- Erica (1/5): - This place was absolutely horrible!!!! Couldn’t even get in. Saw a Chinese man at the front and he didn’t even let me in.
- Nitika (1/5): Un-pleasant, Un-comfortable, Expansive - The only positive was the location that was close to the tube station. The pictures on booking.com appear to be deceiving. When we called for the exact address upon arrival the guy who picked up the phone didnt even know the address and made us wait for nearly 15 mins that kept the car meter running in London until we managed to find ourselves. The entrance is very congested and it was so hard to take your luggage upstairs through a narrow gate/alley. We had no clue that we had to climb 3 floors. The fridge was full of leftover foods, there was no toilet paper, no bathing soap, towels even basics were missing. We we faced a problem since this was the essentials that a guest would expect. The bedsheets, pillow covers looked like 100 yrs old and it was absolutely charm-less property. We felt like ripped off on the price we paid. The price for a night shouldnt be more than 30GBP max for such an ugly and unpleasant property that we paid 135GBP for a night.
Whilst booking the property, the owner had agreed for the late check out in advance. But on the day they started pressuring us to check out early. It was completely unprofessional as we had to plan to leave early which caused us a lot of stress.
We would never recommend this. It was not at all worth it.
- Kevin (1/5): - Nothing This property is an absolute Con. I booked this property and could not get in as there was no code for the key box rang the Phone Number on the Booking.com a guy was very unhelpful told me it didn't have a code. I've spoke to him since he said he would sort it out and has done nothing. Do not book this property.

- Guest (3/5): No facility for the charge - Therr was nothing for payment. No towel, no soap. No heater.no light, not neat bed Facilities, high charge, approach of sales staff without action.
- Ghazwat (1/5): Bed - It's a really bad place i don'trecommend anybodyto stay there . Was no heating there . The customer service was really bad . Nobody speaks English to talk to them . The owner was not really helpful. I asked to bring the heater to me . He didn't answer on his phone. The photo on the website is completely different. I left the room the same minutes There's nothing to like

- Hannah (1/5): ILLEGAL - do not stay - Absolutely shambolic - cannot believe this is even legal! The radiator was hanging off the wall, no toilet, a shower in the room, smashed window on the second floor, building stinking of weed, locks held on with sellotape, need I say more. Absolutely shambolic - cannot believe this is even legal! The radiator was hanging off the wall, no toilet, a shower in the room, smashed window on the second floor, building stinking of weed, locks held on with sellotape - safe to say we left and did not stay.
- Howard (1/5): Worst experience ever. - DO NOT STAY HERE - Scam "hotel". Dirty sheets. Dirty wet towel on floor. Room smells of urine. Smashed windows on landing. I genuinely did not feel safe here and had to immediately leave. Not a hotel in any sense of the word. I have travelled all over the world, and stayed at places at all kinds of budgets. Never before have I had such an instinctive gut reaction that this something was not right, and I feared for my safety. It is shameful that booking.com list this on their website.
Tried to complain to the hotel owner. Got two sentences back. No apology, nothing. "If you don't like it, not my problem". They know their place is awful and they don't care. It's a scam.
Do not risk it, it is not worth it. If you are looking for something cheap in London, do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else. Anywhere else. A dormitory room at a hostel would be far far better.
- Alex (1/5): - Nothing Absolutely awful. Worst ever experience
- Caburn (1/5): This is a scam hotel - DO NOT BOOK HERE. I BELIEVE IT IS A SCAM I couldn't access this so-called hotel. There is no signage. No info. Phone number not active. No-one there. The entrance is a non-descript door between two shop-fronts - see my photo. The shop didn't even know it was a hotel.
I had to go elsewhere as i couldn't get thru to them on a phone.
I'm trying to get my money back.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!

- Lad (1/5): - Možná dobrá dostupnost do centra.
- Daniel (1/5): - Unfortunately, a very bad experience with this property. When I arrived, I was told that the place was unavailable, even though the reservation had been confirmed and paid for. The owner acted in a completely unprofessional and unreliable way - he did not offer any alternative or assistance, and during the phone conversation he simply hung up on me. Instead of resolving the issue, he left me without accommodation and without taking any responsibility. Such behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect towards guests. I strongly advise against booking this place.
