• Anthony (9/5): - It was a very nice cozy apartment. Very clean. Very very nice location. There’s a bus stop right outside the apartment and there are lots of shop outside too. Loved it and would definitely recommend. I didn’t know how to turn the heating up but that’s about it.
• Jayan (2/5): Disappointed 100 percent - The location was good. And the apartment was clean and comfortable. Had no hot water at all in the property and couldn't even get it sorted to have a shower or use the facilities it was just cold water even thought the boiler was working.

• FREDERIC (1/5): Table de cuisson très fragile qui peut gâcher un séjour. - La table de cuisson est très fragile et d'une qualité très médiocre et était peut- être mal fixée. En effet en posant une petite casserole vide, la table de cuisson s'est littéralement fissurée sur un feu (ou l'était elle déjà?). La propriétaire veut nous faire porter la responsabilité et nous faire régler les réparations. C'est inadmissible! Pourquoi ne pas faire un état des lieux d'entrée pour éviter tout litige? Je vous avoue que ce séjour m'a plus inquiété par rapport à cet incident. Désormais je ferais attention à tous les défauts. C'est un peu facile de taxer les hôtes qui veulent prendre soin de l'appartement et qui le laissent propre. Ne vous faites pas avoir et vérifiez si tout est ok.
• Anna-Rose (6/5): Prime location, good for quick stays - Good location on the high street with good transport links. Secure car park with code access and good security into the building. I was allocated a ground floor apartment but it was still lovely and quiet regardless. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong key access code but I called Viridian and they were very helpful and got me the right code quickly. Good amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk pots. Good smart TV with every app needed. The bathroom was stocked with big and small towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner and the heated towel rack was a big plus! I am not sure the thermostat in the bedroom was working because I turned it up to almost maximum and the temperature did not increase, however the overall temperature was ambient and comfortable. The large bed was actually two single (or slightly larger than single) beds pushed together, and I only noticed when I fell into the middle of it. We also found a pair of boys’ boxer pants behind one of the nightstands which I can only assume belonged the previous guest or if this apartment is long term rented out. The car park access was a little fiddly to work out especially because it’s located on a one-way street so I had to hop back into the car and come around again so I wasn’t blocking anybody while I tried to figure out how to open the gate. All in all great little place.

• Jack (8/5): Mooie complete plek op loopafstand Wembley met optioneel prive parkeerplek tegen betaling. - Voor het doel van onze reis perfecte locatie op loop afstand van OVO Wembley Arena . Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Alles is netjes en schoon. Het appartement/gebouw is erg warm en ventileren maakt dat dit alleen kan met ramen openen wat omgeving lawaai genereert. Wel jammer dat parkeren in de omschrijving staat alsof het er bij in zit maar dit kost extra en je moet er zelf om vragen om te reserveren. Dit zou beter aangegeven mogen worden. Het is uiteindelijk goed geregeld maar ........ Bed zou iets groter mogen zijn, het was net okay.

Im Schlüsselkasten lag ein falscher Schlüssel, sodass Ihr Personal bis 2 Uhr morgens erfolglos die Tür zu öffnen versuchte. Wir konnten das Zimmer nicht nutzen und mussten dringend auf die Toilette. Ab 2 Uhr haben wir deshalb ein anderes Hotel für drei Tage gebucht. Vielen Dank und freundliche Grüße Mohankumar Thangavelu

Digital communication could be improved - Apartment very close to Wembley stadium, so perfect for our stay Unfortunately we didnt recieve a parking confirmation email, meaning that we arrived at the property in the dark and were not able to park as there was a gate surrounding the car park. We also could not get into the property as we were given an incorrect key safe number. We did call customer services and they were polite and helpful, however these issues did not create a good first impression for us
• Iva (5/5): - Very close to the Wembley Stadium Room was very noisy because it was located on the ground floor with all the windows to the main street. However the main issue was with the check-in, our room wasn’t ready before 6 p.m. This is very late time for check-in, we were travelling with a small child and we got only brief e-mail notice about it on the same day in the very late afternoon, without any compensation.

• Cassie (7/5): Lovely and clean, perfect for one night, but needs air-con! - Unfortunately, the only thing I disliked about the apparently was how hot it was. For saying it was only 18 degrees outside, the inside felt like I was in a sauna. No matter how many windows I opened or the use of the fan, nothing helped, therefore ended up having an awful nights sleep. Air-con is very much needed in the apartment.

• Grace (4/5): Disappointing but bearable for after a concert - Amazing location, view of the arch at Wembley stadium. Had a Sainsburys Local across the road. Inside the apartment was clean enough, facilities okay Does not live up to the photos. The area is not the nicest - although convenient. Constant noise through the night. Room was absolutely BOILING and neither of the two fans in the wardrobe worked. Glad we were only here for one night. Staff let me know of an issue but were slow at responding over message, gave very roundabout/vague answers and felt very dismissive. I appreciate they were trying to help but letting me know of an issue the day before we came then not responding for 12 hours was unprofessional. Don’t think I’d stay again

• Terri (6/5): - Location was great for Wembley Stadium. Free parking. Lounge smelt of cigarette smoke. On ground floor, overlooking car park, with no horizontal blinds. For privacy, we had to have blackout blind down, in daylight. The mechanism on one of the lounge windows was broken.

