- Judith (10/5): Excellent thermal baths and delicious breakfast and restaurant in a castle setting, a must-stay in Ribera Del Duero! - It was easy to get to, just off of the main road. The thermal pool was rejuvenating! The room was two stories so you had to go up the stairs to sleep. Wasn’t aware of that before hand.

- Geno.V (8/5): Linda, pero no a la altura de lo pagado. - El desayuno está muy bien, el sitio es precioso, las habitaciones con escaleras no las recomiendo, se escuchan las escaleras del vecino y lo que hablan, se dificulta dormir porque hay muchas bodas y hay ruido. El spa es caro para lo que ofrece. Pedimos un masaje y nos agendaron en otro que no habíamos solicitado. El circuito de contrastes es muy bueno, la comida muy buena, el roommservice funciona pésimo. Pedimos agua a la habitación tres veces en tres situaciones distintas nunca llegó, pedimos un masaje que nos cobraron y nos hicieron otro, las habitaciones con escaleras un horror, hemos pedido el cambio pero no le dieron atención en absoluto. Para el precio hay cosas que mejorar. Luego su entorno es bonito.

We will definitely be coming back It’s understandable that some people don’t like to be in the spa with kids around, but that meant we could spend only two hours in the spa with my son (who is very considerate, quiet and polite) during our 1-night stay at the hotel. The spa is clearly the main attraction of the stay.

- Ignacio (7/5): Por ese precio esperábamos otra cosa. - Monasterio es muy bonito, mucha tranquilidad y Spa está bien. Desayuno muy bueno Fue imposible darse un masaje, el servicio del restaurante terrible, no pudimos si quiera beber. Mal colchón, la TV no acorde a un hotel de ese nivel.

- Alvaro (9/5): Hote ideal en plena Ribera del Duero - Todo estupendo. La localización es perfecta para visitar la zona y sus bodegas. Es un hotel muy tranquilo que junto con la piscina termal permite que uno pueda relajarse y descansar. Parking amplio y un desayuno muy variado. Nos hubiera gustado que a nuestra llegada la información al respecto de lo que está incluido o no dentro de lo que llaman circuito termal fuera mas precisa, ya que la sauna, baño turco y tal no está incluido y a la llegada parecían no saber explicarnos que teníamos incluido y qué no.

El precio es caro, no obstante todo el servicio es de primera. Una pena que la tienda estuviera cerrada en domingo, pero supongo que eso es culpa nuestra, al fin y al cabo todo el mundo tiene derecho al descanso.

Fue un poco incómodo que una señora nos impidiera entrar y nos mandara a comprar la entrada. No me importa pagarla pero creo que estaría bien avisarlo a la hora de hacer el check in y evitar este malentendido

- Juliana (7/5): - Lugar histórico e de arquitetura incrível. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido a água transbordava pelo banheiro invadindo até a área do vaso sanitário. Para me lavar tinha que ficar desligando a água para não piorar. Comuniquei a recepção do hotel, e no dia seguinte estava igual. Pedimos comida no quarto chegou fria, a carne que pedi ao ponto veio super bem passada. No dia seguinte a pessoa que arrumou o quarto deixou copos usados, garrafas tudo no quarto do dia anterior. Muito desagradável a experiência para um lugar tao bonito e um hotel classificado como “5 estrelas”.

- Sandra (8/5): Estadia agradável. - A localização do hotel é ótima para quem pretende visitar as vinícolas de Ribera del Duero. O edifício antigo é lindo. E as piscinas termais são deliciosas e divertidas, mesmo para adultos. O café da manhã não corresponde ao que esperávamos da categoria do hotel. Os funcionários são mais protocolares do que propriamente simpáticos. E a limpeza do banheiro pode ser melhorada.