- Curtis (1/5): DO NOT BOOK, MANAGED TERRIBLY - Absolutely nothing I arrived at 4pm to be told there was no key for me and to wait around for an hour for the manager to arrive to give me access to the property the woman I spoke to was rude and when questioned just kept hanging up on me. I rang the manager several times and just kept being told he was 40 minutes away. At 10pm he then rang me back to tell me the previous guests didn’t check out and they couldn’t uphold the booking. I was in london 3 hours away from home! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel service.
- Andrejs (1/5): Terrible staff. Never stay at this place. There was no water, the drains were blocked, and it was dirty. They didn't - Nothing The most disgusting place
- Alessandro (10/5): - great places
- iris (4/5): Very very basic but clean, wouldn't advise any body to use it - Location great, nothing to ave breakfast with, cutlery, pans ect Telly or radio there wasn't either, no cooking facilitys, no toilet roll or nothing
- Amanda (1/5): Wrong pin, 1 towel between 2, unhoovered, barely any toilet roll, noisy neighbours, cheesy smelling pillowcase - The resident who came to our rescue was amazing as I was given the wrong PIN number for the key safe and he stayed with us and managed to get hold of the owner The phone number/email wasn’t answered. PIN number wrong which was a very stressful 45 mins. Only 1 towel between the 2 of us, barely any toilet roll. Doesn’t look like it was hoovered as there were hairs on the floor and in the bed. The pillow cases smelt like cheese. No little shampoos etc. very noisy neighbour doing gardening at 5am Sunday morning.
- Mayrose (5/5): If you like roughing it, stay here, if you need accommodation stay somewhere else. - The view is worth the other stuff. There is no signage on the door. It took a stressful amount of time to get ahold of the “business” and find the correct…. Door. I was yelled at for not understanding. I signed in on a notebook. When they answered the phone, it was their personal phone so they didn’t reassure you were speaking to the business or even anyone associated with the property. It was ok inside. No A/C even though they had units in the room. The one I could access(one had a hard plastic barrier so you couldn’t touch it without tools) only pumped hot air. Had to leave the windows open. There were spiders everywhere. I had them in the bed! I truly considered moving spots bc that’s a little over the top. The shower drain didn’t drain so you couldn’t touch only sailors bath at best or it would over flow into the room. No paper towels or a cleaning supply area in case of a spill or messes. I had to clean up a coffee spill with toilet paper… This place was convenient, but not worth the stress or lack of peace of mind. Every time someone even remotely stood outside the door, it sounded like someone was coming in the room. It was very stressful.
- Adriana (1/5): -
- Lima (1/5): Bad -
- Ellah (1/5): Not safe couldn’t stay. And struggled to get my refund back horrific experience - Nothing property was false advertised. I could not stay there had to leave. Propert not safe. Not safe
False advertised
- Muhamad (3/5): Just a good place to sleep that’s it. Please bring your own towel and bedsheet if you’re planning to stay here. - The towel provided isnt clean. Had to contact them for the property access where no advance information being provided.
- Emily (2/5): Get what you pay for! - Good location near tube No information for key lock and then key not inside the keylocj
Room unlocked when we got there
Damp on ceiling
Very warm, no fan or cooling system.
Bottle of coke left in room making us unsure if it was cleaned
Not all plugs worked
Noisy upstairs neighbours
- Drew (2/5): Not really fit for purpose! - Cloose to tubes and main links into city Dirty! Furniture very old and falling apart, beding and towels dirty, window broke, plaster falling off walls toilet dirty and lock broken, multiple times during night someone attempted to open door! You could hear everything through floor/walls.
Room wasn't what was booked told could move to booked room after first night did not happen.
Would not book again!

- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - “These apartments are beautifully designed, comfortable, and the beds are so comfortable that you don’t even want to get out of bed. The staff are just lovely and extremely friendly.”
- Neil (1/5): AVOID!!!!!!!!!! - Nothing, nothing at all so we didn't stay. They cancelled our original Superior room and were trying to separate us. It was a truly disgusting place to stay so we demanded a refund and left.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! See above. I can only describe it as a crack den. My partner and her sister were shocked at how awful the place actually was. Spoke to another couple who were staying there and they actually asked could they leave with us! Just bloody awful.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great
Fab location
Rooms are a great size
Quirky decor was a nice surprise
- Patrycja (7/5): Good - Good location, big and bright room
- Mussie (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing property with sumptuous rooms, impeccable service, and beautiful ambiance. Includes every convenience you could ever desire
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - great
nice rooms
- Mirosavljevic (10/5): Exceptional - Very good!