Also the weather was really hot and no Aircon with unable to open the windows at night because we were on the ground floor on a busy road made it extremely hard to relax and sleep. A small fan was provided but largely infective.

The location looks like a asylum seeker dos house , filthy appearance, wouldn’t let me view properly before checking in , we didn’t use the place it felt unsafe

• Paul (8/5): let Great property let down by unhelpful customer service - location to Wembley stadium was great . not even a ten min walk. car park was secure and good too I kept trying to get an earlier check in than 4pm as wanted to get to Wembley. I was told no as it had to be cleaned even though you have to check out at 10am latest.i asked a few times and then I got there at 3.49 and could not get in. I was told I had to wait until 4pm but no one was in the apartment and we were just waiting outside but he would not override the time lock which I though they could of done if they wanted to. when I had requested even 20min early check in previously I'm sure they could of but just did not want to see if it was possible and it was easier to say no. the cleaners told me on Sunday morning that they finish well before 4pm and they had done on the previous day too

• Lola (2/5): Wish I looked elsewhere - I was called less than an hour before arrival while on the motorway that I couldn’t check in at the agreed time, and to go to a cafe that I would be reimbursed for. This did not happen although chasing it up o was ignored. I then hit rush hour and road works due to late check in and a 2 hour journey took 8 hours with a screaming baby I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t told about the major road works going on and diversion. I used 3 maps and none could direct me to the property as I had to drive the opposite way down a one way road, which I was not told about and took ages to figure this out. There was no space in the bedroom for a cot although I booked for a baby. Party’s going on, screaming and drugs the whole place stank of smoke & it’s not suitable for children. My baby was exhausted after such a long trip and sleepless night it ruined the day we had planned and the reason for staying in the first place. Very unhappy and a really unpleasant experience.
• Radoilahristova (10/5): Exceptional - We were there for a concert at Ovo Arena Wembley and it was super close. It had everything we needed and more. Getting into the apartment was super well organized. It was clean and comfy.
• Chris (7/5): Met our needs, clean tidy apartment but had some issues. - The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed in the area in which we wanted to be. Easy access once you got used to the codes. Apartment modern, clean and comfortable. Difficult for the owner to rectify these issues but the road outside was very noisy, disturbed sleep due to external traffic and pedestrian activity. Obviously somebody somewhere in the property enjoyed herbal cannabis as the common areas stank of it with the smell drifting into the apartment at times.

• Byron (10/5): Surprising - Everything better than the pictures bigger than the pictures very comfortable and easy to access honestly among my favourite places to stay going to use it a lot with a wonderful location shops 1 min away The road was blocked that was annoying making my trip 30+ going the other way however the staff helped me with every difficulty I had
• Suzanne (5/5): Comfortable and clean but bad customer service - Felt clean, spacious and had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. We recently relocated to London and brought some furniture and bulky items with us. Unfortunately, there was no designated area for us to park and unload. When we requested temporary access to the car park, we were refused unless we paid a fee, which felt unreasonable given our situation. This created serious accessibility challenges, and despite my attempts to discuss the issue, the manager refused to engage with me. In the end, we had no choice but to park on the street, which resulted in a fine. The lack of empathy and flexibility was extremely disappointing.

• Lara (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was clean and well located in relation to Wembley arena, and the managing team was available to help when I had issues accessing car park. Entry to the flat was well explained The road to the car park was blocked, which is obviously not their fault but the team managing was a bit clueless about it and how to get around it. Took me over 30 minutes to access the car park from arrival and I had to drive the wrong way in a one way road. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

• Becky (9/5): Great place, great location. Check for any disruptions in advance! - Great, modern apartment with all facilities you needed. Full kitchen, lovely bathroom/shower. Great location. When we got to Wembley there were major road works down the main toad from which we needed to access the car park to the apartment. This hadn’t been communicated to and not knowing the area, it took us an additional hour to get to the apartment. Spoke to a couple of people at the company and first one sent us a map of how to get there - useful if you know where you are in the first place though!! Long story short, if we’d been notified in advance we wouldn’t be dissatisfied. What made it worse was the second person we spoke to said ‘we can’t know all the roadworks happening’. This was major, and the companies job to know,

• Tracey (10/5): Excellent stay. Definitely would book for next visit - Location. Apartment was spacious Liked it all!! There is extension roadworks that we weren't made aware of. After trying to get to the apartment via diversions we contacted the host and was sent a diversion map. Having this before would have been advisable Also a Tea towel would have been good.
