment is in poor condition. There is an unpleasant smell. The bed is terribly uncomfortable, it's impossible to sleep on as everything is very hard. The cheapest pillows. For €300 per night, you can find at least a four-star hotel, if not a five-star one. There's no elevator, so it's very hard to carry large suitcases up the stairs. We are two girls . The apartment has an unpleasant odor. Check-out is at 10:30 AM, which is unacceptable for the price. During check-in, they messed up the number in my reservation and didn't inform me where to go, so we stood around not knowing where to go and received no information. The host called many times and insisted we send our passports, but we couldn't do it in time because we were elsewhere. The attitude was unfriendly. It is very noisy at night, extremely noisy both in the evening and at night. All day long.

• Dolores (8/5): Location, location! - It is located near everything you'd want to visit in Rome. You can easily walk to most places and even come back to have a nap or dry yourself up in case it's hot in summer or wet in winter. Breakfast was a nice surprise, you can have a decent coffee and a croissant for free in the café downstairs. They also provide some powdered coffee so that you can make your own whenever you feel like. There are many supermarkets nearby, and even a wonderful butcher shop with an amazing variety of local meat, cheese and cold meat just two minutes away. Internet worked well and it was easy to use. It's an apartment for two people, don't book it if you come with your children because it won't be comfortable. The bed was great, big and with a comfy mattress, though the pillows were unbearably hard. Joel, our hostess, was very good, he was easily in touch all the time. We booked the taxi transfer back to the airport through him and everything was easy, they picked us up right at the door. It is noisy, and I'm not just talking about the noise from the street, I believe the water heater is used for many apartments apart from this one, so it keeps making sounds even if you're not using it. Windows don't fit very well and even being closed you hear the noise from the people below. I cannot imagine it in summer. We didn't find furniture particularly useful, there was a large table and four chairs (those used for special Xmast lunch with your family), but the side tables and the sofa weren't very nice, and there is where you expect to relax after a long walking day. The second toilet was almost useless, too tiny and with a toilet tank not working properly.

Suite was spacious with all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very considerate and happy to help whenever we needed assistance. Nothing.

Piazza Navona is also very close by, and night walks to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps were just beautiful! The apartment was perfect for our family of five, and very comfortable. • Amber (9/5): Wonderful location, fabulous hosts, cute, quaint apartment. - Roberta and Ivan were incredible hosts! The suite was cute, and had perfect little touches. The location was a lot of fun, and the hustle and bustle of Rome was all around you but didn’t cause disruption to sleeping. The entrance to the property had a very bad, stinky garbage smell. This was likely out of the hosts control as it was a common area shared by all guests of the building.

• Joe (10/5): Great Location, Great Hosts, Great Space. - The Location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, only a few minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. Bonus - you can walk to the TikTok famous - All' Antico Vinaio Sandwich shop in less than a minute. Although there wasn't a washing machine, the hosts will take your laundry and return it dried and folded !! (fee applies), but well worth every penny.

Yes this is on the second flight of steps but they warned us of that and helped with our luggage! Very much an excellent place to stay!!!! BTW it's very close to an excellent baguette sandwich shop and our favorite coffee shop! The steps to our apartment but if I was in better physical shape they would've been no problem. Really went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival and did not have to.

The apartment was nice, in very old building, you can experience the old architecture. Apartment had all needed supplies in the kitchen. Beds were very uncomfortable, the heating produced very loud noise. The flat is on 2nd floor without an elevator which is not an option for old or disabled. All the rest was great. Considering that we were out sightseeing whole days, the apartment was only for sleeping, it appeared that the beds were the most important.