Great stay
Stayed in a suite which was really lovely with a great view and nice balcony
Bed was firm but very comfortable but noisy when you turned over. I think that the wooden base wasn't causing the noise wasn’t a problem though
Staff all very welcoming whoever does staff recruitment does a good job,
- Calogero (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and super helpful staff, our group of 3 all enjoyed our stay. Rooms are all clean and comfortable, everybody enjoyed a good night's sleep. The hotel was excellent and served with a smile. A great hotel,
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed very much and location is excellent to stay.
- Ines (4/5): Bad communication with the owner as he does not speak proper English and very nasty apartment - Nothing Poor hygiene. Full of dust and bedsheets and towels didn't seem very clean. No shower gel and not enough towels. There's a kitchen but you can't cook or eat anything as it has no kitchen accessories. We had to buy our own toilet paper as they only left two almost empty rolls.
The building is also very old and the windows should be changed, you won't be able to sleep in the room facing the Main Street, as is too noisy all night long.
Furthermore, the guy staying in the apartment under us couldn't even get a shower because it was not working.
- Tess (4/5): Disappointing -
- Roxana (5/5): Passable -
- Babagana (1/5): Bad -
- Roxanne (4/5): False advertising! - Great location It’s advertised as own bathroom and kitchen facilities! It’s just a small room with a shower, toilet was outside room in the hall way. Check out time advertised 11am. At 10.15 we were being told to check out!!!
- Tim (3/5): Unpleasant - Location Poor condition, dirty and cold.
- Mark (3/5): Poor - Room in very poor state of repair
- Iqra (5/5): Passable - The location and separation of the rooms There weren't clear instructions for check in, the walls and doors were thin so could hear a lot from outside. The sofa had a weird smell to it and the shower flooded quickly.
- Steven (9/5): Superb - Price ,sorted our needs ,clean and tidy loo was a bit small
- Jones (4/5): Disappointing - Location - close to tube & cafes It took 2 days for towels to be delivered even though property manager assured us otherwise
Despite having a cooktop, there were no pots nor utensils to cook with
- Max (1/5): Most expensive, worst stay in London. - The location . That's where my likes end. There's a long list of things wrong with this stay/property:
1. No instructions on how to securely gain access to the property, were given before arriving at the accommodation. I had to call the owner on arrival. When I arrived at the building, the shared entrance door to the building was wide open. This continued throughout my stay. Security is an issue.
2. Owner called me, asking me to let me into their building, so they could give access to another guest. Very unprofessional.
3. Corridors and surrounding areas smelt of marijuana.
4. Bed sheets hadn't been cleaned for some time even though the bed was made. We found various stains and animal hair all over the sheets. There was also a strong odour on the pillows. We felt so uncomfortable with the state of the sheets that we decided not to sleep under the sheets.
5. Lamp on bed side table had USB connector which couldnt actually be plugged into the mains. Useless.
6. Probably the most disturbing moment of our stay was when we found a USED condom in the drawer of the night stand.
This is probably the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in and at a staggering £80 a night I plead any potential guests to avoid this property like the plague.
- Sunny (2/5): Very poor -
- Glen (2/5): Poorly run - Poor communication, had to ask for the check-in details and how to gain access
there was no water, i had to go outside to look for the power box to switch on myself
trouble connecting to the wifi as not clear instructions
- Finley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Magnaye (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cook (8/5): Very good - The location was great for shepherds Bush.
Ideal for a single bloke just looking for a bed and shower for one night.
Found a kettle, but no Tae / milk . No cups.
The shower was good but no soap surpluses.
Quiet night. Very firm mattress. Good heater. Had to phone/email the owner when I arrived..
Key pad entry.
Shared toilet ( bring your own toilet paper) and be careful with the lock on the toilet door.
Very basic room. But ok for a single bloke.
