Ideale per due famiglie. Vicino al Vaticano a pochi minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio vivamente ottimo rapporto posizione/prezzo. Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e l'host ci ha aspettati per darci la chiave e darci le indicazioni necessarie. nulla
• Valéria (4/5): Csalódás - A kilátás szép.Felszereltség jó.Semmi más. Az apartman eredetileg 7 főre szólt, de e-mailben előzetesen megegyeztünk, hogy 8 fő részére is kiadja, és a pótágy megoldható lesz. Ehhez képest, amikor a helyszínre érkeztünk és nagy nehezen – a hivatalos 14:00 óra helyett – csak 16:30 körül tudtuk elfoglalni a szállást, mindössze egy darab matrac várt minket pótágyként. Talán pozitívum, hogy egyeztetés után már 12 óra körül a csomagjainkat megörzésre le tudtuk tenni. A problémát azonnal jeleztük, azonban Ön ennek ellenére közölte, hogy a plusz fő miatt felárat kell fizetnünk, amely a pótágyért három napra, két éjszakára összesen 40.000 forintot tett ki. Ez meglepő és elfogadhatatlan volt, hiszen a meghirdetett ár három napra, két éjszakára egy főre 28.000 forint volt, így a felár teljesen aránytalan. Ezen felül szeretnénk megemlíteni az apartman tisztaságával kapcsolatos problémákat is. Bár feltehetően fel volt mosva, és az ágyneműk alapvetően tiszták voltak, valamint kevésbé voltak vasaltak, a két erkélyajtó erősen szennyezett, zsíros és maszatos maradt. A fürdőszobákban a csapokon és a króm álló papírtartókon láthatóan állt a szennyeződés. A tükrök szintén ujjlenyomatosak és szennyezettek voltak. A hűtőben az előző vendégek maradékai – torta, kenyér és egyéb ételek – még benne voltak, ami elfogadhatatlan. Továbbá a nagy franciaágyon a paplan huzat nélkül volt felhelyezve, ami higiéniai szempontból különösen kifogásolható. Kilátás szép, az apartman alapvetően jó felszereltségű és jó helyen található, de ha előre tudtuk volna, hogy ezek a problémák lesznek, nem vettük volna ki. A víznyomás itt is probléma volt, a melegvíz ellátás pedig időnként akadozott, ahogy más vendégek előző tapasztalatai is mutatták. Több odafigyeléssel kellene működtetni az apartmant, hogy az ilyen problémák miatt ne veszítsenek vendégeket. Úgy gondoljuk, hogy ez a szolgáltatás nem felelt meg sem a korábbi megállapodásnak, sem a korrekt szálláshely-szolgáltatás alapvető feltételeinek. Üdvözlettel: Balogh Valéria
• Jordi (9/5): Molt ben situat, i comode per arribar. - L'amfitrió ens estava esperant. Molt correcte i cordial. Va contactar per Whatsapp abans de l'arribada. Super atent i servicial. Les habitacions tenien aire condicionat i va ésser una delícia poder-lo emprar. Potser li cal alguna reforma a l'establiment. Especialment a les finestres i lavabos. Es veien força atrotinats, però estaven nets i correctes.

W apartamencie wszystko tak jak na zdjęciu. Duże, przestronne pokoje i kuchnia z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Do sklepu i metra ok. 2 minut (wystarczy przejść przez pasy). W pobliżu bary i restauracje. Bardzo życzliwy i pomocny gospodarz. Umożliwił nam przechowanie bagażu zarówno przed godziną zameldowania, jak i po, do momentu wyjazdu. Mimo, że nie znał naszego języka, starał się udzielać informacji już przetłumaczonych na polski

• Elena (9/5): - L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale nonostante siamo arrivati in serata. Il proprietario si è fatto trovare all'ingresso del palazzo e ci ha accompagnati nell'appartamento. Appena aperta la porta sentiamo musica in sottofondo. Ci ha omaggiato dei cioccolatini, caramelle, biscotti e tanto altro. Ottima la posizione vicinissima alla metro CIPRO. La pulizia sicuramente può essere migliorata.
• Libera (10/5): Davvero 10 e lode. - Posizione ottima a 50mt dalla metro, zona San Pietro. Sotto casa bar, rosticceria, minimarket. Organizzazione fantastica, frigo pieno di acqua per noi. Altre cose che abbiamo potuto usare (sale, zucchero, caffè, shampoo ecc...). Benvenuto con cioccolatini e caramelle. Oste super disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige fino alla ns partenza nel primo pomeriggio. Climatizzatori nelle stanze. Davvero tutto top! Nulla

• Cintialemos (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in a perfect location, right in front of Cipro station with beautiful views of the Vatican dome. The area is full of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The apartment was extremely clean, well-equipped with cookware and cleaning supplies, and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the two bathrooms have good showers. It’s on the sixth floor, and the building has an lift. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! There were a few things that could be improved. One of the showers had low water pressure, and both showers were quite hard to regulate — it was either very hot or very cold, and it took some time to find a comfortable temperature. Also, in the larger bedroom (with one double bed and two single beds), the mattresses were extremely soft, which may not suit all guests. The smaller bedroom had a much firmer bed, similar to hotel quality. Another point is that the common area, which is the kitchen, doesn’t have air conditioning or even a fan. It would be much more comfortable, especially during the peak of the Italian summer, if at least a fan was available
• David (8/5): Very good - Alina is very friendly, and they were very accommodating to our unpredictable arrival. They went to great lengths to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The apartment is very pleasant, with nice shower rooms. The location is great. The kitchen has sufficient appliances to allow you to cook a meal. There are many supermarkets nearby. You are very well located to visit the Vatican museum. The view is fantastic. We were a group of 7 and it suited us very well, w One of the shower rooms is a bit smelly. The shower has little pressure and sometimes the water came out cold. We probably should have raised this problem sooner with the hosts. The pillows are a bit thin. As you can see the issues here are minor.

It is 2 minute's walk from metro station Cipro which makes it so easy to travel around to Rome's main attractions. The apartment is super nice, clean and well-equipped. The host was lovely and helpful. The instruction was clear and the process of check-in and check-out was easy. We would love to stay again and recommend this to family or group of friend. Nothing