- Lee (10/5): Fantastic value for money! - Fantastic location, apartment has everything you need! Helpful staff and great value for money! I didn’t dislike anything
- Sarah (5/5): It’s a budget apartment so I expected bare minimum, it’s a good place to lay your head down but you wouldn’t want to spe - Good location It didn’t feel very clean. We tried to make a cup of tea and the kettle has used tea bags inside that looked as though they’d been there a while. The bathroom smells quite strongly of urine.
- Dan (7/5): Good -
- Yassir (8/5): Very good -
- Ansh (10/5): PERFECT! - Worth the price i paid. I would definitely stay again when i visit london.
- Yas (7/5): Good -
- Alan (6/5): Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Thanks. - Good location. Faulty shower, but there was a workaround.
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elvira (1/5): Bad -
- Martine (5/5): Passable - The location There’s no soundproofing, I could hear every noisy clients coming in.
- Cally (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (5/5): Passable - Great location near tube station and many amenities. Location is the reason to stay here.
Apartment 1 was very quiet and light and spacious though shower room.is tiny..
Provided new towels and bathroom very clean
Ironing board in hall was useful. Check in experience was very poor. No response to query about how to check in - left on the street at night unable to access properly. Eventually got a mobile phone response and code for key box. There are no staff. This is not a hotel.
Poorly refurbished and a bit tatty though not dirty. Some dangerous fittings - sharp edges. I was injured by shower door.
Bed not very comfortable - very soft.
Nowhere to hang coats or clothes
Price was low for.London so expecting a lower standard but this was poor, even for the price
- Linn (2/5): Its ok for 1 night jusy to have a place to stay - Great location, Nice host! No mini fridge, the window was broken, it was a lot of things that could have been done. The place is very old, very small. The place is ok for 1 night but thats about it.
- Abela (2/5): Very poor - The understanding service. How clean the rooms where. The fact that the room didn't reach the level of what was written/found (photos) online. For example a kitchenette was not in our room and when a Solution to the problem was found, there were no material to cook on such as frying pans etc.
- Ray (3/5): Horrible. Won’t make this mistake again - Fairly convenient location. Front door was very difficult to close so it remained unlocked all night.
Badly cleaned room. Bedside cabinet needs a thorough cleaning and revarnishing. Two of the drawers could not be opened. Provided kettle had to be placed on the floor to be used due to having no electricity at cabinet top level.
Wifi didn’t work.
Toilet was a shared with other guests and was disgusting.
- Bogna (9/5): Spacious, good value for money - It was a spacious studio rather just 1 tiny hotel room. Generally very clean, it still smelled of fresh wall paint. Excellent value for money, for the London location. There was no signage of where the hotel was, so it wasn't obvious. I'm being very picky here, but I asked for bigger towels as the ones provided were rather small. I was told I'd get them on the next day - never delivered. Staff communicated via WhatsApp only. There were also no toiletries apart from hand soap. Apparently, they were not included in the price, so my bad for overlooking it.
- Plaza (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (1/5): Worst experience in booking.com after using the app for 10 years - The location Everything else. The place looks pretty much abandoned, no staff around, barely any towels and toilet rolls. The toilet is outside the bedroom therefore anyone could use it and it's really tiny. I requested an invoice and got no response via whatsapp and via booking.com.
Please, don't stay at this place, it's a scam for the price you'll be paying. Don't say I didn't warn you
- Beth (1/5): Bad - Terrible experience here which completely ruined my trip. The room advertised does not exist, you arrive and they say there is an error with the booking and you have to go in another room! Tiny room which only just fit in a bed and shower. Toilet was on the main corridor and does not lock. Floor was dirty, no sofa or seating, no kitchenette. To top it off, wifi didn't work and there was no phone signal. Ended up leaving as I felt so unsafe as a single female.
Please NEVER book this hotel. I would also never book with booking.com again, as they say there is nothing they can do to assist you or remove the hotel from advertising falsely on their website (only false reviews and 9 stars when I booked). No offer to help you identify alternative accommodation and I received a tiny refund which was far less than the cost of the booking.
- Allysonm (1/5): Bad - Nothing, we refused the room Everything
The hotel was a door, with just a number on it and not signed on the entryway intercom. We were given a room with no kitchenette despite that being on our booking.
The room was grubby, cup marks on furniture, lots of loose wires just outside the door and what looked like a new lock on the door, with significant damage to the door frame and door itself where the new lock was.
The toilet was outside of our room, told despite this being a communal area, it was our use only. The description was a separate shower and toilet and did not mention it was outside our room.
For £108 a night, even in London, was not worth it.
The woman assisting us had bad body odour too.
She accepted my cancellation and a request for a full refund.
- Raveeen (10/5): Exceptional - Location and the comfort, easy access
- Kelly (1/5): YOU NEED A TETANUS TO STAY HERE ITS SO DIRTY - Location. DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY
NO WIFI
TOILET BROKEN AND LEAKING
CHECKING IN WAS A NIGHTMARE
NO ON STREET PARKING AS ADVISED
- Michael (1/5): Pre-paid for a 2 room apartment but they could only give me a 1 room and offered a £70 refund that I have never received - Nothing I pre-booked a 2 room, 2 bed with private bathroom, but on arrival they gave my apartment to someone else and could only offer a 1 room, 1 bed with toilet outside the room, it was late 22:00 and with my son so did not have any option but accepted a £70 refund to take the room. It has now been 19 days and still no refund!! Booking.com say it is an issue with the hotel and they can’t help and the hotel say they are waiting on booking.com last phone call to the hotel they promised to sort it out and get back to me… this was now 5 days ago… this is now a case of fraud and my only option is now through PayPal to get my £70 refund
- Giambiagi (3/5): Not London minimum standards apply to this... inn(?) - The lady was trying her best. But the service offers by the "inn" was extremely disapointing At check-in, the lady who received me asked me several times at what time I was coming that night. When I come back at 23:30 the front door was closed. They locked me out! I had to call them and at the end, a guest opened the door for me. This door remains open during the day without any receptionist. So basically, the inn has no permanent staff.
- Sisira (1/5): It was so horrible and never returned to the property. Ratings of 9.8 was completely misleading 😢 - Nothing A disgusting property. Toilet is so gross. 100% unclean. I have taken some pictures as evidence. Should not advertise this property in booking.com
- Reiss (3/5): Spend the extra £50 for a proper hotel. - It was a short walk to the venue I was at. That’s it. We was waiting for ages trying to contact the individual for a code for the key box. I think this could have been better managed.
Images online were not an accurate depiction of the room we had.
There was only one towel. We had to share. We asked for another, but wasn’t given one.
- Daniel (2/5): Very poor - Location at subway, the room was clean The heater was either overheating or not at all, bathroom at the main corridor, tpilet sink had some disgusting sediment it in and wasn't clean, only one towel, tje window was hard to close, the inn isn't marked on the street or on the map, the room was tiny
- Fred (4/5): Good location, but they need to address the potent/bad smell and fix the wifi - Location, friendly staff, quiet Your met with a terrible damp smell the moment you enter the room which you can't air out. Wifi didn't work. Not enough workable plug sockets.
- Susan (1/5): ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will be taking my complaint further. If I hear nothing from you again - It was not the room advertised on the site. It was more like a half finished building site. Awful room. Not even a inn as advertised. It was just a front door on a main street with grotty carpets and unclean rooms. I message booking dot come straight away when we got into the room but still as yet no reply. I'm absolutely disgusted with my booking and your no response. I have photos to proof our complaint. We had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it ourself. It was no were near a superior room. No lift as advertised no TV in the room. It really was awful. EVERYTHING. THE SMELL. THE ROOM. THE HOLES IN THE WALLS. EVERYTHING
- Helen (3/5): Definitely not a 9.8 rating - The location was where we needed to be There is a kitchenette, but no utensils or crockery provided. 4 mugs, not even a tea spoon. Think we were the first people to stay through Booking.com. Fridge not even plugged in behind unit. Front door key didn't fit. Someone from upstairs had to let us in when we had been out
- Paulette (9/5): Lovely stay. Very clean. Nice location. Very nice owner - Staff were amazing. Manager made sure he did everything he possibly could to make sure we were comfortable Tvs being added would be great
- Jaspreet (10/5): Must try to say, highly recommend - It’s great location, friendly staff, great wifi, comfortable beds Rooms are so nice, I have microwave, kattle, toaster in my room
